Would they be hesitant about becoming parents? Absolutely. Kirumi is a total workaholic and Ryoma has his fair share of issues to resolve that don't need pointing out.

But that was something both of them had in the back of their mind. If anyone were to bring it up though, it was Kirumi.

She hated being called a mom, but that was for a far different reason than distaste for actual motherhood... But she understood also that it could be one of the reasons why Ryoma never brought up the topic.

With Ryoma's past in the records the possibility of adoption would be pretty much impossible though.

And they talked it through a lot. They wanted to be a 100% sure of everything. Who would go though such a decision on impulse after all.

Once they had a child they made sure their kid has everything. Both were incredibly attentive and did everything for their best future.

During the first years they were very balanced on their chores. As much as Kirumi often picked things out of habit, Ryoma also took care of things before she even noticed they needed to be done.

After all, he was the stay-at-home dad so he can do as little as be decent at it. But he's doing so much better than just decent.

Kirumi was more of a strict parent, but it was mostly about teaching the child responsibility. She was never too harsh on them or anything of the sorts.

Ryoma was definitely more likely to spoil them in secret (like passing them some sweets when nobody is looking). He's also extremely attentive so he's a bit more sensitive to any emotional problems their kid may have.

Of course, Kirumi also has her intuition and she notices a lot too so together they're quite a team when it comes to a good support system. It's just that Ryoma is better at talking things through...

No matter what though they let the kid make their own decisions, their own mistakes with it as well. They'll just be there to help them get back up and face life head-on.

She didn't tell you about it exactly either, she was too smart for that. But you could see through her. So I suppose your plan of preventing her plans wasn't going to work.

You knew that she tried to trap you, so instead you tried to every moment with her count.

At the same time... You were excited to see her light be extinguished. You couldn't wait for the pain you'd feel when you lose her.

She was so kind, fun, lively. She made you want to never leave her side, and you already knew that she will leave yours.

Honestly you were quite the great actor to not show any signs of your upcoming despair.

She was someone truly special... In so many ways... Your heart couldn't help but flutter just for it to be crushed like her body during the execution.

And she never knew that it was all your fault. You were behind it, you went against your rules... But it's not like anyone could know that.

You could only imagine how much she'd hate you. Ah how you wish you could've revealed your true self to her and have her hate you.

Instead... You were only left with sweet memories of the sweetest girl in existence. Deep down... You know that maybe... It might've been a mistake letting everything end like this.

If there's anything other than company of cats that soothes him, it's your voice. At first he felt a bit awkward listening to you sing for him and him only... But by now he got used to it.

And he loves it. Everything you do makes you an angel in his eyes. You're just too perfect, even your voice is a blessing.

It makes him feel safe. Even if you just hum a melody for him it's like a portal to another world where it's just you and him. It couldn't be any more perfect.

Rantaro

He loves hearing your voice no matter if you speak or sing. But he must admit that having you sing for him is a bit awkward- but he likes it.

He just doesn't really know how to act when you sing. So for the most part he studies your body language and tries to figure out what he's supposed to do.

Regardless of that part, he's never shy to praise you after you finish singing. You definitely deserve your ultimate title.

Korekiyo

He's used to admiring people from afar, but when he listens to your voice he wants to be as close as possible.

It works like a siren call and he finds himself being rather clingy. So if you want to cuddle with him singing is a perfect bait for him.

He could stay like that for hours if you let him. He can never get enough of you or your voice. But he often finds himself wondering if there will be a little voice crack. He'd definitely find an imperfect song to be rather adorable.

Kokichi

He likes bragging about your awesome voice. I mean, not anyone gets to listen to an ultimate vocalist whenever they wish to.

He's often joking around saying things like "sing me a lullaby" but if you actually do it there is a split moment when his heart skips a beat.

Too bad it's followed by some teasing. And yet he still finds a way to praise you while pointing out your behavior.

It was pretty hard to think of something, and as much as I LOVE angst I decided for it to not be something heavy.

Also JAJSJS I am so sorry for not doing it sooner and stuff but I just DIDN'T expect to get so many requests when I put on that bday event and also I ended up just getting distracted with so many things I ended up kinda forgetting to write lol

Ryoma breaking up with Kirumi

Au: Non-despair (ult dev plan setting)

Ever since Kirumi confessed her feelings, he just couldn't get it. Why him? There are tons of people she interacts with on daily basis. He never even looked for excuses to spend time with her (even though he also was crushing hard on her). And yet... there she was.

She was perfect. The most caring and thoughtful person. She knew what he wanted, what he needed before he was even aware of that.

And what does he bring into the relationship? What does he do to make Kirumi happy? That's right, not much if anything.

He knew that it couldn't continue. His future was doomed anyways, so why should he waste her time? He rathers for her to go through a heartbreak of breakup than one of separation due to him going to prison the second he graduates.

He didn't want to mistreat her, but at the same time he didn't want her to miss him. So he came back to how he used to act around her before they got together.

He had to ruin it on his terms. And he was blunt as he could be when he broke things off...

What made him feel guilty was her understanding response. She had a feeling it's come to this...

She wanted to make it work. She wanted to see him happy, she wanted to give it a try. But if he wouldn't be happy in their relationship then she's willing to separate herself from him on his request.

Kirumi isn't the kind of woman to give up so easily, but at the same time she won't allow herself to be selfish with her emotions since Ryoma just "doesn't want" to be with her and she is slowly learning to get over that fact.

She gives him space, even though it's inevitable for them to see each other occasionally she does everything in her power to maximize his comfort... but that's only making him feel even worse about it.

But neither will do anything about it. They have something stopping them, and there was always some barrier in their relationship. Perhaps they just weren't meant to be happy together no matter how hard they try.

She was acting differently and everyone could see it. It was almost like nothing could ruin her day.

So nobody was surprised when she said that she got a date. What they didn't really expect is her insisting that you meet everyone.

She is just so in love she needed to show you off to everyone. It was sweet to see her being so hyped. Not to mention adorable...

It wasn't rare for her to talk about her friends so you knew that you could expect. It was almost like you met most of them from her stories alone.

And the rest could say almost the same about you, because after spilling the beans that she's dating someone it's near impossible for her not to mention you.

So at this point, meeting face to face is just a formality... but to be honest, you thought that she was exaggerating with her stories on how her classmates behave.

Turns out it was a 100% nothing but the truth. Everyone was just as odd as the stories made them out to be, but it wasn't by any means bad.

Her closer friends were very quick to immediately welcome you to their group. It was a really sweet and wholesome meeting.

Well, maybe besides Maki threatening you... you weren't sure if she was or wasn't joking about that given that Kaede laughed at that.

Miu

It was an argument with Kokichi that made her brag about you. And she was accused of making your existence up right away.

So of course the next day she wanted to introduce you to show it to everyone. Her reasoning was a little bit amusing, but you weren't against meeting her classmates.

You weren't exactly against the idea, but she didn't need to prove herself to anyone. Especially since if someone doubts your existence they might not want to believe her no matter what she says.

And of course the moment she told everyone that you're her boyfriend, you were accused of being a paid actor by Kokichi. But nobody else but Miu really cared about that comment.

The ones who talked to you were rather friendly (besides Kokichi with his mean jokes about your girlfriend). They weren't much surprised by her having a boyfriend in general.

As you got to know the other ultimates better you noticed that Miu certainly fits her peers... even among them though she was the loudest one for sure.

But hey, that's just your most special girl among special people. Naturally she'd be even more extraordinary even in a group of "similar" people.

Kirumi

The moment her duties as a maid were fulfilled, her class couldn't catch her at all. She immediately was gone from anyone's sight so naturally everyone was curious to know what could that be about.

She was always so mysterious. But whatever she did in her private time was her business and her class respected that.

One day when you were on a date, you were spotted together by her classmate. It was Tenko who was quick to assume that you were harassing her...

And of course she didn't just let her talk like that about you and she explained everything to her. It gave her the idea to introduce you to the rest, if you wanted to.

You decided to agree. And you didn't expect everyone to be so surprised to see Kirumi with a boyfriend.

As dedicated as she was to her work, she was just as dedicated to you during her free time. So you shut down any comments about her caring more about work than about you.

In the end things went smoothly, it was interesting getting to know the people she had helped during her time in school... And she deserves an award for putting up with some of the behavior.
