it's been two seconds and already he's in quite a pickle

luckily for him, albert is very observant and noticed your... distaste for his blood brother

he also suspected you to not be in complete agreement with upper society's belief of their superiority to the lower class

so he decided it was a calculated risk and, with william and louis's permission, invited you to tea one afternoon

imagine your surprise when you walked through the door and saw a kind-eyed boy in place of the little scowling gremlin you were so used to

albert explains what has happened, as well as that william will not be going into public for some time, in hope that aging will minimized anyone's questions about why he looks so different

william could see the hesitation in your expression but also the curiosity in your eyes

A/N: It's a little shorter than I usually prefer to write, but since they're so young I wanted to keep it completely innocent and physical affection down to a minimum. I also apologize for taking so long. Life's a little hectic at the moment 😅

it's that perfect tsundere softy pairing and it sends me to the moon

plus the friends since they were kids trope

can you imagine them meeting as little kids

and hiro's like annoyed bc he's always annoyed he's being forced to play with this quiet girl

Jason is absolutely an excellent cook (as well as the only robin who is).

Like, yeah, Dick makes pretty good mac and cheese (from a box) and Tim makes an excellent pot of coffee, but Jason? Full on delicious meals.

I imagine he spent a lot of time with Alfred when Bruce was busy, so he picked up a thing or two. Eventually ended up with Alfred approved expertise.

Surprisingly talented with a knife (although Damian would argue that he's better). He's learned quite a few proper cutting techniques, as well as a few tricks, and watching him slice and dice is like watching a trained perfessional.

Takes really good care of his cooking equipment?? Even better than his weapons to be honest, though that may be because Aflred has scared ingrained it into him. (He's definitely afraid sometimes that Alfred will sense him being careless and show up with one of his famous disapproving lecture.)

Honestly, I feel like it's a relaxing hobby to him. Something that lets him feel normal for a change. I also believe it's his love language, so if a box or bag of snacks shows up on somebody's doorstep (or kitchen counter) with a card inside that just says "Here", they know who it's from.
