"The angel nodded. 'Many secrets find their way down to me,' it said. 'Many rumours, and half truths, and echoes.' Then it turned to Richard. 'And you? What do you want, Richard Mayhew?'.
Richard shrugged. 'I want my life back. And my flat. And my job.'
'That can happen,' said the angel.
'Yeah. Right,' said Richard, flatly.
'Do you doubt me, Richard Mayhew?' asked the angel Islington.
Richard looked into its eyes. They were a luminescent grey in colour, eyes as cold as the universe, eyes that had seen galaxies congeal from stardust ten million, million years ago; and Richard shook his head. Islington smiled at him, kindly. 'It will not be easy, and you and your companions will face some very real difficulties, both in the task, and in the return. But there could be a way that we can learn: a key to all of our problems.'
It got up, and walked over to a small rock shelf, where it picked up a figurine, one of several in the shelf. It was a small black statuette depicting some kind of animal, made of volcanic glass. The angel handed it to Door. 'This will bring you safely through the last stage of your journey back to me' it said. 'The rest is up to you'.

"Cheshire said, his voice dreamy again, "There was two Magicians. And these two were friends, close as brothers. Both had an insatiable hunger for knowledge, to find the furthest reaches of their power, to discover how deep magic could take them. But one line they swore never to cross, and that was into dark magic, for they knew that once tasted, the darkness would overcome even the purest of intent. And so they went on, day after day, experimenting and growing ever more powerful, until no other Magician could possibly defeat them. They were the strongest, most magnificent Magicians the world have ever seen. And for one of them, it was enough. He used his magic to help the common folk, to make their crops grow, to heal the sick, to do good with the gifts he had been given. But the other... Well, there are some who will never be content. He grew restless, and saw the giving of magic to simple folk as unworthy of his power. And so, in secret, he went to the dark places, and learned all the dark things there were to know"

"Two thousand years before, London had been a little Celtic village on the north shore of the Thames which the Romans had encountered and settled in. London had grown, slowly, until, roughly a thousand years later, it met the tiny Royal City of Westminster immediately to the west, and, once London Bridge had been built, London met the town of Southwark directly across the river; and it continued to grow, fields and woods and marshland slowly vanishing beneath the flourishing town, and it continued to expand, encountering other little villages and hamlets as it grew.
London grew into something huge and contradictory. It was a good place, and a fine city, but there is a price to be paid for all good places, and a price that all good places have to pay."

"Watkins drew himself up, his nostrils flaring. 'You, Mr Coombes, will be dealt with. You will be put ashore in Sydney, and you will not be making the return voyage with me or any other captain.'
'I'll be dealt with, eh? I have lied for you. Spent the coin of other people's trust on your behalf, so you remain unsullied but everyone looks sideways at the shifty first mate. I've put to sea with you, knowing the ship is not as sound as it could be. But now you want to send this lass - after what she has lost - into a tavern she may never come out of! Put me ashore if you must. I could tell quite an interesting story, with all that time to myself in Sydney.'"

How to Make Chia Pudding:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cup plant based milk
2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used honey)
2 heaping tablespoons of dairy free yogurt + 4 tbsp extra for the jar
Garnishes: granola, fruits of choice
Method:
Blend all together. Leave aside.
1. Combine your chia seeds & milk. You will need to stir it quite well a few times for the first 10 minutes to avoid clumping
2. Leave overnight/for at least an hour
3. After it’s thickened, add in your yogurt & sweetener.
4. Divide your pudding into two bowls
5. Layer your yogurt, with chia puddings and top with fruits and granola.

Baked Mochi Recipe.
Please, do not eat a raw dough even after the process from microwave.
You need:
Natural colouring. For example a green Matcha powder
1 cup rice flour. I used not 'glutonious' but more often thats what you need to use while making a mochi.
Strawberry or any other filling
1 cup water
¼ cup white, powdered sugar
½ cup cornstarch, for rolling out the dough.
Cream cheese (Philadelphia).
Mix all the dry ingredients, add water and let the dough be a bit of watery. Dont forget to add the colouring. Place in a microwave for 2 minutes. If the dough is ready for rolling then roll the dough and if not place into a microwave for more. In one mochi add cream cheese and place in the middle a fruit. Make the mochi and bake them in a oven for 15-30 minutes. Be aware that they won't be light brown too easy so don't look at that. It becomes delicious when its cold so let it cool before trying them.

"From the first years of the Middle Ages, until the Renaissance, if one did not want to be tortured and burned by the powers of the church, it was an intelligent solution to hide mystical and political ideas under Christian symbols, in this way the INRI letters acquired new meanings, for alchemists it means IGNE NATURAE RENOVATUR INTEGRA, which translated from Latin is: "Nature through fire is completely renewed". For the ancient alchemists it would be Igne NITRUM Roris Invenitur, the fire turns the black red, referring to the nigredo and the alchemical rubedo. In any case, INRI refers to regeneration for evolution and this is our interpretation beyond translation disquisitions."

Not only does mixing butter in your coffee provide your body with all of these essential nutrients your body needs to thrive, but it also keeps you fuller longer, reduces jitters and crashes, provides a slower, more sustained energy high, and kicks the body into fat-burning drive first thing in the morning.
