yes, you shouldn’t be ashamed to admit you’re wrong. put your pride aside and learn and grow as a person. it is okay. the reason why the world is the way it is, is that people are too prideful and even if they are wrong they are too stubborn to admit it, thus nothing changes. don’t be they person. be better than that. teach your kids to be better than that.
Sometimes it is your fault.. Sometimes you don’t listen well enough, you’re selfish, you’re rude and you aren’t always right. Sometimes you fucked it up and tbh that’s okay. It happens, learn from it, apologize and keep it moving. Just because you fucked up doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. Don’t dwell on it
Things they don’t tell you growing up part 7261893:
Heart Palpitations
Do not be afraid if you feel a sensation that your heart is racing, pounding, fluttering (consecutively or not), or skipping a beat. These are normal and hardly ever a sign of heart disease.
This is often caused by caffeine, alcohol, stress, sugar, salt, anxiety and a couple other things.
Growing up I had heart palpitations and was too scared to tell anyone or to look up what was wrong with me. So hopefully this brings people comfort who have it.
Some signs to be concerned about is if you have difficulty breathing, shortness of breath or feeling dizzy after. But also know, those symptoms are also a sign of a panic attack that can come after a heart palpitation if you get startled or scared. If you are concerned, talk to your doctor. But try not to worry too much, you’re probably just having heart palpitations.
