The beautiful thing as you get older is that you realize so many “rules” are made up and you can just do whatever. Posters can go anywhere in the house not just my room. I can sit down while cooking a meal or taking a shower. I can make the same thing for breakfast lunch dinner for a week straight. I can roam around the house shirtless. I can wear a dress with jeans. The world is my oyster key word my and I can live as I please embracing little things such as this

Are you excited for TTPD or are you burnt out on Taylor and her constant media coverage and her pushing this relationship in our face at every moment? I’m not very excited for this album right now :/

Oh anon, unfortunately, I feel this 100% and it’s so sad. I’ve been trying to gaslight myself into being really excited for this album which I’ve never had to do for a TS release (and I’ve been a fan for 14 years).

Everything I’ve learned about that vivalasvegas man has been against my will and it’s so disappointing to watch her participate in another PR centric relationship.

I’ve been a fan of her music since I was a child but now that I’m an adult and have developed my critical thinking skills, I can’t help but notice all of the problematic things that she does (including her obvious partnership with the NFL) and so my relationship with her as a fan has drastically changed.

Also side note: I’ll never not cringe at her speaking about him in her TIME magazine interview. I wanted to bang my head against a wall. That was a career defining interview and she chose to speak about a man she’s only known for a few months??? How is she in her mid-thirties acting like this???
