I have a Favorite saying “that when LiFe knocks you down, make sure that you land on your back, because if you land on your back you can look up, and if you can look up you can get back get up! Well when We got the news that We need to move in 60 Days it knocked @orionthechoclab & I down but not out! So We’ve been quiet on Social Media for about a week because We have been making moves such as ninja 🥷🏻dumpster runs throwing tons of accumulated unused crap away & donating furniture to the local thrift store & started packing boxes up proactively so that way We hit this move head on! So finally Today it was Time to get back to running 🏃♂️ again. It felt Great to get the Cardio ball rolling again with 1.76mile jog around the block. The thing I love about running is puts you in Strong State Mentally and allows you to see your challenges in a Conquering way. Don’t just go thru it, Grow thru it! I’m soo Happy about Tonights run 🏃♂️ & can’t wait for Tomorrow’s ! Here I come for the comeback of a LiFeTime! You see I’ve been fighting something that I have just recently figured out what it was that has bogging me down for at least the last 5 years or longer! For Men having low testosterone is no joke & I just had my levels recently checked & they were at lower end of the range which explains feeling like I’ve not been firing on all cylinders for to long! Not anymore, with help from my Doc 👨⚕️ I’ve gotten the help I needed & just beginning to start to feel like myself again! My Drive, Energy & Vitality are slowing picking back up so my message is to all you Men over the age of 35 years old out there make sure you get your levels checked regularly & don’t be afraid or to prideful to ask for help to remain strong, not because your weak.
