CHAPTER SIX: A SOFT LOVE
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: The first day in months where you were able to relax.
WORDS: 1.6k
WRITTEN: 02/03/2024
Tumblr media
There was a summer festival happening near the school, and while you were still being haunted, you went for Satoru and Suguru.
You weren't going to dress up, as you barely had the motivation to get out of bed and brush your teeth, but Satoru had bought you a kimono on his own time.
There wasn't much you could do to say "no" β€” you did say "no" β€” as you felt an obligation to please him because of Riko's death.
The pale pink fabric was decorated with delicate flower prints that complimented your complexion beautifully.
You hated the pale color. It clashed with how dead you looked on the outside, and it made you stand out too much.
Not able to go, Shoko did your hair up in a braid and applied just a touch of makeup before heading out to meet the boys.
Suguru and Satoru were waiting outside the festival entrance wearing casual yukatas. Their faces lit up when they saw you approaching.
"You look beautiful, Y/N," Suguru said.
You offered him a soft smile. "Thank you."
Satoru nodded in agreement. "I have such good taste."
Your smile faded. "I despise you."
You walked off, and Satoru snickered while walking after you with Suguru laughing.
The three of you walked around the festival taking in the sights and sounds. The air was filled with delicious smells from the food stalls and the chatter of families and couples enjoying the festivities.
As you three explored the festival stalls, you came across a traditional goldfish scooping game.
Satoru's eyes lit up eagerly. "Let's play this one!" he said.
The vendor handed each of you a thin paper scooper and showed them the tub filled with darting orange and black fish.
"Whoever scoops one up gets to keep it!" he explained.
Satoru knelt down first, his brow furrowed in concentration as he carefully lowered the scooper into the water. He bit his lip as a fish swam near, but it quickly wriggled away before he could catch it.
"Loser," you said.
Satoru grumbled at you, as you knelt down.
You moved the scooper slowly to not startle the fish. One paused right under the scooper and you swiftly raised it up, but the paper tore before you could get the fish into the bowl.
"Shit," you muttered.
"Who's a loser now?" Satoru retorted.
"It wasn't me. It was the paper," you muttered.
Finally, it was Suguru's turn. He swished the scooper gently through the water, waiting patiently for the right moment. A flash of orange zoomed toward the scooper and Suguru swiftly lifted it up. The fish plopped safely into the bowl as Suguru cheered.
"We have a winner!" the vendor announced.
Suguru graciously offered the goldfish to you and you accepted it with a bright smile.
Satoru grumbled the whole time as you walked around about how now he had to give you something since Suguru gave you a goldfish.
As you walked around the festival stalls, Satoru spotted a stand selling beautiful hair accessories.
His eyes were drawn to a delicate pink flower hairpin that he thought would look perfect in your hair.
While you and Suguru were distracted looking at masks, Satoru subtly purchased the hairpin and tucked it away.
As the sun started to set, Suguru found a spot on a grassy hill overlooking the river where the three of you could watch the fireworks. Suguru and Satoru sat on either side of you. You felt their shoulders gently brush against your arms.
Satoru was trying to find the right time to gift you the hairpin, but he was annoyed at how much attention you were paying Suguru.
"Y/N."
Satoru's demanding tone made you sigh before turning to face him. Suguru looked over your head to see what his boyfriend was up to.
Satoru presented the hairpin to you. "I saw this and thought of you," he said.
"You're just upset Suguru beat you at the game earlier," you retorted.
He scowled and his face reminded you of a hissing cat. "I'm not upset!"
"You sound upset," Suguru said.
"He does, doesn't he?" you questioned.
His pout made you bite your tongue. He was such a baby and he would never admit that.
"Thanks," you said. "You didn't have to."
"I'm rich. This little hairpin isn't going to do any damage."
"And the moment is over," you muttered as you reached out and pinched his nose. "You just never learn, do you?"
Suguru was a bit taken aback β€” though you couldn't see his face as you were facing Satoru.
Satoru had been working on extending his Infinity since Riko's death and he'd taken to putting up his Infinity in public, but he was allowing you to touch him.
Satoru swatted your hand away and placed the hairpin in your hair rather loosely.
"Satoru, you're as delicate as ever," Suguru said as he turned your head back to him by placing a finger under your chin.
Suguru readjusted your pin and made sure it was secure. "You're even more beautiful, if that was possible."
You rolled your eyes, but you could feel your face warming up. "Do you tell every woman that?"
He chuckled. "No, I don't."
Satoru opened his mouth to accuse Suguru of seducing you in public, but Suguru's phone rang. He took it out and answered it.
You were close enough to hear the other person on the phone, but your technique laid out the transcript in front of you.
"Who is it?" Satoru asked.
"Yaga," you answered.
β€˜Y/N has to leave early in the morning to take care of low-level Curses in the country.’
Suguru sighed as he hung up. "I have to leave for a mission." You nodded as Suguru got up from the grass and brushed off his clothes. "I'll see you two later. Get her home safe, Satoru."
"Yes, Father," Satoru droned.
The two of you sat in silence, and you decided now was a better time than ever to tell Satoru what he meant to you.
You were too anxious to tell both Suguru and Satoru at the same time, so you opted one by one.
"Satoru."
"Yeah?"
"When I died β€” "
His eyes hardened and his expression turned serious as he looked at you. You stared hard at a patch of grass in front of you.
" β€” I thought about all the things I never got to tell you, and one of them was telling you and Suguru how I felt. It sounds stupid, but I was too embarrassed to tell both of you at the same time. But I really like you two and I'm glad to have met you."
Satoru hummed. β€œI know.”
You rolled your eyes and finally looked at him. β€œI was being vulnerable and you can't say something nice to me?”
β€œI think you're mistaking me for Suguru,” he retorted.
β€œYou're insufferable.”
β€œBut you like me. You said it yourself.”
You glared at him while he grinned like an idiot. Suddenly, he got up on his feet and reached his hand out to you.
β€œDo you trust me?” he asked.
You nodded as you took his hand, and he lifted you onto your feet. He began walking toward the exit of the festival while holding your hand.
You didn't have to ask where he was taking you. He was taking you back to the school. The walk was full of silence and it wasn't until you unlocked the door to your room did he finally talk.
He locked the door behind him and sat you down on the bed before putting his glasses on your bedside, sitting on the floor, and placing his chin on your lap. He looked up at you with twinkling eyes, and it made you uncomfortable.
β€œSay what you said earlier,” he demanded.
β€œWhich part?”
β€œYou know which.”
You pursed your lips. β€œI like you.”
He smiled and nestled his face against you, moving your kimono out of the way so his lips could touch your bare skin.
You jolted from the contact, but he grabbed onto your calves with his hands and moved up your bare thighs.
β€œS-Satoru β€” ”
β€œYou're usually so mean to me,” he murmured against your skin before looking into your eyes. β€œWhat happened, cat got your tongue?”
Your eye twitched. β€œI hate you, you sex addict.”
He smiled. β€œThat's still a bit mild for you, but I'll take it.”
He pushed you onto your back and used his Infinity to loosen the top of his yukata as he manually loosened your kimono so that he could stick his nose into the crook of your neck.
He sighed heavily. β€œYou make it so difficult, Y/N.”
β€œIt's not like I said β€˜no,’ ” you muttered.
His head shot up and he looked at you. You stood your ground and looked at him. After a moment, he grinned.
β€œSuguru’s going to be so jealous.”
It never crossed your mind that you would be intimate with Suguru soon as well. You felt a bit guilty that Suguru wasn't here.
β€œBut shouldn't you wait for Suguru?” you asked.
Satoru let out a soft growl from the back of his throat. β€œIt's not fair.”
You brought your hand up to his hair and brushed through it. β€œDon't be a baby.”
You could see his bottom lip sticking out. Despite the situation you were in, you held back your laugh at the sight of his childish expression.
β€œFine, but I'm gonna keep you under me for so long, you'll wish we didn't wait for Suguru.”
β€œWait—”
He captured your lips, tongue brushing against them and asking permission. You parted your lips and he cradled the back of your head with his hand as he had his way with your lips.
This was the first time you'd ever been kissed, especially like this. For expressing your like-ness to him, he wasn't going easy on you.
You knew Satoru would be true to his word. He was going to make you beg for more.

CHAPTER FIVE: GIVE AND TAKE
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: You had always been the support system on the field, so why would they change off the field?

Despite being revived, the death of Riko still hung heavily in the air for you and Suguru. While Satoru was mourning in his own way, the toll of her death took a lot from Suguru.
He was visibly getting worse. He couldn't stomach food. The Curses he was consuming was the only substance in his stomach most days.
Dark circles hung under his eyes, which had lost their usual determined glint. His shoulders slumped, as if the weight of his guilt was a physical burden.
You ached for him.
Riko had been a stabilizing force, keeping Suguru's dangerous impulses in check. Her death had unleashed something unhinged in him. You knew he blamed himself for failing to protect her.
"Suguru," you said softly, resting a hand on his shoulder. "This wasn't your fault. Riko wouldn't want you to tear yourself apart like this."
He didn't meet your eyes. "I should have been stronger. What good am I if I can't even save the people closest to me?" His voice was raw with pain.
"You can't save everyone," you replied sadly. "No one has that power."
You knew that now better than ever, having glimpsed the inevitability of Death firsthand.
Suguru's breath hitched, tears welling in his eyes. You pulled him into an embrace.
"But we can keep living for those we've lost. We can honor their memories."
At this, Suguru finally broke down. He clung to you, sobs wracking his frame. You held him tightly, your own tears falling.
You and him stayed in that position for a while until he was ready to let go.
"I think I'll take a shower," he murmured with a pained smile.
You smiled back and nodded, letting go of his weak body. "I'll see you later?"
He nodded and walked away from you. You watched him walk down the hallway, and once he rounded the corner and disappeared, you stood up from the bench and got ready to go back to your room.
As you took a step forward, a random wave of nausea hit and bile rose up. You covered your mouth and forced yourself to swallow the putrid liquid.
With trembling breaths as you uncovered your mouth, your head remained frozen as you looked to the end of the hallway with the corner of your eyes.
A dark shadow lingered there. As quick as it came, it disappeared into nothing.
A shudder wracked your body at the lingering memory. Death had sunk its claws into you, however briefly, and left its mark on your psyche.
You hurried back to your room, eager to be alone. You grabbed all the necessary supplies for your shower and ran to the female shower room.
Suguru's breakdown had shaken you, stirring up your own lingering trauma. Under the stream of hot water in the shower, you finally allowed yourself to break.
The tears came all at once, gut-wrenching sobs tearing from your throat. You slid down the shower wall, curling into yourself on the floor as water cascaded over you.
The water burned your eyes and blocked your nose, making it hard to breathe.
The shadow you saw in the hallway lingered in your mind. Death's grip on you had left wounds no one else could see. You hugged your knees to your chest, overwhelmed and afraid as you laid down on your side.
Even back among the living, you were irrevocably changed by your brief glimpse of the other side. Cold tendrils of dread still gripped your heart. You wondered if you'd ever feel warm again.
You jolted at the sudden feelings of hands on your body, getting glimpses of the cold, bony hands that once gripped your skin.
β€œY/N.”
Soft brown eyes stared at you with sadness and pity. Shoko’s soft hands gently gripped your forearms to pull you back up onto your ass.
Your naked body didn't bother her. She had seen you naked when she was preparing your body in the mortuary.
Regardless of your death, she still wouldn't have been bothered, especially if you were in need of support.
β€œShoko,” you cried, in fear and embarrassment.
She was fully clothed, but she was not shying away from the scalding water that marked your skin red.
You shuddered in Shoko's gentle grip, mortified that she was seeing you at your most vulnerable. But her eyes held no judgment, only compassion.
"It's okay," she soothed, brushing the wet hair back from your face. "You don't have to hide your pain from me."
You took a few gulping breaths, trying to rein in the sobs. β€œI'm useless,” you admitted.
Shoko's expression was filled with sorrow. She moved to turn off the shower and helped you stand on shaky legs, wrapping a towel around you.
Leading you back to your room, she sat you down and simply held you as you cried, stroking your hair soothingly.
No words needed to be said. She knew the horrors you had endured and accepted you wholly, trauma and all.
When the tears finally subsided, you clung to her, afraid to let go. "Please, don't leave me alone," you whispered hoarsely.
"Never," she promised.
Shoko stayed with you through the night, keeping the terrors at bay with her comforting presence.
In the morning, you felt strong enough to face the others again.
β€œThank you,” you whispered to Shoko.
She smiled and shrugged. β€œWe're friends, aren't we? I need to freshen up. I'll see you at breakfast?”
You nodded. β€œSee you.”
You closed the door to your bedroom to get some alone time before breakfast. You couldn't let the others see you like this. They needed you to be strong as they grieved Riko.
You knew you would stumble again, but Shoko would be there to catch you when you fell.
With shaking breaths, you pushed yourself back up. As you washed away your tears, you rebuilt your walls. Your expression was neutral once more.
You dressed and went to meet the others, keeping your swirling emotions contained. In your dreams you would relive it all - the darkness, the cold, the sheer terror.
But waking, you would not add to their pain. Death would not take you yet.

CHAPTER FOUR: COUNTDOWN
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: Everyone thinks about dying, but no one thinks about Death.
WORDS: 1.2k
WRITTEN: 11/19/2023
Tumblr media
Now within the barriers of Jujutsu Tech, the group was able to relax.
The time for the merge was approaching, and while Kuroi was sad about losing Riko, she knew deep down that this was what Riko was meant for.
WARNING.
WARNING.
WARNING.
Flashing in your eyes alerted you of something dangerous, and on instinct, you pushed Satoru out of the way.
A piercing sword slid into your neck like a knife to room temperature butter.
Satoru's piercing eyes never left your frightened eyes, as the sword dislodged from your neck. Your hands flew to cover the spurting blood, but there was no stopping it.
"Y/N!"
"Shit," Toji muttered.
While Satoru was frozen in fear at the thought of losing you, Toji quickly threw the sword and lodged it into his chest.
As you fell down to your knees, you weren't even able to see Satoru for the last time. Red, flashing warning signs filled your eyes, not allowing you to see past them.
"Y/N!"
"Satoru!"
"Suguru, go!"
You never expected to died so early in life. You knew it came with the occupation of being involved in the Jujutsu world, but you had hoped your technique would allow you to dodge any obstacle.
Fushiguro Toji was a different story.
As you slumped over to the ground and your cheek pressed against the cold ground, you drew your last breath.
Tumblr media
"I'll leave the room so you two can have a moment," said Shoko quietly as she left the mortuary.
Your still body laid on the metal slab with a white sheet over it. Satoru and Suguru didn't get a chance to truly look at you until now.
With the death of Riko weighing heavily on their minds, they couldn't even begin to comprehend the reality of your death.
You had survived against Special Grade curses before, but the anomaly that was Fushiguro Toji was your undoing.
You were not his goal, but just a crack in the floorboards that had creaked enough to gain his attention.
If Satoru had been paying more attention, you wouldn't have died. That was all he could focus on. Riko be damned.
He knew how important she was to the balance of the world, but you were important to him. You was someone he never thought he would lose.
He made sure to keep his eyes on you should anything happen, but he failed you when it really counted.
"Satoru."
He flinched when Suguru's hand landed on his shoulder. Suguru kept his hand there, giving it a soft squeeze.
"If you're going to blame yourself, blame me too. I had a duty to her."
Satoru remained silent, choosing to grasp the edge of the white sheet and fold it over to reveal your face.
In the Jujutsu world, there were usually gory deaths for sorcerers, but you remained frozen in your state of beauty.
The only mark was on your neck. Your face had no marks or scratches. You looked like you were truly sleeping.
Satoru gently caressed your cold cheek, his eyes glistening with unshed tears. "She didn't deserve this," he whispered.
Suguru nodded solemnly in agreement.
The two stood in silence for a long moment, both lost in their grief and guilt. If only they had been stronger, faster, better. Maybe then you would still be alive, your eyes shining with warmth and laughter instead of closed forever in death.
A soft knock at the door broke the heavy atmosphere.
Shoko entered cautiously, her face drawn with sadness. "The funeral arrangements have been made," she said quietly. "I have to ready her body for when her parents come."
Satoru took a shuddering breath.
Suguru blinked back his tears and nodded. "Thank you, Shoko. We'll be out shortly."
Shoko glanced at your serene face one last time before slipping out to give them privacy again. The click of the door closing echoed in the cold, sterile room.
"We should go," Suguru murmured after another stretch of silence. "It's time."
Satoru didn't respond right away, his fingers still trailing over your features as if memorizing them. "I'm sorry," he whispered, leaning down to press a feather-light kiss to your forehead. "Goodbye."
With leaden feet, the two finally turned and left the morgue. The sun outside seemed too bright, too cheerful given the sorrow that filled their hearts.
Darkness.
That was all you had known since your death, but then you saw a white light at the end of the abyss.
You hesitated to run toward it, but there was no other option but to stay in the black cave where you could hear yourself blink.
As you began running to the white light, your steps slowed down at the bony hands that grasped for your ankles and feet.
β€œNo β€” ”
A hand yanked on your hair, pulling your head back as more hands gripped your arms and neck.
As the light in front of you dissolved, Death kept its grip on you. "Do not fight the inevitable," it intoned.
Death would not be denied its prize.
You fought against the hands, prying each hand off and desperately fighting for your life. As you landed on your hands and knees and began crawling away closer to the light, the statistics in your eyes began flickering back to life.
ONE EXIT FOUND.
00:00:20
A hoarse cry escaped your throats as the hands scratched your skin raw.
00:00:10
Tears filled your eyes at the potential of never being able to see your loved ones again.
00:00:04
Your mother’s birthday was coming up soon.
00:00:03
You had just turned eighteen.
00:00:02
You never got to say goodbye to Riko.
00:00:01
You never got to tell Satoru and Suguru what they meant to you.
00:00:00:50
You let out a raw scream as you rushed to sit up on the slab. The white sheet covering you fell down, exposing your chest to the cold of the mortuary.
You raised your hands to your face to examine them. They were shaking and covered in red scratches, reminding you that Death was real and it would not forget you.
You needed to find Satoru and Suguru, but the thought of facing them, or anyone, filled you with dread. You felt disconnected, out of sync with the realm of the living. Like a part of you was still trapped in Death’s embrace.
β€œY/N?”
You jolted, and in your rush to turn around to face the voice who had just come through the door, you slid off the slab.
Time seemed to slow down as Satoru rushed forward to grab you, slipping onto his ass as he hurriedly grabbed you.
His hold on you was tight like the bony hands that chained you down. He didn't want to let you go as his wide eyes searched your face for any reason to believe it wasn't you.
You had bloodshot eyes and his eyes didn't miss the bloody scratches littered around your body. He knew those weren't there when he and Suguru were in the room moments prior.
Whatever you saw when you died could not be compared to what Gojo Satoru saw.
While he had been blessed, you had been cursed.

Hey I just find your blog and I love how you write! I was wondering before I ask you a request, are your request opened?? And do you still write for Vampire Knight? And you write for Owari no seraph too??
I'm always open to requests but I'm only focusing on my series' right now and I haven't written for those two fandoms for a while so there's no guarantee when I'd be able to write. Thank you for asking and supporting me!

CHAPTER THREE: BLUE
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: Regardless of what he seemed like, Satoru cared about people.
WORDS: 1k
WRITTEN: 10/23/2023
Tumblr media
Satoru watched over Riko as she slept. He had been sitting there, fighting off the sleep that he yearned for.
It had been days since he last slept.
"Satoru," you said softly as you placed a hand on his shoulder and leaned over the side to look at his face.
"Hmm?"
He struggled to tear his eyes away from Riko in order to look at you.
"Go sleep," you urged. "I'll stay up."
"No, I got it."
"Satoru, you haven't slept since taking on this mission and you never let me watch either. Go rest."
He opened his mouth to argue, but Suguru approached the two of you.
"I'll watch," he offered. "Y/N will sleep with you."
You never agreed to that, so part of you wanted to hit him on the head for putting words into your mouth but upon seeing the look on Satoru's face, the will to object disappeared.
He looked like a little boy who just lost his favorite stuffed animal.
You sighed and grabbed his hand, leading him away from the chair and into the other bedroom. Suguru sat in the chair and focused on Riko as you shut the bedroom door.
"You haven't showered today, right?" you asked as you slipped Satoru's jacket off and folded it over a chair.
"No, do I stink?"
"A little. You're still a man."
He frowned. "Meanie."
"I thought you liked it when I was mean."
"Calling me stinky doesn't turn me on," he retorted.
You reached forward and took his glasses off his face, then tilted his head up by the chin. You looked into his eyes that you hated so much.
"They're bright," you murmured.
You were jealous of his eyes because of your dull-colored eyes. You were sure everyone who saw Satoru always thought of his eyes, and you were right.
People always complimented his eyes, but it sounded nice when it came from you.
He grabbed your hand away from his chin and placed it onto his cheek, nuzzling into it like a kitten.
"You're warm," he murmured.
"Mhm. Go shower and then we can sleep."
"Okay."
You stepped out of the way and he obediently walked into the bathroom to shower. You crawled into the bed and tucked yourself in, swiping on your phone until he was finished.
Satoru emerged from the shower feeling refreshed. As he dried off and changed into a clean shirt and sweatpants, he thought about you waiting for him in the bedroom.
Despite his exhaustion, Satoru felt a flutter of anticipation in his stomach. He never shared a bed with you before.
There had been times where you were laying on his bed or he was laying on yours, but the two of you never slept together.
When Satoru entered the bedroom, you turned to look at him and patted the empty space beside you.
Satoru slid into bed beside you. The mattress dipped under his weight, making you slide toward him a little.
Satoru shifted closer to you until his body was flush against yours. The comforting warmth and your familiar scent instantly put his restless mind at ease.
"I never said you could touch me," you murmured as he draped his arm around your waist.
"You know I don't listen anyways," he murmured.
You hummed.
Within moments, Satoru finally drifted off into a deep sleep. You waited for minutes, listening to the sound of his soft breathing.
It was amazing to you how far you had gotten with him. He wasn't one to let people in easily, given his upbringing.
You never cared about his upbringing or who he was in the Jujutsu world. He was just another person who was your age.
Satisfied with how deep asleep he was, you allowed yourself to relax and you fell asleep as well.
You were sure if anything were to happen, Satoru would wake up and get right to work, but that didn't stop you from being on the verge of waking up.
If anything were to happen, you wanted to act before him.
The sound of the door opening made you twitch, but you felt the familiar lure of Suguru's presence.
You knew he knew you were awake now, but neither of you said anything.
There was a Special Grade curse watching over Riko temporarily, as Suguru wanted to check in on you and Satoru.
If he was being honest, he was a bit envious that Satoru was able to sleep with you. It wasn't a competition to see who could spend the most time with you, especially since the two men were already dating, but he still would have enjoyed more time without Satoru's selfish behavior.
Suguru quietly made his way over to the bed where you and Satoru were sleeping. He couldn't help but smile softly at the sight of Satoru's arms wrapped securely around you. Suguru was glad you were able to provide Satoru with some much needed rest.
Careful not to wake either of you, Suguru sat down on the edge of the bed. He reached out and gently brushed a strand of hair away from your face, his fingers just barely grazing your skin.
Suguru stayed there for a few more moments, content to simply watch over you and Satoru.
Eventually and reluctantly, Suguru got up from the bed. He needed to get back to watching over Riko.
"Sleep well," he whispered before quietly slipping out of the room.
The next time you woke up, it was to Satoru nuzzling into your neck again. Except this time, his nuzzling soon turned into soft kisses trailing up your throat.
β€œYOU PERVERT!”
You kicked him off the bed and his heavy body landed with a loud thud, causing Riko to run into the room to see what the fuss was about.
As soon as she saw Satoru on the floor, she cackled.
Suguru and Kuroi followed her into the room. Suguru leaned against the doorway with a teasing smile on his lips as he chuckled.
β€œWithout consent, Satoru?”
β€œEat my ass, Suguru,” he said with a groan.
β€œLater.”
β€œYou guys are gross,” Riko muttered.

CHAPTER TWO: CANNONBALL
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: Everyone deserved to have a break after being on edge from assassins.
WORDS: 1k
WRITTEN: 10/22/2023
Tumblr media
"SATORU β€” "
You closed your eyes tightly and held your breath as the gravity-user threw you into the ocean.
You pushed yourself to the surface, breathing loudly as you broke the water.
"I told you not to do it!" you shouted.
He grinned and took a step back. As soon as you figured out what he was planning, you swam away, knocking into Riko and nearly drowning her as you tried to get away from Satoru's cannonball.
"CANNONBALL!"
He dropped right next to you and Riko, nearly drowning you as the water splashed.
Suguru and Kuroi watched from the shore. Kuroi was anxious of even coming to the beach when there were people after Riko, but Suguru reassured her.
He had a faint smile on his face as he watched you shove Satoru's head underwater while Riko cheered.
Satoru's arms flung around until you decided to grant him mercy.
"You're supposed to be eighteen, not eight!" you reprimanded.
He pouted, but slid next to you regardless with twinkling eyes. "Insult me more."
"You disgust me."
"Just like that."
Riko cringed. "You're a predator."
"We're the same age," Satoru defended.
"You're like a creepy old man," Riko added.
"I agree," you said. "It's a wonder Suguru puts up with you."
Satoru grinned and abruptly grabbed your face with his hands, smushing your cheeks together.
You barely got any words of protest out before he leaned in and pressed his lips to yours. Your eyes widened and you stuck your fingers into his eyes.
"FUCK β€” MY EYES β€” "
"Stop kissing me!"
You swam away from him and returned to your beach towel on the sand. You sat on the towel and grabbed your sunscreen to reapply.
"Allow me."
You glanced up at Suguru, who blocked the sun with his body. You handed him the sunscreen and winced from the sun when he stepped away to kneel behind you.
He squirted the sunscreen onto his hands and rubbed it together twice before placing his hands on your back.
You flinched from the cold, then relaxed as the sunscreen warmed up.
"Sorry," he said softly.
"It's okay."
His hands moved in circles, beginning from your back and up to your neck. You loved your hair out of the way as he lightly massaged your shoulders.
He leaned in closer to where he was almost touching your back. You could feel him towering over you as he sat up on his knees.
"Are you trying to seduce me, Suguru?"
He smiled as his hands moved down the sides of your waist and onto your hips.
"Maybe only a little," he answered.
You laughed quietly. "You're just as bad as Satoru."
"I never said I wasn't."
You hummed. "Two peas in a pod."
There was a brief silence before Suguru decided to ask you something he wasn't sure if he should have asked.
"When you look at Satoru, what do you see?"
There was another moment of silence before you decided to look over your shoulder at Suguru. He looked sincere and curious as he searched your eyes for the answer.
Your eyes flickered to his lips briefly before you turned back to look at Satoru splashing Riko with water and Kuroi begging them to be careful.
"I see a little boy who was never given the chance to be loved."
"Is that what your technique is telling you?" Suguru asked.
"No, it's what I'm telling you."
Satisfied with your answer, Suguru's hands left your body.
"I've finished."
"Thank you," you said. "Need me to return the favor?"
"If you don't mind."
He took off his patterned shirt and switched spots with you. You squirted the sunscreen onto your hands and began rubbing it onto his back.
"You're actually much more toned than I thought," you complimented.
"Are you trying to seduce me now, Y/N?"
You laughed and leaned in to whisper in his ear, thus pressing your chest to his back. "Now Suguru, are you accusing me of being an enchantress?"
He let out a short breathy laugh. "I would never accuse you of such a thing."
You leaned away with a grin. "What a good answer."
Finishing up on his back, you squeezed his biceps twice before scooting away and laying down on your stomach next to him.
β€œDo you like the beach?” you asked.
β€œI do. It reminds me of freedom,” he replied while gazing into the horizon.
You hummed. β€œI agree. We don't have beaches in the country. Even if we did, I wouldn't have had friends to go with. It's nice being here with friends.”
He turned his attention to you. β€œWhen I look at you, I see a woman with a lot of love to give.”
Your throat turned dry at that and you swallowed to get rid of the hoarse feeling.
β€œIs that so?”
β€œDon't play coy, Y/N.”
β€œHmph.” You turned your head to look at him. β€œSo what if I have a lot of love to give?”
He flicked you on the forehead gently. β€œDon't hold it in.”
You pouted and turned away, wiping the small tear escaping from your eyes. Suguru didn't say anything.
β€œAre you hungry?” you asked, turning back to him.
β€œI could eat.”
You cupped your hands around your mouth and shouted, β€œSatoru, Riko, Kuroi, are you guys hungry?”
β€œMeat, meat!” Riko shouted.
β€œMeat, meat!” Satoru repeated.
β€œBarbecue?” you asked, turning to look at Suguru.
β€œYakiniku,” he answered.
β€œThat sounds so good,” you muttered. β€œYou guys are gonna make me fat.”
Suguru smiled. β€œThat wouldn't change how beautiful you are.”
β€œYou're just as unbearable as Satoru.”
He laughed as he stood up and helped you up. He grabbed your towel and brushed off the sand before folding it for you.
β€œThank you.”
He hummed as he stuffed the rolled-up towel into your bag, then grabbed your jacket and put it around your shoulders.
You clutched it to keep it from falling as Suguru walked after you with your bag around his shoulders.
β€œSatoru, hurry up! I'm hungry!” you shouted, kicking your feet through the sand.
β€œHold on! There's seaweed around my ankles!”

That is completely fine! Do whatever you wish, it would be boring if a story didn’t have any creative freedom involved, I’m excited to see what you do with it!
Thank you! I hope you like it!

CHAPTER ONE: THEM
Black Swan series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: Being a teenager surrounded by others who could see Curses made you feel safe.
WORDS: 1k
WRITTEN: 10/22/2023
Tumblr media
Born from a non-sorcerer family in the country, moving to Tokyo to a school specifically made for teenagers with Cursed energy felt like a fantasy.
Your family loved you, despite being frightened of the things you could see. They simply thought you could see ghosts, but when Yaga turned up at their doorstep when you were sixteen, they learned that what you saw was far worse.
Your parents were extremely supportive, wanting you to be able to learn about this power you had since birth.
You were torn to leave your parents, holding nothing but love for them. They were the only people who defended and loved you in a small town that bullied and harassed you for being able to see spirits.
But upon seeing the supportive yet sad expression on your mother's face, you left for Tokyo to start a new life alone.
That was where you encountered the three students who would be your best friends at Jujutsu Tech.
"You guys are so gay."
Shoko choked on the smoke, her cigarette tumbling out from her fingers as she cackled at your sudden statement.
"I'm just saying," you added.
Satoru and Suguru looked at you with the most incredulous expression as they rounded on you, backing you up against a wall.
"You hate gay people or what?" Satoru questioned with a pointed finger.
"We're not all gay, just bisexual," Suguru corrected.
You shrugged. "Potato, po-tah-to," you said before flicking Satoru on the forehead and ducking from under Suguru's arms to return to Shoko.
You picked up her cigarette and returned it to her lips before sitting on top of the table and lighting it for her.
"Hey, that looks gay too!" Satoru shouted outrageously.
"I'm just lighting her cigarette!"
"I saw that horny look in your eyes!" he retorted.
"Are you crazy? You're just making up things!"
Shoko blew out a puff of smoke from the corner of her mouth before leaning down to press her cheek against your thigh, pushing up your skirt slightly.
"If I wanna be gay with Y/N, then isn't that my business?" she questioned.
Everyone was silent for a moment until you gently hit her head with your fist.
"Don't queerbait, Shoko," you softly reprimanded. "You're straight, remember?"
"Can't a girl experiment?"
"I'm straight," you deadpanned.
Shoko shrugged. "If you say so."
You laughed. "Don't try to change my mind."
Suguru chuckled as he approached the bench and sat down, urging Satoru to sit down in the process.
The Six Eyes user grumbled, but followed his boyfriend and sat down next to him. The two shared a look as you reprimanded Shoko with a smile on your face for queerbaiting.
It had been almost a year since your admission to Jujutsu Tech. You were a valuable student to the school, but you didn't have enough strength to go on missions alone.
You would be paired up with Suguru, Satoru, Haibara, or Nanami, as your abilities aided their abilities.
Your technique "What Makes You Special?" allowed you to see into the very soul of anyone and see what made them unique. You were able to see their stats and techniques. There was no hiding from you.
When you first met Satoru, he complained like a child that he didn't need anyone else to aid him, but you eventually got through to him by being mean to him.
Only Suguru truly knew what type of person Satoru was β€” he got off on you being a complete bitch to him.
He would never forget the time you spoke to him on your first mission together. "Shut your mouth, you pathetic boy. Have you no manners? Can't you see my head hurts?"
That was why Satoru was the first to gravitate to you and beg for your attention, just so you could tell him off for being annoying.
Satoru and Suguru weren't looking for a third person in their relationship, but after meeting you, it was all they wanted.
While Satoru had more sexual reasons for wanting you in his life, Suguru enjoyed having conversations with you that ranged from the meaning of life to the rating of a new superhero movie.
But, he especially loved seeing you utterly confident in your technique and seeing you stand with no fear or anxiety in the face of powerful Curses.
"Satoru, Suguru," Yaga called out.
The two teenagers glanced at each other before walking toward their teacher, who led them away from wandering ears.
Your eyes trailed after them until they disappeared.
"I wonder if Yaga knows we'll eventually know everything anyways?" you asked.
"I think he does know," Shoko answered.
You hummed and turned back to her with a light smile. "It's crazy how fast things spread."
"Like diseases," she added.
"Like diseases," you repeated. β€œIf one person knows, the whole world knows,” you said as you looked over your shoulder to read the words coming out from Yaga’s lips.
Because of your ability, you saw the world in statistics or captions. You could see the stats of a person, and in this case, read the words Yaga was saying.
β€œHow special is this mission?” Shoko asked.
β€œI'd say pretty damn special if Tengen is getting involved.”
Yaga turned around and you whipped your head back to Shoko.
β€œY/N, stop acting like you don't know what I said. Now, come on.”
Yaga always acted like this with you. He knew you'd eavesdrop on every conversation he had, so he never bothered telling you when you would actually be on a mission too.
β€œWith Saturu and Suguru?” you asked, turning back around.
The two were strong enough on their own, so you had never been paired up with them together before.
β€œI said the same thing,” he muttered.
You hopped off the table and walked to the trio, giving Satoru’s arm a slap when his hand inched toward your ass.
He pouted and clutched his arm as if you would have been able to inflict such damage on him. You rolled your eyes as you followed after Yaga.

CHAPTER TWELVE: BORN OF SIN
Golden Child series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: You were cursed since birth.
READER: female
WORDS: 1k
WRITTEN: 10/04/2023
Tumblr media
You normally never dreamed.
"This isn't a dream, number 777."
It had to be a dream. The place you were in was dark and red with floating masses of rock above and below you.
"Welcome to Inferno."
You raised your eyes to the tall cliff-like throne until you met the eyes of a man with skin as red as blood and horns curved like a goat's.
You found yourself getting sucked into his eyes full of swirls and something oddly familiar yet terrifying.
"Don't look too long. You're not at the stage where you can match me, 777."
"I have a name," you said.
"Names are irrelevant for what I must achieve with my offspring."
"Offspring?" you questioned as you tore your eyes away to look at it a pebble instead.
"Yes."
"You're not my dad."
"How do you know that?" he asked.
All the hairs on your body stood up immediately. You didn't know that. You couldn't remember what your parents looked like.
"My dad was human," you replied, uncertain.
He laughed, shaking the world you were in like an earthquake. "Your stand-in father, yes. You see, your parents believed in something dark. They believed in me. They prayed to me with their cute little group, so naturally, I blessed them with an offspring made of me and your mother."
"You had your way with my mother?" you questioned, looking up at him.
"Every mortal woman I impregnate gives me their consent. They're lucky to have my offspring."
You couldn't believe what you were hearing. Your father wasn't your father. You had siblings made from a man who wasn't all man.
You fought back against the torment of his eyes full of colored swirls, memories of your childhood, and the screams of strangers.
He smiled as you struggled for some sort of control in his world.
"You're one of a kind. Others before have failed tremendously. A few made it past the seven challenges, but they quickly died. Live up to your expectations, 777, because you were created with a purpose. Do not think I gave you life to be anything but extraordinary."
Your eyes snapped opened and a wrenching scream escaped your throat as a searing pain enveloped your body.
The sheets and blankets tangled around your legs as you writhed in pain before tumbling to the floor.
You felt an invisible fire envelope your back as the demonic ritual branded you. There was no metal rod or physical mark, yet your nerves seared with agony as the number 777 was being branded onto your back. You screamed, writhing on the floor helplessly.
Satoru was quick to wake and get on the floor to support you as your hands clawed at your back, twisting and turning in an animalistic way.
He lifted your shirt and his eyes froze at the sight of a '7' being written. His brow furrowed in frustration as he realized this was no ordinary wound.
Scooping you up, he rushed to the bathroom and turned the shower on full blast. Icy water rained down as he stepped fully clothed under the showerhead, holding you tight against his chest.
You continued to scream and thrash in his arms. The freezing water provided only minor relief to the inferno raging through your body. Satoru held you close, getting thoroughly drenched as he tried helplessly to ease your suffering.
"I've got you," he murmured. "I'm here."
You clung to him like a lifeline, tears mingling with the chilling shower spray. The pain was beyond unbearable, but Satoru's steady presence kept you tethered. His grip never loosened, even as the frigid water soaked through his clothes.
His unwavering touch was the only thing keeping you from completely slipping away.
He didn't know if you stopped feeling the pain of the brand before you passed out in his arms. His fingers dug into your wet clothes and flesh as he cradled your unconscious body.
He leaned down to touch his lips to your hair as his bright blue eyes stared at the bathroom tiles in concentration.
Whatever had you so deep was never going to let go.
Satoru held your unconscious body, his jaw tight with frustration. He cursed himself for not being able to prevent this somehow. Even with all his power, he felt helpless against the dark forces tormenting you.
Gently he carried you back to bed, tucking the blankets around your chilled form. He wished he could take away your pain. Your life had been filled with such misfortune, and you didn't deserve any of it.
He thought back to when you first joined Jujutsu Tech, shy and haunted. Over time, you had started to open up and find happiness amongst the other students. But this demonic curse threatened to destroy everything you had built.
There was no one to blame but your parents for dabbling in evil rituals they didn't understand. Their selfish occult obsession had doomed you before you were even born.
Yet, all your memories of them were happy.
Satoru carried your limp body out of the shower and laid you gently on the bed. He found a towel in your closet and dried your body. Your skin was icy and pale, but the angry red brand still seemed to glow on your back. He dressed you in warm dry clothes before tucking you under the blankets.
He brought a chair next to your bed and sat in it. As you slept, he kept watch.
β€œWhat is this?” he questioned quietly.
He was leaning forward, elbows on his knees as his lips laid near his fists.
β€œShe is property,” Ayumi answered, bringing her human finger to brush away your hair.
β€œShe has potential, but she will die,” added Chiaki. β€œThe expectations placed on her are unimaginable.”
β€œNo,” murmured Satoru with a quiet laugh. β€œShe's not allowed to die.”
His eyes were mad as his shoulders shook at the mere suggestion of your death. He leaned back and brushed his hair back with his fingers.
β€œUntil I see with my own eyes, I am God. No Devil or Curse will harm what belongs to me.”

CHAPTER ELEVEN: LUST
Golden Child series
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: Satoru was only beginning to enter your life.
READER: female
WORDS: 1k
WRITTEN: 09/13/2023
Tumblr media
When you were done with your training, Yaga gave you missions once more. You repeated the cycle of exorcizing curses and resting for a day.
Time passed, and you were alone again.
The only interactions you had were with Chiaki and Ayumi after you repaired your relationship with them bit by bit.
You celebrated your seventeenth birthday while Satoru was on his "top-secret mission."
When you were younger, Ayumi always wanted to give you a makeover, but you were never interested in it.
Then, your hair got long and your bangs were growing too much. Your face was a bit bland as well, once you saw what models looked like.
You experimented with nail polish and even got your ears pierced. You felt like a normal teenage girl and began going to salons.
It was the only bit of normalcy you had in a life of birth and death. You could change your appearance as many times as you'd like with no consequences. You had absolute control over your beauty.
Sometimes, you'd look at yourself in the mirror and wonder about Satoru. You hadn't seen him since he walked away from your cabin when you hadn't even turned seventeen yet.
You had heard of what a good happened with Suguru and Riko.
You felt that you weren't close enough to comfort him. You barely knew him. He would only turn you away.
Your doubts and insecurities got in the way, so you never reached out to him. Sometimes you'd check your phone in hopes of a message from him, then realize the two of you never exchanged numbers.
Whatever it was that you felt for him, it was irrelevant. He was just a friend.
However, you weren't expecting him to show up at your apartment in Asakusa.
Your breath trembled as your fingernails dug into your open door. You couldn't believe he was right in front of you.
Even in the dim light of the hallway, you could see how haggard and worn down he looked. Seeing Satoru at your door made your heart race and your palms sweat.
"Satoru? What are you doing here?"
He didn't respond or meet your gaze. Instead, he silently stepped inside as you moved aside to let him in. The dark circles under his eyes and his slumped shoulders made your chest tighten.
"Do you want water?" you asked as you locked the door behind you.
Satoru weakly shook his head and sat down on your couch. You sat down next to him, unsure of what to do or say. The silence hung heavy between you.
Your heart was begging to be set free, threatening to burst out from your chest and wither away as thoughts of physically comforting him entered your mind.
You disliked physical touch. It was a known but disastrous experience, yet he was different. Although he had scared you from the start, you began to see why he did what he did.
You wanted to reach out to him, but the urge to pull away was stronger. Physical touch had only ever brought you pain.
You were hyperaware of how close he was, how little space there was between you. Your skin crawled at the possibility of contact.
You took the first step with trembling hands, placing your hand on his back. You felt him tense for a moment, which made you withdraw your hand.
"Don't."
At his demanding yet softly spoken plea, you placed your hand back on his back.
Your heart was pounding in your chest. Touching was unknown territory for you, but you wanted to comfort him.
But your trauma held you hostage, turning every touch into a trigger. For him, you would fight back your past.
Slowly, you reached out and took his hand in yours, giving it a gentle squeeze. You knew your hands were sweaty and clammy, but the soft pressure of his hand squeezing back made you nearly tear up.
"Are your hands always this sweaty?" he questioned, finally turning his head toward you.
"Sorry."
You attempted to pull your hand away, but he gripped it. His eyes narrowed slightly and he looked at you with such a hostile expression, as if you had just committed a crime.
Despite Ayumi disliking Satoru, you heard her soft voice in your ear. "Ask him to stay tonight."
Your face felt hot just thinking about asking him. Satoru tilted his head slightly, eyeing the space next to you.
"Did they say something?" he asked.
"Uh β€” No."
"You're lying."
"I β€” I'm not."
"You totally are," he retorted as he slid closer to you, bringing his face close to yours. "What did they say?" He slid his free hand onto your upper thigh while holding your other hand tightly.
Your voice trembled as you spoke, "Do you want to stay the night?"
He blinked in surprise, seemingly taken aback by your question before grinning. "What, you like me that much?"
You bit your tongue and looked down, wanting to get away from his sharp eyes that seemed to know every secret you had.
"Yeah, I'll stay," he replied.
You didn't even remember moving away from the couch and into your bed until you felt his face nuzzle into the back of your neck.
Your hairs raised and your first instinct was to slide away, but he grabbed you by the waist and pulled you against him.
"You're the one who asked me to stay, so I don't know why you're moving away," he murmured.
You could feel his breath on your neck and it made you self-conscious. He was a man, yet you weren't immediately running away and throwing up.
"You came to my apartment first," you retorted.
He snorted. "Look whose brain is working again, pet."
'Did he just call me his pet?'
Before you could open your mouth to insult him, his body curled around your body.
"He's gone," said Satoru.
You pursed your lips. "I'm sorry."
"You didn't know him," he said.
"I know."
A soft sigh escaped his lips before you heard the soft snoring.
Despite feeling the warmth escaping from his body and onto your flesh, you found yourself craving more.
The last time you were in a bed with a man, you were praying for his death.
But Satoru was different. He wasn't just a friend.
