For the peeps who know this is Signal Studies by Mencchio. What is Signal Studies you ask: it's only the best (and probably the longest) lawrusso fic in the world. It's got characters written by an individual who deeply understands the people they are writing about. It's well written (all told in Danny's POV: he is funny asf). It's got a little something for everybody, some book references for the book Nerds, and a little character study for the psych nerds. It's just perfect.

There is a second part that I haven't finished yet, but it can be read as a stand-alone.
