Self Indulgent Good Omens Headcanon #1:

Crowley has scoliosis as one of his snake-y traits. He's tried to miracle it away, but it never goes away permanently. He could, in theory, use low level miracles consistently to keep his spine straight, but they decided that it wasn't worth the exhaustion and energy.

He tried using a cane in Victorian England, but stopped using it once it went out of style because they felt self conscious. Without the cane, they developed their signature swaying walk as a result of being slightly unsteady.

He complains about the pain to Aziraphale sometimes, so he learned how to give Crowley massages to help him cope. He's not particularly good at it, but Crowley just likes being near his angel.
