Ate 664 cals today which surprisingly I didn’t feel that guilty about because I felt so in control the whole time :))
Breakfast:
-3/4lbs frozen broccoli (94 cal)
- 1.5 cups vegetable broth (15 cal)
Lunch
- 1 Chloes strawberry pop (120 calories)
Dinner
-1/2 Amy’s vegan cheese pizza (435 cal)

Guys ok I have the best recipe especially if you almost exclusively crave salty things
Ok it’s soup and it’s 50 cal per bowl
It’s 1 lb frozen broccoli and 2.5 cups of vegetable broth and I steamed the broccoli using the broth instead of water and I ate half of the recipe 75 cal and I’m stuffed like I feel like I just ate a calorie packed meal I added garlic salt, chili powder, and pepper. It’s so incredibly filling and it’s warm and got rid of my shaking :)) it was so good too got rid of my salt craving :))

Anas rules for april
-max 800 cal absolute max unless doing a metabolism day (aim for no more than 750)
-one metabolism day every two weeks (1800 cal)
-eating window 2-6
-one meal and one snack
-minimum one 24 hour fasts per week
-20,000 steps every day (1200 cal)(take a 6 mi walk in the morning and a four mile walk in my room while everyone is sleeping)
-burn everything I eat off / even if I binge
-no binges

I’m so nervous my boyfriend wants to make brownies tomorrow and I picked the recipe before he could buy some store bought ones that I couldn’t control. I’m so nervous ahah I’m planning on walking 15000 steps tomorrow though even with the brownies that will put me at -120 which isn’t bad but it’s all I’ll eat tomorrow and it’s not filling and I’m afraid I’m going to binge on ice cream that we r having with them. :))) wish me luck 😅

Breakfast: 2 bai drinks and multi vitamins -55 cal
Lunch: 1/3 box Annie’s vegan Mac n cheese 1/3 cup frozen spinach - 208 cal
Dinner: 2 vegan chocolate chip Trader Joe’s cookies, 1/4 cup kalamata olives, 1 home made pita, 1/4 cup home made hummus -560
Total: 923
Workout: 17,000 steps -816 calories
Bmr: 1424
Total: -1297
Weight this morning- 136.2
I feel decent about today my total was in the negatives which is great but I felt bad after those two cookies but I had them so I didn’t binge on them they are the only sweet thing I actually like. Also hi everyone I’m new to posting but definitely not new to this app/disease. 😅 edit: are even more 300 cal more because my boyfriend got us hummus and pita and I caved but I’m still only 123 over my limit and I walked and extra mile
