Isn’t there someone who’s constantly said they’d always be there for you any time? That’s tried to make it easy as possible to talk to them? Who’s tried to convince you endlessly that they would never mean you harm? Who’s clearly open minded and willing to understand? Who loves everything about you and even accepts being harmed? Who deep down you know always cares about you even if there’s distance?
If there is, why is it you cannot talk to them? Aren’t those just excuses to protect yourself? Aren’t you just underestimating that person? Haven’t you just judged them in some convenient and untrue way? Don’t you have too strong conditions? Do things really have to be perfect and as you want them?
Perhaps this person just respects that you want distance and time, and that’s why they leave you alone? Perhaps this person does want you in their life, but will step back if it just seems selfish? Perhaps this person still cares about you and is simply happy to see you doing well? Perhaps this person is worried anything they do may be hurting you? Perhaps this person is just humble enough to realise they’re not needed? And could it not be that this person simply has had to focus on struggles in their own life? Could it be that you cannot help them because you’re not truly trying?
Couldn’t everything that’s happened be understood as love?

I wish I could have told you I loved you, but I had suffered too much and could no longer feel. I believe everything I did for you means that I love you though, even if I can't feel it myself. I was always trying to reach you, and to save you. I believed we'd be better together. Putting myself in there, that part was indeed selfish. I'm sorry I was not the one who could save you.
I still believe in you. I know you are a beautiful soul. You have done so well, and come so far, and faced so much, so now you are tired. That's all. Hold on to what's important and shake off some of the rest, and you'll soon feel better I think. I truly hope you can fulfil all your dreams! A life like yours is rare and must be cherished. Explore your desires and express your art! If you can, find someone to love who'll love you in return. Life is not about work, so please make time for the rest.
If you ever miss me, I hope you’ll come back to me.

She sits as stillness
with one of billions
in her gaze, lost
in questioned moments
downcast in time's teases
answerless encounters
as awareness all freezes
save for her thawing
impression on his eyes
As a crystalline rose
can whisper colours
through frozen facets
so streams her story
in fractured pieces
captured prismatic beauty
no one flower could hold
That in its sense lies
