True Loves Kiss
[blows dust off this blog] hey I finished something for the first time in like three years
Fandom: Twisted Wonderland
Pairing: Malleus Draconia/Fem!Reader
Words: 963
Fae have different customs for the weddings of their royalty
Your relationship with Malleus had changed a lot upon your graduation from Night Raven college.
You’d gone back to the Valley of Thorns with him on several occasions during your time attending, for holidays and whatnot, and a lot of the fae citizens and servants in the castle seemed to love you, which you took comfort in knowing.
Especially now that you were going to be their Queen.
Malleus knew he loved you, that he wanted you by his side for as long as possible, and that he would die to protect you, so his decision to propose to you was not a quick one. Although it was private, abrupt, and you were caught off guard for sure. You’d had the conversation about marriage before, if you were ready to become Queen or if the relationship was doomed from the start, and you’d agreed to take the role. Malleus assured he’d be making all the hard decisions anyway with a chuckle.
Fae had different rules and ceremonies and rituals when it came to… most things, compared to humans. And this engagement was no exception. Some things were no big deal, such as your black wedding dress, but others were more...
“Are you ready?” Lilia asked very casually, like he'd done it a million times.
“No. I’m scared.” You looked up at your fiancé, accompanied of course by Silver and Sebek, the five of you currently in Malleus’ private chambers.
“It’s perfectly safe, I assure you.” Lilias smile didn’t have any mischievous intent.
One of the fae customs was reminiscent of an old story, the story of true loves kiss. It was for royal family members only, and used to prevent a new member of the family from marrying for the sake of taking advantage of the King or Queen, the status, and so on. That could happen anyway along the line, of course, but it prevented members from being manipulated from the start.
A powerful fae (Lilia, in this case) was to cast a spell upon the soon to be King or Queen (Malleus)’s partner (you). Malleus would then kiss you to awaken you, proving your love for each other was true. If it didn’t work, Lilia would wake you up and, most likely, the wedding would be called off. And maybe the fae would run you out of the country with pitchforks for trying to take advantage of their beloved prince.
But what if it didn’t work?
You had no reason to think it wouldn't, you and Malleus loved each other unquestionably, but…
“My love, I know you're scared,” Malleus took your hand and kissed your knuckles, “You wish to be married, yes?”
“Of course.”
“Then we must do this.”
“I know,” you sighed, “I’m just afraid I won’t wake up. Not because of true love, but what if something goes wrong with the magic? What if even Lilia can’t wake me up?”
“Your lack of faith wounds me,” Lilia gave an exaggerated frown.
“You have nothing to fear! Master Lilia is the best there is! And your love with the Young Master is second to none!” Sebek said this with the most confidence possible, and you will admit his confidence did make you feel a bit better.
You turned to look at Silver who just softly smiled and nodded in agreement.
“Okay.” You smiled at Malleus and moved to lay down on the bed. Lilia came to stand at the bedside, placing a hand over your eyes.
“Now sleep, my child, and awaken by the desires of your heart.”
You were out, your head lulling to the side against Malleus’ black silk pillowcase. Lilia stepped back, gesturing for Malleus to step to your side.
He looked down at you, sleeping peacefully in his bed. He thought about the tales of the princess and the spindle. Did she dream? Would you dream in this brief time? They spoke often of the beauty of that princess, but Malleus was sure she couldn’t compare to you. She couldn’t compare to the overwhelming warmth he would feel in his heart waking up to your sleeping face next to him for the rest of your lives together.
Malleus was also starting to feel a bit nervous, staring down at you for a noticeably long time.
“Malleus?” Lilia peeked around him to make sure he was okay and they exchanged reassuring smiles.
The prince leaned over, gently tilting your face up and admiring the way your lashes rested against your cheeks. He leaned in to kiss you, stopping for a brief moment of fear, before pressing his lips against yours.
He loved you.
The spell felt like… well, a sleep you couldn’t wake from. One where you were completely exhausted, and it weighed heavy on your limbs. Suddenly, you awoke, feeling like you’d never been asleep at all and your whole body filled with a warm, giddy feeling. Malleus was leaning over you, smiling with just the slightest hint of relief, and you broke into an even wider smile. The joy washed over you and you teared up, throwing your arms around Malleus and kissing him again and again.
“I love you,” you smiled and laughed. Lilia, Sebek and Silver all, quietly, let out breaths of relief.
“And I love you.” Malleus rested his hand in your hair, gazing at you like you were the most important thing in his life. His treasure. His Queen.
“That takes care of the agenda today,” Lilia smiled, casually making his way towards the door and nudging Silver and Sebek out as well, “Please enjoy your time together before the wedding chaos.”
The two of you watched them leave before your fiancé turned back to you, grabbing you and crushing your lips together again and joining you on the bed.

Hard to Get (Oobleck/Reader)
Fandom: RWBY
Pairing: Oobleck/Reader
Words: 478
Summary: A super tiny sort of Oobleck thing I love him don’t look at me
“Professor, can we ask you about boys?”
You turned and looked at team RWBY, minus the B, with a raised brow.
“Boys?”
“Yeah!” Yang answered. “Weiss wants to ask Neptune to the dance, but she doesn’t know how.”
“That’s not true!” Weiss argued. “I’m sorry professor, this wasn’t my idea, really.”
“It’s okay,” you laughed, “but I’m single, so I don’t know how much help I’d be anyway.”
“You’re single?!” Ruby shrieked, “But you’re so cool! And pretty!”
“And you kick massive butt!” Yang punctuated her statement with a fist in the air.
“I’m sure she’s just waiting for someone smart, strong and sophisticated. Right Professor [Name]?” Weiss crossed her arms confidently.
“Well, I have someone in mind, but… I don’t know if he’d really fit that description,” you giggled to yourself and the girls all leaned forward with interest.
You turned your head slightly, leading their gazes down the corridor and into the doorway of a lecture hall where Doctor Oobleck was sprinting around, as was his want. There was a long pause before a collective outcry came from the three of them.
“Professor you cannot be serious!” Weiss cried.
“No, it’s fine! Doctor Oobleck is… cool… I guess…” Yang mumbled.
“Professor, no offense but… what do you see in him?” Ruby asked innocently, if not a bit repulsed, and you laughed again.
“Well, he’s smart, so Weiss got that part right. He might be a bit.... eccentric, but he’s cute. And he makes me laugh. He’s a hell of a huntsman too, whether you believe it or not and he’s-”
“Here!” Yang interrupted, “He’s here! Here he is! Hiiii Doctor Oobleck.”
Everyone tensed collectively, turning their attention to him.
“Ah yes hello girls, lovely to see you, and young miss [Name], there you are I’d been looking for you. I was wondering if you’d like to accompany me to lunch today?”
The girls eyes lit up visibly, but you gave him a sad face.
“Oh I’m sorry Doctor, I just told the girls I’d help them with some extra training,” you stuck your lip out in a pout. “How about tomorrow?”
“Oh,” he tried not to sound disappointed. “Very well! Of course, education comes first, so tomorrow it is! Study hard girls!”
And off he zipped. Team RWBY turned to you in astonishment.
“Why did you say no?!” Weiss asked and you grinned.
“You see, now I know he’s interested in spending time with me, but I don’t wanna seem too eager, so you lie and offer up a solution so he knows I’m still interested, but it can wait. Then when I show up tomorrow to have lunch with him, it wasn’t even my idea, because he asked first.”
The girls stared at you, mouths slightly agape, as you stood there with your hands confidently on your hips.
“Professor [Name], you’re a genius,” Weiss sighed.

Night Owls (RotTMNT Donatello/Female Reader)
Fandom: TMNT, RotTMNT
Pairing: Donatello/Female Reader
Words: 1,287
Summary: Night time shenanigans with a genius
AO3 Link
The lair was unsurprisingly quiet as you entered, peering around for signs of life. There was the glow of Splinter watching television, his small form knocked out in the recliner. Distantly there was a hissing sound, and a gentle glow coming from a door on the upper level.
You peeked in the doorway and saw a familiar purple shell hunched over the desk, sparks flying up from a welding torch.
“Hey,” you announced yourself, quietly stepping inside and shutting the door to Donnie's lab behind you.
“[Name]?” Donnie lifted his goggles, looking over at you and then at the digital clock glowing a green ‘1:00 AM’, “What’re you doing here?”
“I just couldn't sleep…” you rubbed your neck, indicating your discomfort.
“So, naturally, you made a dangerous journey alone to the underground sewers of New York in the middle of the night?” He looked amused.
“Well I knew you'd be awake.” You playfully pushed his shoulder, moving to sit on his desk. There was a mug, which you picked up and smelled the contents of.
“You're not gonna be able to sleep either if you keep drinking coffee.”
“This is the only time I get peace.” He moved to the corner of his lab where the coffee machine was, pouring another cup and bringing it over to you. “How do you take it?”
“Cream and three sugars,” you yawned and the familiar robot arms came out from his shell casing, perfectly mixing your coffee while he stood there proudly.
“Thanks.”
“My pleasure.” Donatello sat back down at his work bench, goggles in place and continuing his work. You turned and crossed your legs on the counter, watching him and sipping at your coffee.
2 AM
You’d finished your coffee and were now curled up on your side, watching as Donnie put the component he’d been previously welding in some device. You eyeballed his staff leaning against the closest wall.
“Will you make me a weapon, Donnie?”
“Absolutely not.”
You expected this answer, but how quickly he said it offended you. You sat up and glared at him.
“Why not?”
“I’m not about to inadvertently encourage you to fight any mutants or foot ninjas.” He stuck his arm in the machine, digging around. You leaned closer to him, jutting your lip out in a pout.
“Please, Donnie! I don’t know anybody else as smart and handy as you! Who else am I supposed to ask?” He paused, leaning back and smirking in the glow of your compliments.
“Well, I suppose that’s true- hey!” he stopped and pointed a finger at you, “Stop praying on my ego!”
You gave him a wide, smug grin.
“If I can’t have my own weapon, can I at least rely on you to protect me?” you teased.
“I suppose I can’t trust anyone else to do it, can I?”
3 AM
You stood on the other side of the lab, one of Donatello’s armored shell hooked around your shoulders. You spun towards him with an arm raised in a pose.
“Am I not the best looking turtle you’ve ever seen?” The robotic limbs all unsheathed themselves, posing in a similar fashion. Donnie leaned back in his chair, eyeing you up and down.
“Well I can confidently say you’re the least green terrapin I’ve ever seen,” he smirked.
“I don’t appreciate you pointing out my condition, Donatello. I’m sensitive.”
4 AM
You’d finally convinced Donatello to take a break for five minutes and now the two of you were standing on his workbench, poorly belting out Broadway songs.
One of you slipped on a small patch of oil and the two of you came crashing to the ground in a heap.
5 AM
You were lying on your back across the workbench now, a hazy, exhausted shell of your former self still too stubborn to sleep.
“I think this is the end,” Donnie rubbed at his face, “I’m so tired.”
“You’re so tired,” you slurred and he stared at you with his half lidded expression.
“...that’s what I just said.” You squinted at him.
“Touche.”
The next time Donnie went to talk to you, you were curled up on your side on the table, fast asleep. It was now 6 am and he thought maybe this was a sign he should go to sleep as well. Not wanting to wake you, Donnie picked you up and moved you to the couch on the other side of the lab, covering you with a blanket and leaving to sleep himself, the gentle hum of machines keeping you out cold.
The next morning Donnie stumbled out of his room, looking about as disheveled as he usually did when he spent all night working on some gadget. He peeked in his lab on the way downstairs, seeing you still asleep on the couch. It was already several hours into the day, so the others were as rowdy as usual when Donnie joined them.
“Hey, there he is!” Raph clapped him on the back.
“Aw, looking good sleeping beauty,” Leo grinned.
“Can you guys keep it down? [Name]’s still asleep in my lab,” Donnie pushed past them towards any form of food, realizing a few moments later the presence of three pairs of eyes watching him.
“What?” he scowled at them irritably.
“Uh, did you say [Name]’s in your lab?” Raph asked.
“You never let anybody into your lab!” Mikey shouted. They all had these knowing grins and it took Donatello’s sleep addled brain a few moments to process this.
Oh no.
Oh no, no no no. He did not.
“So?” his scowl got deeper, waiting for his brothers to spit out what he already knew they were getting at.
“Look, we’re just saying, we’ve all kinda noticed how you look at her, and how you act when she’s around...” Leo shrugged in a teasing manner, shaking his head. Donnie was slowly processing all the interactions the two of you had ever had and realizing… they were right. Oh no.
He broke into a sprint past his brothers, up the stairs and into his lab, quickly flipping on the lights. You squinted, turning to bury your face into the cushions, and the boy hesitated for a moment before running over to you and grabbing your shoulders.
“Wakey wakey [Name], time to go,” he sounded a little panicked, forcing you to sit up.
“What’s wrong?” you grumbled, barely coherent. You felt yourself moved more, now standing on mostly sleeping legs.
“There’s a, uh, leak,” he stammered, “Yeah, very lethal, but only to humans. Better to let us take care of it, no need to thank me.”
He practically pushed you from the lab and in the direction of the exit.
“Oh, okay,” you rubbed your eyes, “bye guys.” You waved to the others, completely unaware of what was going on and just looking forward to the next soft surface you encounter as you beelined out of the lair and towards your house.
Once you were gone Donnie let out a sigh of relief, wiping his brow and standing proudly like a crisis had been averted. He turned and looked to his brothers on the lower level, who were just staring.
“That’s what you do to girls you like, right guys?” Leo grinned and the others just smiled at Donnie after witnessing him usher you out of the lair in embarrassment.
“Joke’s on you, because I don’t like her!” he yelled and stormed off into his lab before they could say anything else.
“He’s terrible at this,” Leo sighed.
“Aw, I feel bad. Should we help him?” Mikey looked to Raph, who put a hand on his shoulder.
“Nah, he’ll figure it out,” he paused, “Eventually, at least.”

Gimmie a Hand [Chapter 3]
Fandom: Marvel, Spider-Man
Pairing: Peter Parker/Reader, Spider-Man/Reader
Words: 749
Summary: An injured spider hero asks for your help one night.
Chapter 1 | Chapter 2 | AO3 Link
Peter didn’t tell you he was Spider-Man, but he did notice a very obvious increase in your interest towards the hero after your interaction, which just made him feel guilty. But he tried to convince himself it was a passing phase after your brush with the infamous hero.
You didn’t see Spider-Man again for weeks.
You tried to be reasonable, but you couldn’t help but be a little disappointed. Something about some strong hero coming to see you through your bedroom window was a little romantic, wasn’t it? Even if you did end up with literal blood on your hands, which was less romantic. But caring for someone so intimately was romantic, right?
The next time you saw him, he was half way through your bedroom window when you entered the room eating a bowl of cereal at one in the morning. Even with the red suit, the flowing blood was obvious. And staining your carpet.
You choked on your milk, quickly putting down the bowl and snatching a towel from the bathroom to stop the bleeding. Nothing was spoken aside from some pained grunts as you removed any fabric that was in the way. This wound was definitely worse than the last, but didn't look like it needed stitches. The two of you remained in silence until you were finished treating him.
You left the room and returned with a juice box again.
“You alright?” You asked and the hero let out a long exhale, never realizing he was holding his breath.
“Yeah. Yeah, thanks,” he shifted and let out a pained grunt, “Sorry if that offer last time was just you being polite.” You gave a small laugh.
“It wasn't. I'm glad you came. I mean, I'm not glad you got hurt, but I'm glad I got to see you again.” You immediately berated yourself for saying something so corny.
“If you uh, if you don't mind... I might just sit here for a bit, get myself together.”
“Yeah of course! I'd offer to let you stay here but I don't think that'd go over well for either of us if my parents walked in,” you rubbed your arm awkwardly. Peter remembered the dozens of times he’d slept over your house before and had a silent laugh to himself.
“You this nice to every strange guy you meet?” He teased.
“Only the strong, heroic ones,” you said with a flirty grin and Peter had a brief moment of cardiac arrest.
“Well, you know,” he went to jokingly flex his arm and immediately winced in pain.
Spider-Man stayed for around an hour and the two of you talked mostly about your life, for obvious reasons. He told you some cool stuff about his suit and the bad guys he fought, while you told him about school and your friends. Talking to Spider-Man made you feel really… smiley. Like when you talk to someone you have a crush on and can't help but kind of babble and grin the whole time. Which is exactly what this was, but how could anyone blame you? You didn't know what Spider-Man looked like under the mask, but he could catch a bus with his bare hands and make you laugh, so what other criteria was there really?
The two of you also seemed to click really easily, and it reminded you of something you had a hard time placing.
Peter felt like he was walking on every possible eggshell. This was so dangerous! He had to pretend like he didn't already know everything you were telling him. One wrong move and he could totally blow this! You could talk about a test you got a B on and he could be all ‘oh yeah that test was hard, Mrs. Valentine’s a tough grader’ and that'd be it! It'd be all over! You might not know it was him exactly, but you weren't an idiot and you'd definitely put two and two together. He had to leave before he messed this up.
“Well uh. I think it's probably time to go.” Spider-Man finally stood with a grunt. You tried not to sound disappointed.
“Oh... alright well… be careful.” You watched as he climbed out the window before turning back to you.
“...Sorry if I worried you.”
“You're hardly the only person I worry about regularly,” you chuckled and he gave a small laugh before leaving. Was it ironic you were actually worrying about him twice as often, even if you didn't know it?

Gimmie a Hand [Chapter 2]
Fandom: Marvel, Spider-Man
Pairing: Peter Parker/Reader, Spider-Man/Reader
Words: 645
Summary: An injured spider hero asks for your help one night.
Chapter 1 | AO3 Link
“Peter, I’m serious! That’s so cool, right? Like what’re the chances of it being me out of every other person in New York? I mean I guess technically my chances are the same as anyone else's but-” you continued to ramble on about your experience meeting Spider-Man the night before, which you managed to talk about way more than what was probably necessary for such a short meeting.
“Yeah, that’s really cool,” Peter agreed, his heart into it about as much as it could be considering he was… there. And you were gushing about meeting him. Well, not him exactly, but totally absolutely him. But you didn’t know it.
Either way, his heart was racing at all your unintentional flattery.
“Peter, you are absolutely not excited enough about this. I’m like a certified hero medic,” you jokingly popped your jacket. From the other end of the hallway the two of you saw Ned waving. You elbowed Peter, “Ned’ll be excited for me.”
“Ned!” you ran up and grabbed his shoulders, “I totally met Spider-Man last night! He came through my window,” you were leaning into his personal bubble now and he just stared at you, mouth agape.
His gaze shifted between you and Peter, who shook his head to reassure that you in fact didn’t know it was him. “Uh, wow, that’s so cool!” he didn’t sound as enthusiastic as you’d hoped and your face deadpanned.
“You guys suck,” you playfully shoved Ned away from you with a grin.
“We’re just jealous,” Peter shrugged with a smile.
“Jealousy is a disease, Parker,” you affectionately pat his cheek before walking backwards away from your boys, “let's try to find a cure in chemistry, okay?” You turned and walked towards your history class, leaving the two alone.
Peter let out a sigh of relief.
“Dude!” Ned shoved Peter's arm, “What was that about?!”
“I had a bad injury! I couldn't make it home, I needed help, and their place was close by. What else was I supposed to do?!” Peter whispered aggressively to his friend.
“Bleed out instead of causing more problems for yourself!” Ned whispered back.
“And they flirted with me! Him!”
“[Name] jokingly flirts with us all the time, that's how they are.”
“I know but they asked Spider-Man to kiss them! Asked me to kiss them!”
“Whoa, did you do it?!” Ned was getting invested now.
“No!” Peter threw his arms up, “I could never do that. I'd be taking advantage of their interest in Spider-Man because of the way I feel.”
Ned pat his friend on the shoulder, “You're a good man.”
“Thanks,” Peter sighed. “They invited him back, too, if he ever needed help.”
“Are you gonna go back?”
“They’ll be disappointed if I don't, right?”
“I think they'll understand. Maybe just go if it's actually an emergency? Like, ‘actually bleeding to death is the alternative’ type of emergency. Which hopefully doesn't really happen,” Ned quickly added that last part.
“Yeah…” Peter trailed off.
“Look, you’re worrying too much. As far as they know, Spider-man is a busy hero who doesn’t have the time to think about one person that helped him with one injury out of what I would guess is way too many. There’re millions of people in New York and [Name]’s reasonable, so I’m sure they don’t actually expect to ever see Spider-Man again. So you’re in the clear!” Ned clapped Peter on the back before grabbing his shoulders and turning him to look at him.
“But you want my real advice? Tell them who you are, and get that kiss,” Ned was leaning as close to Peter as possible to emphasize how serious he was.
“Goodbye, Ned,” Peter deadpanned and Ned shrugged.
“I’m just sayin’, man! See ya at lunch!” he waved as he turned down the next hallway, leaving Peter to sigh to himself once more.

Do you think we’ll get married?
Fandom: TMNT
Relationship: Raphael/Reader
Word count: 878
I’m not the best at writing this kind of stuff so sorry if it’s Not Great
AO3 Link
You currently lay on your back, head lying on the shoulder of one particularly hot headed turtle that you called your boyfriend. Raphael was in a warm, comfortable haze, staring at the ceiling and absentmindedly rubbing your arm while you played around on your phone. The two of you had been sitting in mostly silence for the last hour or so just enjoying each other's company when Raphael eventually spoke up.
“Hey [Name]?” You hummed in response. “Do you think… well ever get married…” There was no question mark at the end of his sentence and you paused, leaning up on your elbow and turning to see what kind of expression he was making with a statement like that. When you did, he gave you a confused glance before freezing.
“Did I… say that out loud?” You grinned and nodded slowly. The two of you had been together for around two years now, which was statistically how long people were usually together before getting married, so it wasn't a weird thing to think about. Although you guys were obviously still way too young for that. You responded before Raphael had the chance to backtrack.
“Why were you thinking about that?”
Raphael’s mouth hung open slightly while he tried to decide if he really wanted to be cheesy and open about this, or act like it was nothing, probably while blushing. He sighed in resignation.
“Because… I don't know…,” he sat up, “That's what people do in relationships, right? Like, eventually?” He looked at you for semi-confirmation like he’d never seen a romcom in his life and you gave him an amused nod.
“Doesn't that answer your question?” You asked.
“Well yeah but I'm-” he gestured vaguely at his own form but you knew what he meant. “We wouldn't be able to have a wedding or anything.”
“Sure we could.” You wrapped your arms around one of his, resting your head on his shoulder. “We have it somewhere remote and your family will be there, April and Casey, all your friends and allies-”
“But what about your friends? And your family?”
You looked sad for a moment, but Raphael couldn’t see it.
“Is that what the real problem is?” You pulled back to look at him and he just scanned your face.
You deserved a nice wedding, a big fancy one where everyone you ever knew could be there, sharing in your happiness and the happiness of your new found union, not some wedding on a farm in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of mutants. That’s what he was, a mutant, a mutant who couldn’t give you the perfect human life you deserved.
“I want you to be happy,” he said, holding your hand, “I don’t think it’s fair for you to not be able to invite your family to an important event like that because your boyfriend is some kind of-
“Don’t.” You stopped him. “Don’t start with that shit.”
Raphael grunted in frustration and climbed off the bed, pacing around the room. You watched him for a few moments before standing and going over to him.
“Raphael.” You cupped his face, “Don’t worry about it-”
“I can’t!” He pushed your hands away, “Don’t you get it? You deserve better! A boyfriend you can go out in public with! A boyfriend you don’t have to make arrangements for because people can’t see him! Because he’s a mutant!” There was a loud crack as he punched the wall and you jumped, running over and grabbing his hand.
“Raphael, stop!” You cradled his hand in yours and he stared at you, panting, “I don’t care about any of that. I love you. I love you so much and isn’t that good enough? Don’t you think I’m not aware of all those things? That I can’t go to a party or to a movie with my boyfriend? Of course I know! But I don’t care!” You paused, searching for your words. “I care that I get to see you. To kiss you and spend time with you, to stargaze on rooftops and just be a part of this, this amazing, crazy life you guys have.”
You hated that this was upsetting him so much, something so entirely beyond his control. People had surely sacrificed more for the people they love then things like this, and you were fine. He suddenly pulled you tightly against him, burying his face in your neck so you wouldn’t see how emotional he was getting.
“I love you too,” he mumbled and you smiled softly, rubbing the back of his head. You stood there, calming the fire for a while until Raphael finally pulled away, keeping his hands on your hips.
“Although to be honest, I think you’ll meet my mom one day. Can’t avoid meeting the parents forever, even when you’re a mutant,” you teased and Raph grinned, gently pulling your face towards his.
“And how badly do you think that’ll go?”
“I’m gonna say like a five. She’ll be freaked out, but won’t be able to disagree with how good looking you are, and will therefore understand my love.” You placed your hand on your heart and Raphael laughed, pulling you closer and kissing you like it had been far too long.

Longing
Fandom: TMNT
Pairing: 2K12 Leonardo/Reader
Word count: 269
This takes place sometimes during the beginning of season 4, when they’re in space!
AO3 Link
The night was quiet in this part of New York City, the Moon full and glowing bright amongst a starless sky. You lay looking up into space with Leonardo, whose mind wouldn’t stop buzzing with the stress and pressure of recent events.
“I just don’t know,” he whispered, again.
“You’ve said that many times now.” Your tone was relaxed and understanding, which relaxed him in turn.
“What’re we supposed to do? What’s our future? I have to keep my brothers safe, but I also want them to succeed. I want to succeed.” You slid your hand over his.
“Do you wanna know what I think?” Leo sat up on his elbow to show he was listening and you mimicked. “I think you guys are destined to be great. I think you’ll be great.”
From your confidence in him alone, Leo felt like a great weight had been lifted off his chest.
“I think you're skilled and smart and it’s impossible for every decision you make to be perfect,” you rubbed your thumb against his skin, “but you’ll always pull through. And then youll win.” You said it gently and shrugged, like it was obvious, and Leo looked like he might cry.
“[Name]...”
You smiled lovingly, leaning closer. Leo closed the gap and right as your lips met, you dissipated along with the city, leaving Leo alone in a white room. The leader hung his head, sitting up in the empty holoroom to his brother sadly standing in the doorway.
“The professor needs us,” Donnie said quietly and Leo walked past him.
“I miss them.”
“You won’t have to forever.”

“I’m gonna go see if I can find a working piece. Be right back.” Pidge headed out the door, leaving Hunk to work on their project. About ten minutes later, he heard her enter again.
“Hey Pidge, I know we talked about using a non-conductive piece for this but now I’m not too sure that’s gonna work. I mean-” Hunk proceeded to explain his theory in terms that were way to advanced for you, thinking you were Pidge. You said nothing, standing in the doorway and listening with a knowing grin. Eventually he noticed a lack of response.
“Pidge, are you-” he turned around, annoyed at first and then flushing a bit at the sight of your grin. “[Name!]” He quickly stood. “What, uh, what, what are you doing here? You’re not Pidge.”
“I am very much not Pidge,” you continued to grin.
“Sorry about the… rambling. And the science. I’m sure I was boring you to death, but in my defense, you should have more recognizable footsteps.”
“No, not at all,” you walked over to him from your spot in the doorway. “You’re really smart and I liked hearing it. You sound really passionate,” you smiled and Hunk blushed harder, hands fidgeting.
“R-Really? I mean, it wasn’t that impressive, Pidge and I are just working on-”
“Found it!” Pidge slid into the doorway, holding some kind of metal object up to the sky with both hands. She looked at it and gave herself a proud grin. “You know, I know we talked about using a non-conductive piece-” she stopped when she saw you standing there. “Hey [Name], you come to help us out?”
“Ohhh no,” you laughed, “I’ll leave all the building to the geniuses,” you winked at Hunk and he froze. You backed out of the room and waved. “See you guys later.”
“Bye [Name],” Pidge said, not even looking back as she approached the workbench. Hunk sat in his chair once more before groaning and dropping his head on the surface with a loud clang.
“It couldn’t have been that bad.” Pidge raised an eyebrow.
“I thought you were standing there and I just started talking like an idiot about this project for like five minutes and,” he lifted his head and hung his mouth open, not even knowing what else to say before covering his face with his palms. “She probably thinks I’m some big dork.”
“You are a big dork,” Pidge smirked, “but some girls like that.”
“Ya know Pidge,” Hunk folded his hands on the desk and gave her a serious look, “historically, that has not been the case for me.” She laughed.
“Well she did say we were geniuses. ‘We’ includes you.”
“I guess,” he leaned back in the chair. “And she did wink at me.”
“She winked at you? Dude, that's a great sign! If Lance were here, he'd say you've got this in the bag.” Pidge gestured with her hands in a very Lance manner. Hunk sighed and slid further down in his chair.
“I don't know…”
“Why don’t you just try asking her on a space date?” Pidge wiggled her eyebrows, “Go out somewhere and look at foreign constellations together or something corny like that.”
Hunk let out a pained groan at the thought of it, standing and ruffling his hair in frustration.
“Ugh, that sounds so great!” he paused, hand dropping to his stomach. “And the idea of it makes me so nervous I think I'm gonna puke.”
“I think you're worrying about this too much. You're already friends, so you're like half way there.” Hunk flopped back down in the chair.
“Pidge that’s not how that works. Does our friendship mean I’m halfway to kissing you?”
“Oh, you wanna kiss her now, do you?” Pidge teased and Hunk pushed his lips out in thought.
“You know what? I’m leaving.” He pushed out of his chair and quickly made for the door.
“Lance’s advice won’t be any better!” Pidge cried as the door slid shut behind him.

Relief
Fandom: Voltron
Pairing: Coran/Reader
Word Count: 908
Another backlog from AO3, also Coran’s CUTE
AO3 Link
Shortly after you'd all returned from that alternate reality-as weird as it was to say-there was a knock on your door before it slid open to reveal Coran.
“Hey,” you greeted him with a smile.
“Yes, hello,” he leaned forward, peering around your room through the doorway. “I was just searching for a, um,” he straightened back up, clearing his throat and tugging on his jacket.
“Excellent work on the mission,” he finally said. You snorted.
“Thanks Coran,” you gave him a sideways grin. What was he up to? You pat the space on the bed next to you to have him come sit, which he quickly but awkwardly did.
The two of you sat there in silence for a while. Coran was leaning on his knees and shaking his leg, as well as not looking at you. You also noticed his hands were shaking, which was enough to worry you.
“Coran, are you okay?” You placed your hand on his arm. He jumped away from the touch, causing you to pull your hand away.
“Yes! I mean, of course!” He looked to you and then back to the door before pointing at it with his thumb. “You know what, I should probably be going, ship repairs and all that. Sorry for bothering you!” He stood and started heading towards the exit.
“Coran…” you said it like you knew he was full of shit, which stopped him dead.
He peeked at you over his shoulder as though hoping he could dart during the millisecond you blink. Finally he turned back around to face you, taking a deep breath. It took a moment for him to speak, clearly trying to find the words.
“I… am very glad you're safe,” he began. You didn't know what to say to that, but the tone of his voice made you nervous. He went on.
“When Voltron went through that… portal, everything dropped off the sensors. For a short while I had to consider the idea that everyone was… gone,” he walked back over and sat almost hip to hip next to you, which you noticed. “That was terrifying and I've never felt a greater relief than seeing you all return but,” he took another breath. “Seeing you again was the biggest relief of all.”
He was looking at you now and you still had no idea what to say. Was he confessing? Your heart was racing and you were trying not to grin like an idiot at the idea.
“Are you… confessing?” You grinned now and Corans whole face exploded red.
“W-Well now let's not get hasty! I just wanted to let you know that you're clearly important to me and that I've been thinking about us a lot lately and what the future could hold!”
He was rambling and when he stopped and turned to you you just had your eyebrow raised, still grinning.
“Alright fine!” Coran held your hands in both of his, “I'm a messed up lovestruck fool! You've completely stolen my heart and the idea of anything happening to you during that mission filled me with fear and rage and regret that… regret that…” your cheeks were flushed now from his abrupt passion and Coran was finding it harder to speak when you looked at him like that. “...that I never told you I love you.”
You thought you were going to cry. You were so overwhelmed with emotion right now and Coran looked so vulnerable that you worried if you tried to speak you'd start sobbing. You leaned forward to kiss him, but he stopped you.
“You don't have to if you don't-” he began and you cut him off.
“I love you too, you idiot,” you whispered and Coran was so surprised he jumped up and cheered, shattering the moment.
He reached over and grabbed your hand, pulling you up off the bed, twirling you and pulling you flush against him.
“My dear you have made me the happiest being in the universe today!” He put the arm that wasn't holding you in the air for dramatic effect.
“Wow and we haven't even kissed yet,” you grinned and he stopped after hearing your words, bringing his hand down to pose under his chin.
“Is that an invitation?” Coran raised his eyebrow and leaned closer to you.
“Mmmmaybe,” you looked at the ceiling innocently.
“Then there's no time to waste!” He spun you again before dipping you low to the ground and bringing your lips together. His mustache tickled you and you smiled into the kiss, which caused him to smile. When Coran pulled away he stopped to admire you before his whole face flushed, apparently now realizing everything that just happened. He quickly moved you to a standing position and cleared his throat.
“Well! Yes, very sorry for the excitement my dear I must be going now to… tune the… mequal gears…” Those weren't a thing. He was backing up towards the door as he spoke and then turned to make a break for it, slamming right into the door. It slid open a moment later and he was gone.
After a moment Corans head peeked back into your room. “...I love you,”
You covered your face in embarrassment for a moment, then sliding them down over just your cheeks. “I love you too,”
Coran let out what could only be described as the sound of an excited school girl before he ran off for real.

The Keeper
Fandom: Osomatsu-san
Pairing: Choromatsu Matsuno/Reader
Word Count: 689
I posted this to AO3 a while ago but never posted it here
AO3
The halls and shelves of this library were tall; impossibly, extraordinarily tall, filled with all the magical knowledge of this world. This wasn’t your first time inside the World Archives, but it still continued to impress you. Most of the books, tomes and scrolls were written and researched by wizards and thankfully the library was also designed by wizards; wizards who knew just how many things were going to be inside. Magic users were able to easily be directed to their desired content by lantern; just tell the lantern what you were looking for and it would light the way. Finding it was the easy part but reaching it was a whole other matter.
The current book you were looking for had your neck craned back pretty far, sitting about fifteen shelves high. Creatures and traveling apparatus were also not allowed inside the library, so you tried whistling and beckoning, thinking maybe the book would fly to you. It just continued to glow mockingly. You’d never had this problem before, most books conveniently placed low enough for you to grab before this. You looked around for maybe library issued brooms or even a latter, but found nothing. Down the way a man floating past on a large ornate key caught your eye.
“Excuse me!” you called, jogging down the corridor. The man stopped and looked at you curiously.
He had a large pointed hat commonly worn by magic users with a small key hanging off of it, as well as a large tome with a lock he was holding like a briefcase.
“Oh, you must be the Keeper!” you extended your hand towards him, “I’m [Name]. I come here a lot so it’s nice to finally meet you.” The man stared at you for a moment with pink cheeks before replying.
“I’m Choromatsu, and yes I’m the Keeper.  C-Can I help you with something?” he gave you a small, triangular smile and you lowered your hand awkwardly. “O-Oh! I’m sorry, I can’t make physical contact with visitors for security purposes. I hope you understand?” He looked genuinely worried about offending you, but you just smiled at his explanation.
“That’s okay! I’m actually trying to reach a book over here,” you pointed and headed towards it with Choromatsu in tow. You lifted your lantern and looked up at the book once more. “It’s just a touch out of my reach,” you joked.
“Oh, that’s no problem.” He lifted the large book in his hand and set it on his palm, opening the lock with the small key on his hat. He revealed the inner pages and several green, translucent hands extended out, stretching up to your book and bringing it back down to him. He shut and locked the hands away once more, turning over your book in his hand to look at the cover.
“‘Illuminations & Ruminations of Appearance Spells’,” he read the title aloud before handing it to you. “I hope your studies go well, but if you don’t mind me saying, you look pretty great already…” he blushed and stared down at his feet where they were balanced on the blade of the large key. When you didn’t say anything, he lifted his head to look at you curiously, hoping he didn’t upset you. You had a big smile, trying not to giggle at him.
“Thank you, but this isn’t for me. It’s for a client,” you hid your growing smile behind the book and his face bloomed.
“O-Of course! I should have known! How would you not already know how attractive you are- I mean- Uh-” he was bordering on flailing when you interrupted.
“Well… if you ever wanna compliment me some more, feel free to look me up,” you put your hands behind your back in a flirty manner, “I’m sure there’s a spell for that, right? Wishes of the Heart or something?” You wiggled your fingers in a teasing wave as you walked past him, “See ya.”
Choromatsu watched you leave with his book clutched tightly to his chest, trying to keep his heart from bursting out.

Power Outage
Fandom: TMNT
Pairing: Donatello/Reader
Word Count: 1929
I keep editing this and I just need to Post It
AO3 Link
You were relaxing downstairs, taking up as much of the couch as possible and enjoying your alone time, when there was an outburst of barking upstairs from your dog. You sat up and listened intently for any other sounds under the barks, quietly making your way up the stairs. Close to your room, you could hear someone.
“No! Ahh! Bad dog, no!” They whispered. You peaked around the corner, all tension draining from your body at the sight of your friend Donatello trying to wrestle his staff from the jaws of your oh so ferocious Corgi.
“Ginger! Put it down!” You commanded and they both stopped dead, Ginger letting the staff fall from her mouth and turning to pant at you excitedly. You squeaked a toy from the floor a couple times, cooing:
“You want the toy Ginger? You want it? Go get it!” You tossed it down the stairs and off she went, leaving you to raise an eyebrow at the haggard turtle before you.
“What're you doing Donnie?”
“Well, you said we could come over while your parents were gone… right?” He sheepishly rubbed his neck, hoping it hadn’t been a rhetorical offer.
“Well yeah but… I guess I’m just surprised someone took me up on the offer,” you shrugged, heading back down the stairs.
“I mean, I can go! I don't wanna bother you.”
“It's fine, I promise,” you smiled at him over your shoulder and he looked away with a bashful smile. You headed to the fridge and offered Donnie a spot on the couch, which he accepted.
“You want a drink?”
“Oh, no thanks, I’m okay.”
“Cool, catch.” You tossed a can across the room, the ninja catching it without even trying. You knew he’d be too awkward to accept your offer, so you had to force your hospitality on him.
“So.” You flopped down next to the turtle and put your feet up on the coffee table, opening your can with a satisfying hiss. “Were your brothers getting on your nerves? Or did you just miss me?”
“A little of both,” he teased.
“Well lucky for you I am very pleasant company,” you handed him a controller, “and I have violent video games.”
Donnie was more than happy to accept. The two of you settled on fighting games, because fighting each other is more fun than working together, and the next few hours flew by. There was a lot of smack talk and shoulder shoving, Donnie at one point knocking the controller from your hands entirely, frustrated at constantly losing. The skill gap wasn’t enormous, but it was pretty clear, mostly because you didn’t have to spend time training and saving the world. As such: more time for video games. The turtle had won about a third of the games and now after he finally got one more victory under his belt, he put the controller down.
“That’s it! Tapping out! I’m ending this on a victory.” He crossed his arms proudly and you rolled your eyes. Without the loud sounds of ass beating, you could hear something pelting against your window.
“Is it raining?” You both turned to the window instinctively, forgetting the curtains were closed so wandering eyes didn’t see a mutant on your couch. Just then, there was a flash and an unsettlingly loud crack of thunder that shook your home, taking the power with it. You jumped and reflexively smacked your hand against your friends chest. Silence.
“...Donnie?”
“I'm here.” He put his hand on your forearm and you groped around for your phone, using the flashlight to illuminate the room. You looked back to Donnie who quickly removed his hand from your arm and you couldn't help a small breath of relief from being able to see again.
You left the phone face down on the table to let the light shine, heading to the kitchen. There was a small lantern under the sink that held tea lights, so you grabbed and lit it, bringing the gentle orange glow back to the couch and turning off your flashlight.
“So now what?” You asked, sitting and facing Donnie. You brought your knees to your chest, afraid some demon would come out from under the couch in the darkness and grab your ankles. “Should we go to the lair if the power doesn’t come back?”
“No, this is…this is fine. If you’re okay with it,,” he shrugged awkwardly. “Spending time together. Talking.”
“Ugh, like we’re friends or something,” you teased and he rolled his eyes.
“What should we talk about?”
“I dunno.” You rested your head against the back of the couch. “Wanna tell me about the science of thunderstorms?” You teased again. Since you brought the candles, his focus had been slowly waning and at this point he was kind of listening. You were looking at him, all curled up against the couch in the gentle glow of the candlelight, and his brain was functioning at about half capacity.
“Sure,” he said quietly, “I can do that.” But he didn't. Right now, with the sound of the rain lulling you both into a comforting haze, there was no chance. In the small reach of the candles glow it was as though you were the only two in the world, everything else gone with the power.
Had Donnie always been this cute? You'd be the first the admit you'd always had kind of a thing for him, finding his brains and dorky demeanor charming, but right now something seemed… different; the gentle motion of his breathing and the way he was looking at you, almost like admiration.
The mutant tried really hard not to stare at your lips for too long, but the way they were parted just gently so made it really hard. He was incredibly nervous suddenly, but neither of you noticed the gap between you getting smaller.
“Then go ahead.” You swallowed thickly.
Closer.
“Impress me.”
Closer and then a pause. Finally, the gentle pressure of your lips meeting.
The kiss was brief and sweet, just what you'd expect from someone like Donatello. When he pulled away there was a moment of lingering between you; another crack of thunder and lightning snapped you both out of it. You'd turned to look out the window again and when you turned back there was just a turtle shell in the furthest possibly corner of your couch.
“Donatello,” an endeared smile graced your lips, knowing how he was most likely hiding from embarrassment, “you can come out.”
“I'm sorry!” His lanky self popped back out. “I'm sorry I didn't mean to- I mean, I did but- it was just, the light and the rain and your eyes-” he smacked his hands over his face, blushing furiously, “I'm sorry.” The atmosphere had gotten to you too, but the mention of your eyes caused you to color as well.
“It's alright,” you laughed, gingerly grabbing his wrist. “I wanted you to kiss me.” He peeked out from between his fingers.
“...really?”
You chuckled, pulling his hands down and holding them between you. Donnie was suppressing a goofy grin at the sight of his hands in your own.
“Maybe you’re not as smart as I thought,” you teased.
“Hey, I can reverse engineer alien technology, but I don’t know anything about-” he brought a hand up to gesture between the two of you, “-this. If I didn’t know then maybe you weren’t giving me the right signs,” he pouted and turned his head away.
“Oh, I’m sorry, was this-”, you dramatically batted your eyelashes at him, “-not enough of a sign I wanted you to kiss me?”
“I don’t know! I was too busy staring like an idiot! I wasn’t thinking!”
“Well good thing because otherwise I’d be sitting here unkissed.”
Donnie just sighed. A few moments passed before a grin slowly started to form.
“What?” You laughed at his expression.
“We totally kissed,” he said with a dorky chuckle and you rolled your eyes.
“We could do it again,” you offered a bit shyly and Donnie snapped back to reality.
“What?”
“Oh,” you then realized maybe you shouldn’t have said that. “I mean, nevermind, forget I said anything,” you laughed awkwardly, immediately wanting to fall through the floor.
“No! I mean, yes! Please!”
There was an extended period of the two of you awkwardly trying to figure out how to go about this; shifting around, not knowing where to put your hands. Now you were sitting in front of each on your knees, hands resting on your thighs.
“Okay.” Donnie steeled himself. “I’m gonna do it.” Neither of you being lost in the haze of a romantic moment made this surprisingly nerve wracking. You nodded reassuringly. He leaned forward slowly, closer, and right as your lips were about to meet you couldn’t take the tense atmosphere anymore and started giggling. Donnie’s whole face flushed in embarrassment.
“Don’t laugh at me!” You grabbed his face and pressed your lips against his in response, the ninja immediately melting.
“Gotta rip off the band-aid.” You pulled away and Donnie drunkenly swayed for a moment before falling off the couch and crashing to the ground.
“This is the best day of my life,” he mumbled. A few moments later the lights returned and you checked your phone for the time, which turned out to be a lot later than you thought.
“I think it might be time to head home, Casanova,” you smiled down at him and he sat up, suddenly remembering this wasn’t a dream and that other things did exist in this moment.
“Oh! Right, it’s probably-” he stood and was abruptly cut off by the jelly legs he didn’t know he had, bracing himself on the coffee table. You stared at each other for a brief moment in surprise and he let out an embarrassed laugh. You stood as well, lifting the lantern and blowing out the tea candles before glancing back up at the turtle who had just been admiring you while he thought you weren't looking.
“Um,” he spoke suddenly like he just found his voice, “I uh- you-” He struggled to find the words. You waited patiently, but your small smile and the way you were just looking at him was not helping.
“Do you think- I mean, would you-”
“Hey Donnie?” You walked past him and he followed you up the stairs. “Did you know I have a boyfriend?” He didn’t say anything, confused as to what you were talking about. Didn’t you want him to kiss you? Why would you want that if you had a boyfriend? And how didn’t he know you had a boyfriend?
“He’s funny and cute and really smart.” You entered your bedroom and opened the window. “He’s pretty dorky but,” you turned and leaned against the wall to face him, “he’s a ninja so, he’s kind of a badass.” It finally clicked for Donnie who got a whole new wave of euphoria, another smile spreading across his face.
“He sounds great,” he sighed dreamily and you reached out for his hand.
“Be careful going home, okay?” Donnie opened his mouth to speak. “Yes, you can tell your brothers.”
He let out a cheer and swung out the window up to the roof and when you went to stick your head out, he appeared upside down in the window.
“I um... I’ll call you?” He offered awkwardly and you laughed and nodded. Donnie kissed your forehead before leaving for good this time, spending the next ten minutes silently cheering and celebrating on the rooftop.

A New Nightmare
Fandom: Osomatsu-san
Pairing: Karamatsu/Reader, Osomatsu/Reader, Matsuno Sextuplets/Reader (Polyamory)
Word Count: 799
Summary: Someone on AO3 said this sounds like horror based on the title, but it’s not, just so you know! It’s mostly fluff with a touch of angst, I guess? Nightmare bit comes from @modmad‘s comic found here!
AO3 Link
You slowly opened your eyes, the grogginess you felt automatically letting you know it was still the middle of the night. Your body was warm and heavy with two pairs of arms holding you from either side. Osomatsu and Choromatsu were both currently curled up against you sleeping soundly and you smiled to yourself.
You gently coerced the two of them into letting you go without waking them before sitting up and looking around. The Moon was still high in the night sky, moonlight pouring in through the window and illuminating the length of the futon. All but one of them was accounted for, the spot between Ichimatsu and Todomatsu vacant. You were so tired and you just wanted to go back to sleep, but you also wanted to make sure Karamatsu was okay. You waited a few minutes (with your eyes closed) to see if he would return from the bathroom or somesuch, but he never did, so you decided to check the roof.
You slowly and carefully crawled out of the futon, quietly closing the door behind you and heading to the roof access.
You peeked your head out and saw Karamatsu sitting and looking at the sky, a small stream of smoke coming up from in front of him. From the ashtray sitting next to him, you’d guess it was from a cigarette.
“Hey,” you yawned, stepping up onto the roof. Karamatsu jumped slightly at the sound of your voice, looking surprised to see you up so late.
“[Name],” he put his cigarette down in the ashtray, quickly standing and coming up to you. He cupped your face, leaning over to inspect your sleepy expression, “My love, did I wake you? I’m sorry, please, go back to bed.”
“It’s okay, it wasn’t you. It must’ve just been my great girlfriend senses telling me I was missing a man,” you smiled and Karamatsu just stared at you lovingly, rubbing his thumb over your cheek.
You reached up and grabbed his hand, bringing it down to hold it by your side. “I didn’t know you smoked,” you glanced over at the ashtray and Karamatsu looked sheepish suddenly, rubbing the back of his neck with his unoccupied hand.
“I don’t usually. They’re Osomatsu’s.”
“Now that I believe.”
“You should really go back to sleep, they’re probably missing their cuddle partner,” Karamatsu nudged.
“Well what if I miss you?” you asked and he smiled. You just looked at him and noticed how tired he really looked, wondering what he was doing up in the first place.
“...Are you okay?” you asked and it almost caught him by surprise. He wanted to say yes, to reassure you, but he just stared.
Matsuyo had told you that when her sons were younger they always had a specific nightmare; a nightmare where they were the last one out of all of their brothers, that they were left alone, that something had happened to the rest. She said they all had the dream, but now that they were older they’d stopped telling her about it. But she knew they all still had it.
What you didn’t know was that now that you were here, now that you loved them and they loved you, you’d become part of that nightmare. A nightmare where despite all their best efforts together, they couldn’t protect you. A nightmare where one of them couldn’t protect you and the rest turned on him; it was      his     fault that you were hurt, that you were      gone    .
Karamatsu leaned forward and kissed your forehead.
“I’m okay if you’re okay.”
You let out a small laugh. “I’d be more okay if you came to bed,” you gently shoved his arm.
“I’ll be down in a few minutes, I promise.” You sighed in defeat.
“Alright,” you leaned up and kissed him, “I love you.”
“I love you too.”
“Aw, isn’t that sweet,” a voice said. The two of you turned to see Osomatsu in the roof entrance wearing a teasing grin.
“Isn’t it? Don’t you wish I loved you this much?” you teased back and Osomatsu smacked his hand against his heart in a dramatic display of pain.
“My dear, you wound me!” he cried, you and Karamatsu laughing.
“Am I gonna have to drag you to bed now, too?”
“If you and Karamatsu weren’t so loud we wouldn’t have this problem,” he fake pouted.
“Har har,” you kissed him on your way down the stairs, “Bed, both of you.” And that was your final say on the matter before heading back to the futon.
Osomatsu approached his little brother and put his hand out for a cigarette.
“You couldn’t really hear us, could you?” he asked, handing over the pack.
“Not at all,” Osomatsu sighed, wishing that was the thing that’d woken him.
