Major Update

Okay, I know I haven’t written anything in a while or even really interacted online for the past few months. I don’t have that many excuses. Just waning interest, I guess. I was planning on participating in kaemaki week this year, but I don’t think I’ll be able to make it in time. Lack of motivation and math finals are a bad mix.

So, big question then- what am I going to post next and when will I post it?

Well, for anyone still holding on to the hope that Black and White Checkers will be updated, I’m sorry to say that I won’t be writing any more of that. Ever. I was hoping to revamp the whole thing and try again with the concept, but I just don’t think I’m meant for something so big.

Under Fire has more in-depth plans, and I really want to write it. But, again, big projects are scary and I’m not good at sticking to them. There’s still half of the 3rd chapter that I wrote a year ago sitting around somewhere though, so when I find the time I’ll try to finish it and get it posted. Whether I’ll actually continue the fic is still up in the air, but the answer seems to be leaning towards no.

I’m still going to write blunt thou the lion’s paws, though updates are going to be slow for now. Hopefully my writing speed and motivation will increase and the chapters will get out faster. But, for now, there will probably be months in between updates.

Also, I’m probably going to write things past danganronpa now. The main reason I’m so silent these days in definitely a lack of interest in the fandom. I’m actively writing on an alt account for a different fandom, and while I’m as slow as always I’m not completely dried up like I am on this account. I think I should explore other fandoms more. Hopefully the new dr game that’s coming out will help reignite my love for danganronpa though.

Honestly, I probably didn’t even have to post this. I can do whatever I want with my writing and take it in any direction, I don’t have to make a post listing out what I’m planning on doing. But, really, writing everything out like this has made me significantly less stressed.
