I've got two cowboy guys that i love and enjoy: Jack Cassidy, my dnd character in a nautical campaign that is a REALLY good shot!! he has a lot of guns and also he's sun coded but in a blinding, burning, and oh so heavy way

I've drawn and posted him a couple times with his character sheet here, a sketch page with pretty much everyone in that campaign here, and he's in this wip post :D! that wip post has more progress on it now :D

you can usually find him by searching through searching "Jack Cassidy" on my blog, im thinking NONSTOP ABOUT HIM right now you have NO IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he's currently going through a regression arc, it's great

THE SECOND COWBOY!!!!!!!!!!! Wesley Bernavelli, he's another ttrpg character of mine, this time from Monster of the Week!!! He's a Hex :DDD that means he's a WITCHY COWBOY!!!! so like he reads bones and tea leaves i mean coffee grounds and watches the embers and smoke of a bonfire for visions of the future and spots things beyond the veil with a hagstone, etc etc, VERY fun stuff

he doesn't have a set character sheet really cuz he doesn't have color, but i have drawn him extensively here

he's also the one i have done the most like. physical effort into making art for, cuz i made a woodblock print of him

if i ever make more art of the man, you can search "Wesley Bernavelli" on my blog and find him, i usually always tag my ocs with their names so i can also easily find them haha

I REALLY want to make more art of these guys, Wesley im obsessed with but his campaign isn't in session yet, i just got super brainrot with him before the campaign even started haha

Jack tho. JACK i am forever obsessed with. he's got fun homoerotic tension with the wizard <3

the eraser on my tablet pen has broken D: the rest of the pen works just fine but it's a hardware issue not a software one, not something i can readily fix o|< augh

#for a new pen #man fuck that i'm just gonna be stubborn #augh but i don't WANT to be stubborn with this........ #being able to flip the pen is so good for my flow

#the wire coil that gives the pressure sensitivity power has been severed #apparently there was supposed to be springs in the eraser bit and i. lost those LONG ago #so the wear and tear of rubbing against that bit of plastic for so long must have just finally broke it #augh #noooooooo #my software has a change pen hotkey so it's not too bad i guess but augh #it'll be mspaint rules from now on i guess #just manually switching between pen and eraser instead of just being able to flip the pen #o|< #bro im trying to speedrun 8 pages of a comic this is NOT helping #girl please i already have a headache i can't fix rn

Crazy enough I made these guys back in 2020, maybe even earlier than that, tho only just now have given them designs

That was right around the era where I was writing a lot but wasn't entirely sure if I was going to do comics fully, so my initial idea for this was it would be a novel and then through magic/a spell cast that it would become a comic and go back again. Would also have a character that would "leave the story" by becoming an image and walking around the page while the rest of the story was in novel form and the come back again at their whim

I've had these guys in my head for about 4 years now but I'm only just now getting around to actually drawing them

Barnes (he/him) gets subjected to the horrors for the first time and Andromedus (genderfluid she/he/they) is... well I'm sure they care

#the way that i am now i think i would want it to be purely comic #but the mix media kind of thing still appeals to me #srb

Gosh RGB, who let YOU have a face?

...I did? well, that's strange

really wanted to draw a solid expression or two and strangely wanted to do the guy who doesn't. have a face. so i did a panel redraw!!! (there's just so many moments in this comic where the feelings leaking out from him and what we see is just so POTENT and i AUGH!!! please please please go read The Property of Hate it is such a wonderful comic it will make you explode on the inside. i promise you will come out of it completely normal <- lying)

also STOP DOING THAT RGB you're gonna have people endeared to you

it's so weird seeing him with a face, but it did give me an excuse to go overboard with the hair

i really need to make a third batch of these, what i've got rn is original trilogy and AJ. adding athena and blackquill and the like would probably be in the third
