August 26, 2022 :: ugh, so much time has passed since I last posted on here and I've got quite a few things and photos to share still.

But for now, appreciate me being in the university cafeteria, which I love, and I am all by myself here, trying to rush through my paper. I need to hand this one in at the end of the month which is 5 days from today.

I'm writing about inequality in education and it is depressing but I'm currently looking into organisations and programs that counteract on the systemic failures.

So the first week of internship passed and it was a mix of excitement and nervousness, I'm still learning, there are things I'm good at, things that need improving, everyone around seem to be so much more smarter and invincible

16th september 2023 : Today, I felt nothing interesting - I slept almost all day. I got through my first week of uni and damn was it messy - the administration messed up with our options, I didn't get to see how to get in sports, I had some troubles with a few buddies... So I just slept today. And watched the Legend of Korra ! I'm adding tasks for tomorrow.

one unit of spanish and portuguese on duolingo.

clean the flat.

read for thirty minutes.

take a walk outside.

try to get back to collage/jewelry making/drawing.

continue to write a story.

eye-opening tumblr post for me included the words "people are meant to be burdens" as in humans rely on and support one another and it's not a bother it's our purpose; to love and be loved in return. so if you ever think you're being annoying just remember we were made to love and it's going to be okay

🧪 08.08.2023 // I read papers I really wanted to and started the run of the NGS (finally!).

I continued my crochet project and almost finished it, but the two parts of the star aren't the same size :(( (it was predictable though)

I now have a break in my internship of approximately ten days, I will try to REST I'M SO TIRED 😭

im in rome preparing for today’s exam of conflict and peace building… decided to go to a nice coffee shop and start revising for tomorrow’s exam and read again today’s notes. ☁️🌱

day 18 of my autumn studying challenge!:

lemme quickly check my youtube acc. okay, lately this channel helps me feel motivated, and when i want to relax, i watch this channel.

-> these pics are actually from yesterday but because i studied until late hours, i forgot to post. my friend and i worked on the materials we presented to our prof and class on monday, and we were and are redesigning them according to our prof’s comments. it took a bit long to decide how to change them and find reading texts. hopefully, today, we’ll finish and submit the materials.

First year of college recap:

Okay, this is SUPER late because I finished my first year in July and I'm already in the middle of my second year lmao. I had thought about doing this shortly after finishing first year but my sem holiday was one (1) day and second year has just NOT been kind to me 🥲

First year had many ups and downs, LOTS of downs; academically it was okay but mentally it was terrible lol. How do you make friends in college 🤣

During first sem my mental state was SHITE, second sem was okay but I'd gained a stalker the minute I'd started it + I got covid towards the end ✌🏼

3rd sem has turned out to be a bit better. I'm participating in a bunch of conferences and club activities that we couldn't participate in while we were in our first year. People keep saying that I need to enjoy my college years because they don't come back, well guess what!! Thank god they don't because I have nothing to look back on! So far at least, but I don't see this changing in the future either.

I could go on and on about how the college experience has been nothing but a scam, but I'll spare you all from my negativity and self-pity.
