#Arizona's #Nacho #Nonsense Part 2 The chips are of standard to banal tortilla quality. Those of the correct generation may remember the original Lunchables Nachos with small circular chips. These are of a similar grade of corn, but the Arizona variety are a bit thicker. It seems the Arizona company understands the recent trends for thiccness. Even given these quality standards it’s important to note the relatively small amount of chips. In my single tray I found 42 full chips. Normally this is the answer to life, the Universe, and Everything; everything but the question: “What’s the right amount of chips for nachos?” Of course we live in the age of digital weights and measures rather than the age of hooking a brother up with them chips. The container is weighted to a standard of 63.8g (2.25 Freedom Units), but I ask the daring question to the Arizona company. Why not 70g? Are you chicken? Or are you a State that produces various snack foods? Onto the cheese. Eh, it’s kinda weirdly sweet. Like definitely “cheese”, but it’s sweet when you first taste it. Also dude, the container is like half empty. Hell No, Bro, you fill that up! Like I barely dip into stuff (I’m not a scoop-half-a-cup-of-dip-on-each-chip kinda guy), and I nearly finished my cheese. Which means that anyone else who has this would probably think there’s too many chips. WHICH IS WRONG. Not enough chips AND not enough cheese. There you have the most accurate and detailed description of this Arizona Nacho Nonsense. I give it 2 out of 5 Stars. These nachos are nacho best choice. #Arizona's #Nacho #Nonsense Part 1 While perusing the aisles of your local Walmart, Targét, or Publix; one rarely finds an item they have yet to discover. Fields of produce, rows of beverages stacked to the ceiling, frigid containers of chicken, and various forms of fried potatoes are all common occurrences. But in a post-2020 world it should now become clear to expect the unexpected. Well readers of Daniel's Daily Digest, it should surprise you to learn that I did not expect to find a new item in our local markets. I discovered the Arizona Combo Tray Nachos'n'Cheese Dip stacked high and deep upon an endcap. These prepackaged chips and cheese retail for the well under deserved price of 99cents. Inside these teal treated trays are a few handfuls of tortilla chips and a generously described government cheese substance. Before we continue to describe the food, let us first discuss the packaging and preparation for consumption. The exterior of the package has the standard Arizona logo with colorful South-West adornments. The reverse has the standard labels of “nutrition” contained within. Instructions for heating the product are difficult to find. Only in black, 8pt font at the bottom right of the cover can you find the instructions. “Peel off cover” “Place in Microwave” “Approx. 30 Seconds”. Instructions, easy to follow, hard to find. The cover peeled off, the tray placed in the microwave, 30 seconds on the clock, press start, IMMEDIATE CRACKLE. It sounded as if I left a fork inside a take-home foil swan. I immediately stopped the microwave and checked inside. The cover has a thin foil inside, but none was stuck to the tray. Nothing else is metallic or of issue inside the device. We shall press forward. Restarting the microwave provided a similar crackle, but clearly it was coming from the cheese. It seemed these instructions’ true goal was to reanimate this cheese into a full cow through radioactive mutations.
