I was taken to Captain Flaxel and she said that I was amazing on not only the battlefield, but also because I fixed the bridge. She then gave me a reward of a Silver Rupee as thanks. They were going to train some more then head to the South Tabantha Snowfield. They hoped we could cross paths again. Side Adventures – Bring Peace to Faron! (complete). I got another quest right after, Side Adventures – Bring Peace to Hebra! I continued going and found Addison again and use the nearby materials to hold up his sign. He then gave me his usual reward of a red rupee, some food and something from his collection, this time a bomb flower.

Sunset Bay Job #5: Child on the Way
The next job was a two-story house with a couple, Lucy and Greg, who were expecting a child. They wanted to renovate their new house to make the hallway bigger and makeover the kitchen. I was first asked to pick a style to the living room and I chose a modern style. I then tore down a part of the wall to open up the kitchen so that it opened into the living room and dining room. The colors were very basic too. Upstairs, I found out the couple was having a girl, so I had to renovate one of the bedrooms into a baby room and picked to have a girly touch. It was okay, not what I would have chosen with the green walls and white furniture, but oh well. I completed the job and made $21,037.28.

I went out in search of the monster control crew and found them on the shore with Captain Flaxel at the head. They were going to breach the ship but couldn’t since the bridge going to it was broken so they had to wait. Side Adventures – Bring Peace to Faron! The bridge was no problem and I was able to attach it to the other side, so they could get across to the ship. Now it was time to attack. I joined the fray and attacked the monsters until they were all gone. Captain Flaxel said we did a good job and to rejoin him on the shore.

I continued to explore around when I found a camp belonging to the monster control crew. Only Canolo, the cook, was there and she told me that Captain Flaxel was out by the shore of Menoat River to the west because there was a pirate ship moored there. She then gave me some food that was a new recipe and I moved on. I spotted a Korok laying on the ground that had to find his friend, and he was down a walkway not too far from where I was. I picked him up and just dropped him and since we were on a hill, he rolled all the way down, lol. He stopped not to far from the Korok camp so I brought him over and the friend gave me two korok seeds as thanks. I now have 163 seeds (237 total).

Sunset Bay Job #4: Only One Half
The next job was a house that was bought by an expecting mom who needed help with renovating her house. It was a small pink house and I didn’t need to do anything to the outside, so I headed inside and was faced with my first planning decision. The place was small and it asked if I should keep the kitchen and living room separate or knock down the walls. I chose to knock it down to open it up. I then got to choose if I should go with lighter or darker colors. I chose the lighter colors since the outside was a bright pink. While I was knocking down some more walls, I accidentally broke a water pipe, oops. I just sold the radiator and I got two new achievements for my trouble. I fixed up the bathroom and the bedroom, being careful to not run out of money. I thought I was done, but it turned out I had to clean out the garage that was on the other side of the house. Once I did, I completed the job and got $12,622.37.

I fed one of the dogs at the Highland Stable and it led me to a hidden chest with a Purple Rupee, nice. On a rock behind the stable I found a korok that needed to reunite with his friend. It was up on a hill, so it was going to take some effort to get him up there. I just picked it up with my ability and carried him up the side of the hill and to the camp to his friend. He thanked me by giving me 2 korok seeds, and now I have 160. I continued on and found a branch that looked like it could hold something with a big boulder nearby; so I lifted the boulder and put it in the holder and a korok appeared and gave me another seed and now I have 161 (235).

Now back on the surface, Penn asked what I had found down the well and I explained what I found and how there was a person singing down there and that the distortion of the well made the music sound threatening. He was glad that was all it was and mystery solved. He gave me my reward of a silver rupee then took off to go write his story. Side Adventures – An Eerie Voice (complete).

I dropped down the well and inside was a woman singing and it wasn’t Zelda. The woman was surprised to see me and when I told her what was going on, she said that wasn’t what she was singing, the lyrics were completely different and not creepy at all. She was down here because the acoustics were better but she did understand that the echo made the lyrics seem different above ground, and it also now made sense why people were throwing weapons down here. She said I could take what ever I wanted. Penn then hollered down at me and asked what happened, and I was taken back up to the surface.

Sunset Bay Job #3: Hundred-Year-Old Memories
The next job was an old house that had a limited budget that a family wanted to renovate. I had to clean the outside and found out the house was blue and not brown. Same for the inside, I had to clean the walls inside too then replace a lot of the furniture. The first decision I had to make was how to do the kitchen. I chose the elegant way and replaced the tile and cabinets with white. I then went into one of the bedrooms and found a safe in the closet that had money in it. So I could spend a little more. The second decision was on the bathroom, I just added to what was there and didn’t make many changes. I finished the job and made $6,311.18.

It was nighttime, so I went to talk to Penn and he told me about the voice again out on Fural Plain to the northwest and wondered if it was really Princess Zelda. He was going to head out there and will meet me there. I made it out to the plain and Penn and I heard a voice and he got scared and couldn’t move, so I went on and followed the voice until I got to the Haran Lakefront Well. It sounded like singing coming from down there asking to ‘leave their arms, or they’ll do you harm.’ Creepy.

I headed out of the cave to the seashore and found a korok that needed to be reunited with his friend. The camp wasn’t too far, so I picked it up and carried it to his friend where he gave me two korok seeds as thanks. I now have 157 seeds. I continued to explore around and on a cliff I found a stump with a cork that I had to take out. I just attached a rocked to it and it popped right out to reveal a korok. It gave me my 158th seed (232 total).

I went around the side of the stable and found the Highland Stable Well and dropped down into it. It was blocked by rocks, so I bombed them to open it up and had to fight some monsters and found some treasure. It eventually opened up to the Komo Shoreline Cave and to the outside where the sea was. I went back in and looked around for the glow frog and ended up finding it behind breakable rocks in the ceiling. I then got my 37th Bubbul Gem (83 total).

Sunset Bay Job #2: Man’s Job
I continued with the HGTV DLC jobs in the Sunset Bay area and the next one was someone named Ed who needed help renovating the house. I first picked up all the trash in the yard and cleaned up the inside, then I could make decisions on the first room. I decided to go with a stylish living room and kitchen. I even had to decorate one of the bedrooms. The second decision was a back room that I decided to make an office. I also noticed that there was another room and I destroyed a wall and found some stairs to a secret basement. I decorated that too with the recommended items. I then completed the job and made $8,484.91.

I talked to the Highland Stable owner after checking out the empty frame and he said he would like to paint a picture of the Giant White Stallion that was really rare and was supposed to have been seen nearby. But it was only a rumor, so he didn’t know if it was real or not and didn’t want to go out and waste time away from the stable if it wasn’t. If he had a picture, he could paint it no problem. Side Quests – A Picture for Highland Stable. It was now raining and when I turned to leave the stable there was a girl near the door that said that her friend Pyper had lit a fire outside and burned part of the field. He had been trying to get her to laugh, but it hadn’t been funny. He just said he wanted to show her a glowing tree, but instead tried to light a fire and burned everything. Then he just disappeared, probably to go play his flute. Mmmm. That may be one of the music players.

There was an old buy inside the stable that had information on two different things. One was of a strange animal with horns and tusks that ran off to the forest to the east. Others at the Lakeside Stable claimed to have seen it too. He’s probably talking about the Dondons. The other piece of information was that he heard a flute nearby on the northeast side of the stable. I’ll have to go check it out.

I found Penn again and he had another scoop for me. There was a rumor that a vice could be heard every day on the plains nearby that spooked everyone who passed by. They’ve also been throwing their weapons down the well out there. Side Adventures – An Eerie Voice. Penn said that we should investigate together and to come back at night. Sure thing.

I followed another light coming from a cave and t was the Floria River Upstream Excavation, similar to the others. I had to solve a puzzle to get the gate open. I had to get the electricity over to the door by using metal cubes and the hoover device to hold them up. Once it was opened I got a Topaz from the chest. Then I dropped down the hole in the floor and found the glow frog and got my 36th Bubbul Gem (82 total). I was wandering around and I found a skeleton horse on the surface. Cool. I took it back to Highland Stable and got a pony point with the owner since it was the first time I was there. I couldn’t register it since it was technically not a horse. Oh well.
