Happy poetry can be such a hard thing to find. A lot of times we think poetry must be filled with sorrow, but when done well poetry expressing joy is incredible. The Orange by Wendy Cope is really such a wonderful poem, and I am finally posting some happy poetry because I too fall into the trap of writing only from traditionally negative emotions.
