I was One of the request but I understand if you do sometimes you just need to treat yourself and focus on your life

If I remember correctly I wasn’t accepting official requests long before the hiatus started, but I allowed asks about basic headcanon stuff

I went on hiatus a bit after I finished my last official request— the Superboy fic.

If I’m being honest, I deleted most of the asks at one point or another because I didn’t think I was coming back any time soon. I still don’t think I’m coming back any time soon, if at all.

Yo, it's 'that time of the month' for me right now and I seriously hate life rn.... I could do with your thoughts and ideas of how the yandere Batboys would react to the reader not acting like some deranged she hulk but rather she's just calm and internally wishing to set the world on fire and she's also kinda sad at the same time? Lol, I am an OCEAN of emotions rn and I'm going on a rant sorry for bothering you.... But seriously, I can imagine Bruce being either too tired or terrified out of his wits about this, wondering when we'd snap and Damian on the other hand would either know what to do or would be clueless and might probably need a smack from Talia lol

Bruce and Damian would probably need to be smacked in the head at first. With pain Bruce and Damian are very “business as usual”. After the initial head smacking (probably from another Batfam member), then they would all be on the same page of “my SO is grumpy, sad, and in pain, so time for TLC”

Tim, Dick, and Bruce has the waiter approach especially if they’re busy with work. Basically, they check-in “once in a while” to see if you want or need anything. Dick checks in the most often and is like “You need anything? You sure? Are you sure you’re sure? Okay…” and then brings you something you didn’t ask for that he thinks you want.

Jason, Damian, and Terry (because I started watching Batman Beyond) would have the grocery store approach. Basically it’s dropping off everything you need like they were all necessary parts of a sacrificial ritual.

They’re all doing their best.

Honestly imagining how caring the batboys would be towards their tired college student darling is the only thing keeping me sane rn lmao

Maybe they don't even know each other, but the guys makes sure their darling is not pushing themselves over the limits.

Maybe they even stay up with them so the darling wouldn't feel so alone...even if they have to watch you through the security cameras, the intention is what counts.

And honestly I can imagine Jason and Dick turning into big momma hens

Hey, it has been a while. I've missed you being in my askbox lol

As a tired college student, this is a really nice thought. The idea of Jason and Dick with college Darlings has a lot of options to play around with:

the ones I've thought of are:

Going to the same college and-

Meeting their Darling at a club/volunteer/school function

Sharing a late class

Sharing a complicated elective course

Having no classes with their Darling (which frustrates them)

Sharing answers for homework and quizzes that are due at midnight when it's 11:30PM

Staying behind for an extra hour so that they can take you out after your class

Going to a Different College and-

Having them stop by your place because they don't see you as often as before

Accidentally, or purposely, switching out college merchandise (like shirts, hoodies, portable mugs, etc.)

Trying to convince you to swap (they'll take care of the cost, they promise. Just come over so they can see you more. It be lonely out there :'( ... )

Extra:

If the Batboy in question doesn't go to college at the time and just starts hanging around with you while your doing your work

Stopping by at your room's window when they see your light on at night to check on you, while patrolling. You don't understand why Nightwing or Red Hood insists on stopping by, but hey #only in Gotham, NJ, right?

With the security cameras I think it'd be neat if they were doing work of their own while having the live-feed of you doing stuff for school. (I think it's called body-doubling) Especially if it's late at night some reason

They hack your Word/Google Doc account so that they can proof read your essays.

Sometimes you get text messages by random numbers telling you that an assignment is due soon and that you didn't start it yet (Supportive Yandere's that want their Baby to succeed is just great to me)

Neither Dick or Jason would stan such behavior, you see, they're pretty protective of their darling even when minor offenses that can be considered a misunderstanding happen.

But this is not the case and they notice right again that that guy is up to no good and a jerk. Of course they're not gonna let it slide that easily.

▪Dick is the master of passive aggressive, gaslight king will make the guy trip on his own worlds and embarrass himself without Dick having to do much.

It brings him joy to see the humiliation written all over the face of the guy who dared to mess with you.

If the guy asks Dick why he's so harsh with him, then Dick will pretend to not know what he's talking about and ask him if he's okay cause he's being way too paranoid.

Jason is more forward and aggressive, but all of this will come in the form of jokes that can harm the self esteem of the coldest person in the world.

▪Jason's "jokes" are cruel, but they're the types that are so subtle he got the whole table laughing while the person feels bad in silence so they won't ruin the fun.

Jason always say he's joking, not to be taken seriously; but you can see the glee in his eyes at the sight of the guy crumbling in front of him.

He's not afraid to fight if the guy confronts him though. If it takes a fistfight to get this asshole off of you then so be it.

I don't know how to start a sentence, but I have to say: your LOA Damian hcs are pure gold. I don't understand how he's not more popular on tumblr yandere.

I’m glad you liked my old stuff with Yan- LOA Damian, although I can’t really take much credit if I’m being honest because those were mostly me answering asks for someone else’s ideas.

I think a reason why LOA Damian isn’t as popular as a Yandere is because LOA Damian is more of an AU in context of him being older.

It probably doesn’t help the case that he was introduced as arrogant and extremely violent with a nasty temper, among other things (which, of course, you have to keep his upbringing in mind, but still). The more logical conclusion about LOA Damian’s character would be more similar to the Popular Fanon of Yan-Dick.

I’m not exactly a Fan of Yandere’s being overtly violent to their Darling, if that’s not clear enough by my content, but it’s unavoidable in the case of LOA Damian. I choose not to focus on it that much. If I were to write more, I’d get inspiration from how Talia acts (loyal, violently protective, morally ambiguous [Grant Morrison can suck it], classy, witty, etc.) then mold it to fit LOA Damian’s character.
