my unpopular opinion: Eugene should have gotten the ‘took the Moonstone’ plot instead of Cassandra (who actually took it) or Varian (who the entire fandom WANTED to take it) while trying to step up and fulfill his duty as Prince of the Dark Kingdom…….and in a vain self-sacrificial attempt to save Rapunzel from its destructive power
