Maxantarius Farlione is definitely a retired man that loves tending to his garden, cooking, being grumpy and sarcastic and who’s also not made for most things in life, and I love him for that 🤭🤭❤️❤️❤️

I just finished the War of Lost Hearts series by Carissa Broadbent and it’s definitely one of the best series that I’ve ever read. I can’t stop thinking about those books and I want to immediately them again. The story, the characters, the pain, the love… ah, it’s all just *chefs kiss*.

I just finished The War of Lost Hearts series by Carissa Broadbent and I loved it. It was such a magnificent series and I feel that if you really enjoy the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas then you should give this series a try. Its only a trilogy so it's not as much as a commitment but it has sort of a similar vibe. I would definitely recommend this series (plus it's a completed trilogy so you don't have to wait for any sequels to come out).
