an improvised 220kcal vegan peanut butter nicecream recipe that turned out amazing:
you will need:
1 large banana
1tbsp of sugarfree peanut butter (i used green choice crunchy for bits of peanutsππ»)
1tbsp of water
a pinch of sea salt (optional)
cut the whole banana into slices, and put it in a zip lock bag or a freezer-safe dish into the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours/overnight.
when the banana is frozen solid, put the pieces into a blender/food processor (i used a blender) with the peanut butter and sea salt. mix until it turns into crumbs, and add the water. mix it again, until the texture is like soft-serve ice cream.
the biggest motivation for me is the fact that Iβve never seen myself skinny
so I donβt know what Iβll look like
I donβt know if my hip bones are pointed or if theyβre more rounded
I donβt know if Iβll have a wide or a narrow thigh gap
I donβt know if my rib cage is tapered or straight
i reached a new lowest weight today! 62.8 kg which means iβve lost about 7 kg since i started this fall. iβm really happy about it! although today iβve eaten about 1.800 calories which is how much i need to maintain, so tomorrow iβll eat better so i can continue losing. just wanted to share this with the world :)
