My friend and I were chatting and we accidentally stumbled into the concept of: there’s an abandoned building with rumours of being haunted, the trees in the garden wave at you as you pass and the gates creak open as though inviting you in. People who go in rarely return. The town is convinced that the dead residents of the house haunt the place forever.

Little do they know only half of the weird stuff is actually ghosts. The waving trees are actually the fae trying to lure folk into their fairy circles, and the fae and undead have a never ending turf war going on in there. It’s become a competition on which side can get the most humans within the next century.
