Anita’s eldest granddaughter (Ella Rose) with Marianne Faithfull at the Launch of the Mulberry X Alexa Chung Collaboration on Thursday (22nd July) night ❤️
Rare Hungarian promotional poster for the Marco Ferreri film ‘Dillinger Is Dead’ .
The poster features Michel piccoli’s hand holding the infamous John Dillinger’s gun and a still of Anita Pallenberg swimming (which I’m 90% sure was taken from the home movie style footage that was taken for the film but don’t quote me on that!)
“Anita’s departure on the last day of shooting in munich was worthy of an upcoming cinema queen. During the outdoor shots in Middle Franconia, a farmer's wife gave her a young cat, which Anita absolutely wanted to take home with her. However, due to the strict English quarantine regulations, it was hopeless to take the cat with her on the plane. Anita spoke to Brian Jones on the phone, and the next day, Brian’s silver-gray rolls-royce and his chauffeur arrived in Munich: Anita pallenberg brought her cat to the UK with her own hands”
- short story of Anita’s cat, taken straight from an interview with Anita And Volker Schlöndroff featured in the March 1967 issue of ‘Twen’🐈
Anita attended Mario Testino’s ‘Kate Who?' exhibition at the Phillips de Pury & Company’s London gallery.
The exhibition consisted of photographs that Testino took of Kate Moss from way back in 1996, all the way up to 2009. The exhibition was set up to be an intimate testimony of the friendship between Testino and Moss that had spanned over two decades.
People such as Stella McCartney, Donatella Versace, Graham Norton and Manolo Blahnik also attended the event.
Anita attended the wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince
The wedding was a 3 day affair and was nicknamed Mossstock for the laid-back festival vibe. Kate herself described the wedding as being a like a ‘rock n roll great gatsbey’.
The actual wedding ceremony was held at St Margaret's parish church, in the small village of Little Faringdon, located in the heart of England. Kate wore a beautiful 1920s style gown designed by John Galliano and Jamie wore a tailored YSL suit.
Kate had 12 bridesmaids (who all wore beautiful Bonpoint dresses) including Ella Richards and Kate’s daughter, Lila Grace.
As you can imagine the wedding had a star-studded guestlist including Paul McCartney, Marianne Faithfull,Christian Louboutin, Bella Freud and of course Anita.
The whole wedding was photographed by Kate’s good friend Mario Testino for Vogue
Sadly, shortly after the wedding, Kate’s laptop was hacked and many private pictures from the wedding were leaked to the media, including some intimate shots meant especially for her new husband.
The couple have now separated and are each in New relationships
