Glad to get to read your writing again but above all I’m genuinely very very happy to hear you’re well and thriving! We obvs don’t know each other but it’s funny how you grow accustomed to someone’s online presence, and since it’s so normal, with life and all, for people to disappear completely from here we’re all sort of just left sending good vibrations into the void and hoping they reach whoever needs them. Thank you so much, Anon! ^^ I definitely understand that; I've also thought "hm, wonder what's going on with them" when someone just vanishes. It's one of the few truly difficult things with online communication - you truly never know. But I am doing significantly better now and am only now realising that I'd likely been depriving myself from the things I love, as people often do in hard times for inexplicable reasons.

Hello, friends! After many months spent in... not excellent conditions, I come bearing two pieces of wisdom:

Never underestimate the place where you spent 40 hours every week, a.k.a. work, and the effects it will have on your mental health.

If you struggle with said mental health: as long as you're here, you're not struggling with mental health, mental health is struggling with you.

I also bring some fics, as I've finally gotten back to doing what I love best: some twincest, some tentative Bridgerton, and, a classic, some Jalec. After months in actual hell, I'm back on my bullshit.

1/2 Hi! First of all, you are my favorite Twincest author and your back must be really sore from constantly carrying this fandom on your shoulders. I've always had this headcanon, that Jaime would drag Cersei to the dancefloor while Robert was busy with his whores and they would dance one of those complicated courtly dances while exchanging small touches and gazes (kinda the only opportunity for Jaime to touch her in public).

2/2 That having been said, If you're still taking prompts I'd love to read one where they are in Pentos, healthy and happy, they're passing some sort of buskers on the street in the evening where people are spontaneosly just dancing with one another and J just drags her dance with him. xoxo

Hello, Anon! Sorry for the late response; tumblr is eating notifications again.

I hadn't seen it before it aired today, no, but I did hear about it. Honestly, I expected much worse, both of that and of the episode as a whole. Daemon was being Daemon - he knew a danger was coming, he'd seen his brother go down a path of talking about dreams and all sorts of things while shit fell apart and he was sick of it. No, this was not the way to handle it, but it was not out of the ordinary for him.

I can definitely live with it. It's problematique, but not character assassination or anything. I still have like a billion half-written ideas for them, too; I don't wanna waste that. ;D
