I would like to say, I’m light on recent asks, that everything is fake

All of it.

The sexualities, orientations, genders, all of it, because it’s a fundamentally human thing to do to create neat little labels to try and box themselves to understand themselves better

your sexuality / orientation / gender isn’t just the label you use for it, it’s you

And you are definitely not just a label

Now, just because something is fake doesn’t mean it isn’t valid, labels exist to make you feel better about yourself, I would know I have a stupid amount of them

There is no point in arguing over labels because you think it’s harming you’re community

it isn’t mspec lesbians, arospec and aspec people, people with split attraction, the mogai community and any minority within a minority that’s harming you

it’s the homophobic people in power that are harming you

it’s the casual homophobia that occurs in your classroom that’s harming you

it’s the allocishets assuming they’re the norm that’s harming you

not your own community

My mspec story: thought I was straight till I realised I'm NBi at 36, then ID'd as strayt. Realised I'm sexually attracted to very few crushes, so ID'd as strayt grey-ace. As NBi people gained visibility I developed crushes on some, so ID'd as grey-ply. Then became attracted to some women like none I've seen before, sexually to 2, but not to their bodies. The 1st definition of demisexuality was sexual attraction that forms after emotional attraction. So I'm omniromantic grey-ply demi-trixic!🤷‍

Okay, actually. I hate to make a donation post like this, but…

I’m a trans, pregnant minor in an unsupportive household. If my parents find out, they’re going to make me get an abortion. While I am definitely pro-choice, I would really love to keep this baby… As of right now, though, I don’t have a job, and I’m unsure of how I’m going to support my child or myself during pregnancy.
