aaron's kind of coded as having an eating disorder through how he pretended to be human. in early s5 rachel talks to sylvanna about how he would eat chocolate or foods with it and then throw it up later, which would be purging. dunno how likely it'd be for it to spread to other foods he eats but i think it's interesting that he has such a specific example of self-destructive behavior for the sake of seeming human. even rachel says she thought it was unnecessary.
