My life with the NEW NORMAL

As the pandemic started and now living the new normal, I can say that it was hard. I admit that there’s a lot of things that I doubted this past few months, especially when it comes to my academics. At first, I was in shock when I heard that we’re going to have online classes for now. I really disagreed at first about continuing the class but I realized how everything will affect everyone if they’d stop this school year. Nothing is easy as it seems at first until now but if we don’t have any choice, we have to continue our lives even though it’s tough. When I started going to my online classes, I felt excited because it’s new to me. A lot of things are happening not just in the world but also in my family. I’m not with my family when the pandemic started but I know their struggles and I can’t help to think and it’s stressing me out a little bit because I can’t do anything about our situation. All I know is that we are stronger as a family and there’s no such virus that can destroy us. I know for sure that someday we’ll get through this not just with my family but also around the world. I’m still thinking and wondering if I can still do online classes in the future but there’s one thing I’m sure of, it’s not gonna stop me from reaching my dreams. I hope that everyone who experienced or still experiencing this situation won’t lose hope. They’ll be a light that’s about to shine for us, so keep fighting.

This music video is a heart melting song because of the story behind it. Mararamdaman mo talaga yung sakit kahit na hindi mo siya naranasan. Sobrang effective nung song lalo na nung binigyan na ito ng buhay nina Julia Baretto at Joshua Garcia. You can actually feel the emotion of the two actors here, parang totoo yung iyak at yung pagbitaw ng mga linya kaya ganon nalang nagtrend ang kantang ito. And I also want to give all the credits to the singer Ms. Moira Dela Torre, without her there’s no such a heart melting song that we all hearing right now.

Our topic is about ‘Online Gaming’. Online Gaming is any video game that requires a person to play and interact with other players such as Mobile Legend, Call of Duty, League of Legends, Valorant, etc. With these Online Games, are you sure that you’re playing the right game for your age or knowledge?

A lot of people are debating if online games should be banned, especially the one that have violence features such as shooting or killing. According to Ms. Yu-Jin Lee, an experienced news reporter from ABC Thailand, online games are the major cause for the current increasing number of child crimes. Some say that Online games can reduce people’s stress, lighten depression, improve communication skills and improve decision-making skills.

There’s a lot of debate about this topic but yet they cannot ban some online games. As a person who plays online games, we should educate children about these kinds of games with the help of the parent. I believe that everything should start by talking to your child and communicating with them to use video games properly.

Therefore, I conclude that they should not ban every online game because every gaming company has a policy that every child should be informed. With parental guidelines, every child that uses online games will have a better knowledge using and handling this kind of games.
