actually i wish they had explored the way Kara had been able to pull the sunlight from the grass more. Imagine a scene with Kara, alone in a park in national city, gangs of enemies surrounding her, and she reaches her hands out and just breathes in all the sunlight from the grass and plants around her.

Imagine the look on those guys faces when all the grass they’re standing on suddenly withers and yellows, a once green, grassy hill now reduced to a dry and barren field. the trees shrivel, the roots turn inwards, and all the poppies and daisies that dotted the dirt around them wilt and die, all the colors bleeding from their petals as Kara’s eyes begin to glow a deep red, then painful yellow, then a blinding, burning white.
