127 Calorie Noodle Stir Fry

1 pckg shirataki noodles - 30 cal

½ cup broccoli - 15 cal

2 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce - 30 cal

1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce - 35

4 shrimp - 47 cal

Scallions - 0 cal

Garlic powder - 0 cal

Thaw and dry shrimp well, peel shells

Drain shirataki noodles and rinse well

Dry noodles well

Cut broccoli to size of choice

Cut choice amount of scallions

Heat pan with small amt of oil

Combine teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour, and garlic powder in small bowl and whisk

Add noodles, broccoli, and scallions in hot pan and toss for 1 min

Add sauce and toss for 3 mins

Add shrimp and cook until pink and no longer transparent

You’re done! Note: the teriyaki sauce is still slightly high in sodium, so be sure to drink plenty of water. Enjoy

an improvised 220kcal vegan peanut butter nicecream recipe that turned out amazing:

you will need:

1 large banana

1tbsp of sugarfree peanut butter (i used green choice crunchy for bits of peanuts👌🏻)

1tbsp of water

a pinch of sea salt (optional)

cut the whole banana into slices, and put it in a zip lock bag or a freezer-safe dish into the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours/overnight.

when the banana is frozen solid, put the pieces into a blender/food processor (i used a blender) with the peanut butter and sea salt. mix until it turns into crumbs, and add the water. mix it again, until the texture is like soft-serve ice cream.

serve instantly n enjoy!

the biggest motivation for me is the fact that I’ve never seen myself skinny so I don’t know what I’ll look like I don’t know if my hip bones are pointed or if they’re more rounded I don’t know if I’ll have a wide or a narrow thigh gap I don’t know if my rib cage is tapered or straight

but I’m going to find out when I see them

i reached a new lowest weight today! 62.8 kg which means i’ve lost about 7 kg since i started this fall. i’m really happy about it! although today i’ve eaten about 1.800 calories which is how much i need to maintain, so tomorrow i’ll eat better so i can continue losing. just wanted to share this with the world :)
