This is it...

Hi my lovelies,

First off, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who's stuck around during what's been the worst year of my life. In two weeks, it'll be a whole year since my mother passed away, and your support during this time has been incredible - it means the world, and I'm so grateful that 16-year-old me (I think) decided to start this blog.

On that train of thought, it's been a long time since I started writing for Klaus. I'll be 25 this year (*throws up*), and like many things, I've grown and changed, especially in this past year. My emotions and my attitudes have been all over the place, signing off from here one moment, and then promising to come back the next. The past year has been one of figuring out who I am, and that includes my interests.

Which is why I'm writing this. The truth its, 24-year-old me isn't really into the same things as 16-year-old me anymore, and I don't feel it would be fair (or true to my position as writer) to write for a character that I don't feel like I know anymore. You lot have always been so supportive of my interpretation of Klaus, and I wouldn't want to let you down by continuing to write something that wouldn't be true to that.

So, with that, I'm officially calling it. I will no longer be writing on here. I've said it before, I know, but this time I mean it. I really do.

There will never be the words to describe what your love and support has meant to me, and what it continues to mean. Please know that I'm not deleting this blog, and that I'll always be around for chats and random questions or whatever shit you want to throw my way.

I'll be more active on my main blog @amooseinthebunker where I just reblog Supernatural stuff - although I am on a huge Norman Reedus binge at the moment so if anyone wants to talk to me about Daryl Dixon (I would give him my spleen), please do.

Or if you just want to talk about anything at all, I'm here.

I love all of you so so much.

My relationship with writing is a bit complicated at the moment. I do a little bit for my job, but writing for me has proved more difficult. The last meaningful thing I wrote was my mum's eulogy so other than ramblings about the mess that is my head, I tend to produce what I'd like to coin "crap".

However, I am in the process of applying to go back to uni to do a PhD in Creative Writing which will hopefully give me the kick up the arse that I need. So fingers crossed!

Writing was something my mum always encouraged me to do so I'm doing everything I can to get back into it for her x
