apollo going on testosterone while also being, yk, an active lawyer… sometimes his voice will crack when he yells “objection!” and he’ll be kind of embarrassed about it [klavier thinks it’s SO cute]. apollo’s appetite also increases [though, to be fair, it was always rather big]… and Mr. Wright pulls him aside one day and goes “Kid. I’m so incredibly happy for you but please stop eating everything. I am disbarred and our agency cannot afford to spend any more money on food.” 💀 

trucy always makes a point to tell apollo that his voice sounds deeper… and whenever they’re out in public together and apollo is referred to with masculine terms, she’ll have the biggest fucking smile on her face. [I just love trucy, okay?] athena will always stand up for him and correct people who misgender him… one time she even punches someone in the face 😭 [ofc apollo is very shocked in that moment but also super appreciative of her] 

phoenix takes apollo to all of his medical appointments and acts as his guardian… when apollo speaks of his desire to get top surgery, phoenix immediately starts doing research and finding doctors near them… [he refuses to let apollo go to hotti clinic, despite apollo’s protests that it’s the nearest & cheapest option]. when apollo finally does get surgery, everyone at the agency is super supportive and helps him to recover. trucy will bring him water and snacks, athena will play games or watch movies with him, and phoenix stops by when he can to reassure him. on one notable occasion, he ruffles apollo’s hair and the smile doesn’t slip from his face for the rest of the day. 

apollo returns to court after recovering from top surgery and the first thing klavier says to him is: “herr forehead! you look… taller?”. naturally, apollo is pretty confused by that remark, but then klavier explains: “you’re not slouching anymore… perhaps you grew in your absence?” and apollo just fucking BEAMS at him because he doesn’t have to slouch to hide his chest anymore…

i think it'd be funny if Kokichi was some sort of non-human creature pretending to be human, and He was trying to hide it from Shuichi. He thinks he's doing a really good job, but turns out Shuichi's known the whole time.

Shuichi found out by accidentally seeing Kokichi in his true form somewhere private, but he didn't do anything to reveal himself so kokichi never knew he'd seen. Shuichi had panicked a bit when he first fount out, but decided Kokichi had proven himself to be harmless cause he had so many chances to do something harmful and never did.

As results, Shuichi just kinda lives with the secret that his boyfriend is some sorts of creature just vibing in a human life. He knows kokichi is trying to hide it from him and much to what would later become Kokichi's chagrin, he found it amusing watching him try to keep it secret.
