Sorry for the lost Mia, I have been stressed by school work and was having serious writer block, I will try to complete the older requests as much as I can and will be posting at irregular timing.

Today is a day of Lantern Rite and once again, I failed to get Xiao to come with me to explore Liyue. With no other choice, I was Ieft to explore the place alone. In addition to disliking the crowd, there is another reason why he rejected me…

Xiao has been annoyed at me for the past few days. I had a little too much fun messing with him and now he is pouting.

Yes, he is indeed pouting. Not many people know that Xiao is actually a tsundere that finds it hard to interact with others due to his past.

“Xiao…” I called out as soon as I saw that Lumine has walked away. Despite seeing them together, I am not jealous… Because Xiao really needs to have more friends that understands him and I should not be the one that takes that away from him.

At least now Xiao is all mine for the rest of the night.

Xiao tried to turn around but I reached out and hug his waist that looks slim but is actually buff and muscular. This is the back of someone who bears the duty of protecting Liyue.

“Y/N? What are you-”

“I am here to celebrate Lantern Rite with you… I hope you are not tired yet…” I replied as I breathed in the scent that is unique to him.

Patting him, I snuggle more into his back which made him flustered

“Y-Y/N! Let me go!”

Letting go of him reluctantly, I pulled out a mask that I brought as it reminded me of him and covered my face with it.

“Look~ Now we match~”

“Foolish, this is merely an imitation of mine”

Even though he said that, he has a tiny smile that gave away his emotion.

“I have more things to show you!” pulling out a bag and started piling all the snacks and toys I had gotten from Liyue Harbor. If Xiao isn’t going to the festival, I am going to bring it to him. “I wonder if you will try them~”

As I look at him to figure his emotions, I noticed he looked blank for a moment from seeing strange items I got for him, I quickly gave him a peck on his cheek as he usually try to avoid touches from shyness.

“W-what?! How can you kiss me! Indecent!” He said as he slowly look bash and refused to look at my eyes.

Pulling him, I dragged off to his usual spot at Wangshu Inn. What is better than enjoying the sight of Liyue releasing countless lanterns?

As we both sat down, I place my head on his shoulders which is surprisingly perfect height for me. What a comfortable feeling it is to feel his warm as we enjoy the scenery outside.

Grabbing his hand, I squish and massage his hand as I look at him placing the items away.

“Actually…” I broke the silence as I felt that it is the appropriate time to bring it up now that it is about time… “I…”

Xiao turned to me as he patiently wait for me to finish my sentence.

I find my face turning warm as I finish my sentence “It is nothing much… I just want to…” I tilt my head down to prevent him from looking at shy face that apparently embarrass at the wrong stuff “Please release lantern with me!”

Ah… Why am I embarrassed about something like this. For something as small as this… Ugh…

“Sure, since you especially seek me out, I I’ll reluctant accompany you”

Standing up, Xiao reached his hand out to me. Waiting for me to grab his hand so I can stand up too.

Ah… It is like a prince who came and ask me out for a date… He is so handsome.

I gave my hand and was pulled up. Before I could stand properly, Xiao added some more force and caused me to fall into his embrace.

“Clumsy”

“What do you mean-”

Suddenly, my eyes opened wide as I realized I was caught in a trap… My lips were faced with another and this was something that never happened before.

“Xia-”

Boom!

Fireworks started exploding as the warmth on my lips left and distracted the moment.

I zone out while looking at the fireworks that soon welcomed Lanterns into the sky.

The rest of the night were blur to me as I was caught repeating the moment of surprise.

Was I dreaming or did it actually happened…?

Chest finding

"Hey, are you exploring too?"

Bennett ask you as you happen to meet him while you were walking around in mondstadt.

While you love exploring and finding chest, you simply find it hard to continue with it yourself and suddenly Bennett and Klee appeared.

It seems that they are exploring today too.

"Do you want to join us?"

Klee asked as she moved around excitedly.

Why not travel with them and make the whole travel more interesting?

Thus you agreed to travelling with them

"Sure, I got halfway with finding the hidden chest, lets do it together"

They look at you in admiration before looking at each other

"We haven't gotten far with finding them... Now we can find them faster with sensei!"

S-sensei...? Klee really have interesting way of naming someone... Its cute!

"Sensei..?" Bennett thinks for a moment before he soon follows suit "Since you are the best out of us three, you are the master indeed! Master, we will be counting on you!"

Laughing out at the their cute antic, I proceed to lead the way.

Bennett often talking excitedly about his adventures while falling over uneven surfaces or even getting chased by boars for some reason.

With Bennett as the person landing us into funny situations like passing by the chests and falling into traps, and Klee somehow causing fire to spread when fighting with some hilichurls which you managed to put out before it spreads.

As the sun set, the three of you decided to camp at night.

While you stir the soup, Klee adds more wood to the fire and Bennett setting out the camp.

It was tiring and slower than exploring by yourself, but you felt that its more eventful that all of you enjoyed each other's accompany at while trying to find those hidden chests.

Looking at Klee and Bennett talking excitedly, you smile to yourself

"It is really fun to explore with you both, let's do this more often"

Staring blankly at you for a moment, you wonder what's wrong and panicked for a bit before they both turn towards each other and back to you

"Of course, we are buddies afterall! Let's find more chest tomorrow, sensei!"

"I agree! Usually, I can't find any chest..." Bennett say while brushing his hair and as he smile he continued "It must be due to you are Klee's luck today that we managed to find this much in a single day!"

Feeling uncomfortable that he praise you, you refuse his statement "It's not Klee and my luck... It is because we all worked hard together, Let's work even harder tomorrow!"

As the topic came to an end, Klee started talking about how nice it is to be able to be accompanied by you who usually busy travelling around for them to be able to seek you out.

Hearing her, you noted that you indeed travel around a lot and tend to leave very soon without resting and decided that you will try your best to rest more often.

After eating, the three of you talked for a while more before Klee falls asleep. Seeing her falling asleep, Bennett and you decided that it's time to rest and bid each other 'good night' before falling asleep too.

You froze when you attempted to talk to the merchant again, with you repeating the same first word of the sentence. You couldn't help it as you rarely talk to people outside your circle, it really makes your brain blank and freeze as you felt eternity passing as everyone stares at you.

Kaeya who stood beside you talked in your stead, helping you out of this situation, finishing your question for you.

You reached home as you felt upset about how this is the nth time when you screwed up your conversation just by blanking out even when you clearly have prepared your script before hand.

"The same problem again? Will it kill to ask for something as simple as sunsettas from the merchants?"

Kaeya asked as he settled the groceries on the counter, unpacking them to be stored.

You looked down on you arms which was covered by your sleeves. You clearly wrote it down because you knew you won't be able to do it on your own. But when you were face to face with the merchant, you felt your throat dried up and your limbs turning into rocks, what can you do other than blanking out?

Even you look down on yourself, why can't you do something so simple? Yet you can talk a lot when you are met with people you are close and familiar with?

"Well... I feel insecure about my appearance... You do know that I have that..."

Hearing this overused sentence, he showed a face full of annoyance... How many times have you said the same thing as an excuse, that you have depression and you look down on yourself, so much that you rarely leave home let alone talk to people who look like they might start screwing with you the moment you are alone?

The scars you had from trusting the wrong people made their mark and you haven't seen people outside the people you know well that they won't betray you as the same ever since.

Every moment was spent thinking whether they will start doing something funny and it caused you to not focus on the conversation, causing people to have bad impression of you.

It is best to just stay home...

"You can't do anything on your own, can you!? Always relying on me to converse with merchants! Change your appearance if it makes you insecure! Stop using your past experience as an excuse."

You felt upset as your eyes blurred out

"I... I know I have to change...! I tried! You knew I was scared by that incident and I started having problems... Even having to wake up at night because I dreamt of those people!"

Tears falling down, You started gripping your arm with your nails under your sleeves. The way you coop with your stress when you feel your negative emotions coming out.

"Stop acting so dramatic every time I said this! We had this conversation days ago!"

He shouted back as he sees you harming yourself as blood dripped down from where your nails meet your arm.

"Of course it seems dramatic to you! You are complete opposite of me! I'm like a mouse while you are like a lion! I really am useless aren't I... Why am I so pathetic...why...?"

Running into your room, you locked the door before crawling into your bed, trying to hide away from everything, especially how Kaeya was knocking and banging for you to open so the conversation can continue.

I... Really am useless and pathetic... Why am I like this... I am always like this, getting easily affected by other people... Will it become better if I lose my emotions... Even Kaeya is tired of me... He will leave me one day because I am weak...

You look at the teacher's table and admire the person that is currently there. Professor Zhongli who is currently focusing on marking the paper in front of him while adjusting his glasses.

How could professor be so handsome? He is so handsome that you can only focus on his face, it is such a sin to be so beautiful!

You have made the same mistake of staring at his face and happen to meet his eyes many times before. How nice it is to date this person, he have such cool appearance when focusing and is cute when he isn't.

Many wanted to date him, but everyone knows how dedicated he is to his partner... It is that well-known that despite the fact, many still confess to him to experience how gentle he is when rejecting someone.

And the best part is that... The fact that Zhongli is dating is known to everyone, but no one knows that the person that he is dating is you makes it even sweeter.

It started when he moved into the house right beside you. It was when he went your house to introduced himself and while you were admiring his face, your mom somehow made you into his guide around the district.

As you introduce the neighborhood to him, he admire your extensive knowledge of this place, especially the history behind some of the older buildings. Venti🤒

Leaning up against the wall, you tried to go to the kitchen without alerting the sleeping person on the bed. But as your body seems out of control today, you accidentally bump into the night desk which made the book on top drop.

This caused Venti to immediately wake up and ask about the noise. You answered him back, but the soreness in your throat was so serious that your voice changed, making him aware that you might not be in your best condition today.

He stood up and approached you just to put his forehead against you. You obediently let him be as you find moving away more troublesome than avoiding him.

"You are burning up!"

Exclaiming his find, he made you sit down and started whispering about what he could do to lessen your fever. And soon, he rushes off to the kitchen, luckily, grabbing just what you wanted... Water.

It was painful to feel your throat dry, it felt as if it was burning and about to explode.

While you drink your water, Venti moves your fringe out of your forehead and places a cooling pad. He wipes off your psychological tears from having an headache as he asks if you were feeling well enough to eat. Sadly, you seem to lose your appetite and felt no desire to eat, but your burning stomach made it clear that you needed just that.

He passes you a sweet to help with your throat before he leaves the house, telling you not to stay awake as he will not be coming back soon. After a while, you slowly lose your conscious and falls asleep.

You were awaken by the tasty smell of food which made your appetite appear despite how you did not have it before. Feeling annoyed that your sore throat made you feel that you rather starve than eat, you decide to hide your whole self under the blanket.

However, the smell becomes stronger as Venti enters the room, announcing that you have to eat. Before you could reject his offer, he pulls off the blanket and tells you that its your favorite porridge that you could eat even when you are sick.

Wanting to eat, you look around to search for the spoon that turns out to be on his hand, while reaching out for it, he moves it out of reach and tells you about how he will feed you since you are sick.

'Silly... I am just sick and my hands are fine'

"Your sickness may cause your hands to be weak and... "

"Alright... ahhh"

Interrupting him before he could start his speech, you open your mouth which made him forget to talk as he rush for his chance to feed you.

After eating, he cleans the dishes away and decided that sick people like you need to listen to some music in order to sleep and starts to sing

While laughing to yourself about his strange idea, you close your eyes while enjoying his relaxing voice

On this day, one of your worst nightmare started again... Something that you will get every month and it hurts a lot every time it happens... Your menstruation.

But lucky for you, you have your attentive boyfriend, Venti. He would always take time off to make sure you are feeling well. It have always been a dream to have someone who actually cares for you during this hard time.

As you feel pain more than usual this time, you feel reluctant to move and this time, Venti decide to take over your chores to let you rest instead.

Curling up on bed, you tried massaging your stomach, but you decided to just lay down without moving to avoid making the pain worse. Even going down from the bed feels like weight lifting... With the weight being me of course.

While you lay on the bed, Venti brought a cup of warm water with pills. It was simply nice having someone who would be willing to take care when you are unwell.

Soon after you feel tired, he lays on the bed beside you as he announced that he have already done all the chores he needed to do.

As he stares at you, he stretches out his arm and pat it with his other hand: a signal to tell you to rest on his arm.

The first time he made you lay on his arm, you felt shy as you had never sleep with anyone, not even your parents before. Will he feel uncomfortable with you laying on his arm?

But he slowly try to persuade you without pressuring you into doing it. You had always been told to do things against your will, not letting you have the time to get used to the idea.

It was only after meeting him that you understand you were missing warmth of another person who is understanding of your situation. To be able to step out of comfort zone on your own, not by getting pulled out without preparing

Oh gosh... I didn't post on Monday... T_T Recently it is hard to write...

Albedo😢

As a proud researcher student, you are passionate about your research, but recently, you felt that you are no longer passionate about it and felt that it is more of something forced on you.

It turned from something you love into something that is hard for you to face. How dreadful it is to spend time here struggling instead of figuring it out within a day's time.

Nothing is going well! The research is not going as smooth as it is usually for you. And the worst thing about it is that the due date is coming soon and there are no results coming out at all...

'Am I doing it wrongly!?'

You started screaming in your heart, anyways... No one noticed how you are starting to cracked your brain over this rather difficult research from your eternally 'calm' appearance.

Rushing over every single method that you could think of, you found a pattern. Try and fail, try and fail... Is this a sign when someone is not meant for something they tried?

Impossible! It have been successful every time and this time... This time will... My perfect result streak..!

Holding the result slip that you gotten from the most recent and last idea you had, you start to feel frustrated while letting the paper drop down to the floor as you grab onto the edge of the table.

"I... I really... Why am I so useless..! It can't be that... Am I really that s-stupid?!"

While stretching, you ruffle up your hair as you let out a noise of distress

Suddenly, someone opened the door to the room and you turned to face the guest. It turns out to be Albedo.

Quickly making sure that you have your calm mask on, you asked him for the reason of his appearance, but he just stare at you as you start to flush. Is there something on your face...?

While touching your face to check, he starts to tell you to talk to him about your research which made you panic, so you tried to avoid it but he keeps bringing it up and you end up confessing about it in the end.

With his input and opinion, you realized how he somehow helped you figured out the main problem in your approach.

While you felt that you have lesser stress on your shoulders, you thank him but he turned away while refusing to acknowledge helping you. As he deny, you can hear that he is somehow in a good mood

"I did nothing... You figured it out yourself"

Just as you managed to enter the knights, you lucked out and was appointed as the assistant of Jean. An honor to be directly under her.

But recently, you noticed how it comes with... Stress!

Everyday, you are met with mountains of paper and all are to be processed before passing it over to Jean. The worst is there are always last minute submission... Just give a thought to those that need to deal with it!

Noting that the working hours is ending soon, you stress yourself and try to increase your speed, barely manage to clear up the urgent work. You simply just want to have your short nap during your break.

Sigh... it is really hard to get used to working under such a huge workload.

Waking up due to the noisy after alarm, you noticed that you slept over your break and woke up to empty office. Everyone must have gone out without you! You stood up as your foot kicked something under the table: Long overdue library books!

Grabbing the bag, you rushed out. You probably able to join with the rest after returning the books... Lisa is totally going to come after you for the long overdue books... It is worse than joining back late with the rest for patrol!

Breathing heavily for running all the way over, you felt as despair as you noticed that the library is closed today. This is the worst!

Just as you started running about, trying to figure where the rest were, Kaeya approached and as you to open your bag. Puzzled, you opened and he grabbed the wrapped packet out

"Hey! That is my lunch!"

"Well... I will keep the fact that you slept while working a secret in exchange"

Remarking this, he ran off without letting you have any time to react...

"Dang it!"

As you started getting angry, Venti appeared.

Apparently he have some souvenirs that he gotten for you when he left to travel. He wanted to surprise you, but he noticed that you are troubled.

Seeing Venti, you felt happy and momentarily felt comforted by his appearance, at least that's one good thing today. As you approached, he hugged you while asking you about your day, which you gladly reveal.

Now understanding the situation, he gave you a pat on the head while telling you about how it is fine to screw up once in a while and it is excusable when you are still new on the job. Explaining it to others will help.

After taking in the advice, you told Venti that you want to explain to others and apologies for your mistakes. Hearing that, Venti gave you a smile and decides to accompany you while you do that. Which you agreed as his accompany made you more confident to face your mistakes.

Telling Albedo about how you missed having a date since both of you were busy and could not spend time with one another.

Hearing that, Albedo paused for a moment before suggesting something: he will be the one to pick the location this time

You feel really surprised as he have never ever take the initiative to choose the location The pleasant thing is that you knew how he enjoys his time with you anywhere.

The very next day, he left a note on the night table saying that he will be back at night and make sure to stay awake as he will be bringing you somewhere.

Wondering about how he became secretive, you anticipate as you go about cleaning the house as it is the weekend. It is hard to stand still and wait when you are anticipating it after all.

Soon night came and you heard the door opening and instantly, you left your book on the sofa and approach Albedo who held a basket on one hand.

Trying to peek into the basket, you lean over... But you were blocked by Albedo who hid the basket behind him while talking to you.

"Are you ready to go?"

Hearing him, you immediately carry your travel bag over while replying

"Yes! Please tell me where we are going!"

"No, it is supposed to be a secret, so...."

Pulling out a cloth, he started explaining its use and asking you to trust him before using it to blindfold you.

"Are you really not going to tell me where we are going?"

"You will know when we go, it is a secret before then"

Soon, he grabbed your hand and led you away.

Arriving at the secret spot, he let go of your hand, but not before warning you about keeping the blindfold on.

Deciding to be a good listener, you stood on the spot and listened to the sound of the leaves rustling as you felt the cool breeze cooling you off from travelling so far.

During the time he spend messing something out of your sight, you started guessing what he tried to do from all the 'clues' you gathered during the travel.

As you get closer and closer to the answer, Albedo suddenly called you while grabbing your hand once more.

"Please come here and sit..."

Slowly sitting down on the ground, you realized the ground was covered with a cloth. A small considerate action that made you happy.

He gently removed the blindfold and you rubbed your eyes and blinked, trying to get used to the lack of cover.

The moment you got used, you started looking around and you turned speechless as you noticed the wonderful sky filled with stars that it seems unreal.

"I am not good at picking locations," Albedo confessed while holding your hand which you placed on your hand "so I decided to show you my favorite location"

His favorite location turned out to be Starsnatch cliff, a place that is far from civilization, meaning that the stars are clear and bright.

Feeling warm inside, you replied back to him "No, I am glad you showed me this beautiful sight"

"I'm glad" Albedo said as he gave off a sigh of relief "I have something for you..."

Pulling out something from the basket, he presented a bunny made with metal parts.

As someone who is straightforward, everyone could guess how he would be when he just decides to confess to you.

He would occasionally bring you out to locations that have good sceneries and have a simple picnic with you as fellow natural lovers.

This made you remember the first time you met him. It was a short but sweet encounter which ended up with having a close friendship with him. When you were searching for a nice place to have a picnic, you happen to notice him sunbathing, but as it was an unusual sight, you thought that he fainted and panicked.

In the end, he laughed before asking you why you are out here alone in this place far from towns, it is dangerous for someone without a weapon. Pulling up the picnic box, you awkwardly ask if he wants to have a picnic with you.

Back to present, you secretly glance at him while he looks around, enjoying the view around, he would start coming out with haikus that somehow sets a nice atmosphere that soothes you, making you feel that whatever he tells you, you might just agree to it.

As you started having thoughts of agreeing to anything he asks, he asks you a question which you nods to subconsciously.

Suddenly you looked up as you repeat what he said as you couldn't believe what he just said. Apparently while you are daydreaming, he confessed to you, which you agreed to.

It was not that you feel reluctant to agree even if you did it without thinking. It was due to the fact that you are willing to hide your feelings towards him and stay as friends.

With your attention now on him, he confesses again and this time, you answer him eagerly.

Laughing at you, he pulls you over for a hug with you hug back while grabbing his shirt and not willing to part even when Kazuha tried to get you to loosen your grip.

She approached you and after looking nervous for some reason, she looked at you as she asked you for help. To gather some flowers together and you can take some flowers you gathered back.

Without hesitation, you agreed while telling her that you want to inform Diluc who happen to be working close by today, but she keep telling you that it is okay since it is just outside the walls.

Walking near the cliff, you squat down as you admire the flower as you told Donna about how nice the day is, but you did not get a reply which made you turn around to look at her.

At this moment when you turn around, you felt a force pushing you from the back and the next second, you felt weightless before you entered the silent world, the water isolating you from the rest of the world as you stare outside, at Donna's expression and at Diluc who jumped after you as he gave a worried expression.

There was no struggle as you unconsciously knew and prepared yourself as you fell into the water.

Breaking through the surface as Diluc pulled you out of the water and covered you with his coat before you realized that you were shaking and breathing hard.

He turned and scold Donna while trying to warm you up by hugging you close to his chest.

Noticing your red swollen eyes when you returned to the mansion after this trip one day, Diluc approached you as he normally serious face turns grim.

He questions you about your appearance which you noticed after he pointed out. Apparently your outfit was dirty and messy, something that you who as someone who is strict about appearance would never overlook.

Knowing how he will know even if you deny, you poured out everything about the incident, which was some girls approached you in an somewhat empty place and started insulting about your appearance and pushing you.

Diluc thought for a moment and told you to freshen up as he ordered some maids to accompany you after bringing you into the bedroom.

Thinking about how he is secretly protective of people that he cares, you know how he is planning on 'talking' to those girls, but soon, he came back with some grape juice and your favorite food while you talk to the maids which made you surprised and happy as he came back to you instead.

After eating a few bites, you noticed that Diluc was staring at you and this made you shy, so you tried to distract him by asking about Kaeya.

This made him frown as he started complaining about Kaeya and nitpicking about everything he did. Despite how much he complains, you know that he actually cares about Kaeya and this caused you to laugh as you know about how much he actually cares about him.

Feeling warm inside knowing about how he cheered you up, you happily made him eat with you.

You noticed that Diluc have been busy lately with at the tavern due to much more workload on this period of time, so you decided that you should help him out.

As you know that Diluc does not let you go to his office without him, you decided that you will keep quiet about it and let him appreciate your effort after knowing what you done.

Brainstorming for one whole evening, you finally thought of many ways, and soon locked down on the best and realistic idea down.

The idea is to bring a drink to him while he works on his paper work. What is nicer than having a cool drink on such a hot day while clearing off the stiffing deskwork?

Bringing the drink halfway and disrupt him while he is working halfway, what if he is writing something important and was scared by your entrance that he draw one obvious line across the paper, or may even accidentally cause the mountains of papers to fall?

After spending some time pondering on the best timing to enter the room to surprise him with the grape juice that you managed to make, you chosen to enter when he was gone for a moment and leave the juice in between stacks of paper.

It wouldn't be good if the juice was noticed immediately by him as soon as he entered the room...

Right after placing down, you noticed him coming back, so you hid yourself behind the couch and peek out.

As per usual, I went out for a dinner with Zhongli to catchup with each other, and it is my turn to choose the restaurant today... And the dinner of the day is... Ramen!

"Ahhh... This is Celestia!" I shouted as I swallowed a spoonful of soup "I am so glad that I could eat this today! I feel so revived"

Beside me, Zhongli gave a short laugh as he ate elegantly, sharp contrast to me, who would try my best to stuff my mouth... I can't be blamed right? I am not the only one that can eat 5 bowls in one seating.

"I am glad you enjoyed it, looking at you makes me feel like I can eat more than usual"

Picking up my noodles with my chopstick, I counted to 5 as the cold wind it cooled down. It is such a amusement to be able to eat the noodle immediately without having to blow on it.

"It is because you are here beside me that I feel happy enough to eat this much..." suddenly, a thought passed through my mind, causing me to turn to him to voice it out "If you find yourself unable to stomach anything, call me and I will be right there for you."

Processing my strange flow of thought, Zhongli let out a laugh before he said "Y/N... I love you, especially with your interesting way of thinking"

Today, I feel really horrible and is unable to leave my bed, it was horrible as I have promised him that we will go out today. A rare day for me to take a break, but I just have to get unwell on this particular day...
