It's interesting to me to see what people label me from that gender comic i made about how people should stop labeling me on sight. Like, it's inconsequential, i'm not bent out of shape about it, it's just interesting?

Okay, but this is not strictly a call to call off work. This is why it is stressed that people do what they can. I can't call off work or strike, and neither can many people. That is only there for folks who can do it, which i assume is a small number, and is there because that is one of the things stressed by Palestinian activists in order to disrupt normal operations and call attention. This post also tells you OTHER THINGS you can do. And honestly, I trust people to judge their own abilities to strike/not strike. A post on the internet is not forcing anyone to do anything dangerous for their job (i myself cannot call off work or strike so i will not).

I am well aware that organized strikes take time. But i dont see the reason in dismissing the abilities of other people to see a call to action and plan or do something impactful.
