to be in dance class long and slender

New Meal Plan/ Summer Quarantine聽Glow Up
I鈥檓 going to be honest I鈥檝e slipped My bmi has never been past 23 before and I鈥檓 terrified. I also just miss being skinnier and not feeling like a fat failure all the time. So i鈥檓 falling back to my tumblr like I do every year. So i want to start a meal plan like routine glow up adventure so i鈥檒l probably try to post daily maybe every other day? IDK.
Things I want to do
Intermittent Fasting( Everyone on tiktok says it works)
actually have a morning routine (for context I usually don鈥檛 wash my face or brush my teeth in the morning, i know i鈥檓 disgusting)
Draw as much as you can ( have to get into are school somehow)
Roller Skate everyday
do HIIT (apparently best way to lose fat)
do strength yoga
practice color guard everyday
Actually start measuring your food and logging again聽
we鈥檙e going to start with 1000 calories then hopefully funnel back down to 700-800
burn 2700 calories a day
Go to bed by midnight
stretch to get your back and leg flexibility聽back
Try to be lower carb and higher protein
Drink a Gallon of Water a day聽
wake up at 6:30
Brush Teeth
Wash Face聽
weight loss聽affirmations
mini morning grounding stretch
weigh self
coffee and water only until 12 o鈥檆lock (I can鈥檛 do black coffee yet so i have to measure out my oatmilk creamer)
log calories into phone
Sit and talk with family while doodling in sketchbook聽
Make Bed
After family fun is over go in internet for a little bit (2 hours max)
Go Roller Skating somewhere (1 陆 hours minimum)
Stretch and cool down a bit
Eat Brunch
edamame (189 calories)
Chocolate聽soy milk (100)
vegan Hotdog (80)
total: 369
go to class (1-5)聽
if you get bored you can eat rice cakes or chia pudding as a snack but thats it don鈥檛 make snacking a habit the only reason I鈥檓 allwoing it is so you can ease off
Do a HIIT workout after class
relax on your phone for a little bit
draw for an hour or 2聽
FREE TIME (just leaving this here for whatever)
Dinner
vegan Chicken (110)

I was forced to eat 1,100 calories of spaghetti I can't purge cause I don't have a gag reflux WHAT CAN I DO IM SUPPOSE TO FAST FOR 2 DAYS!!!

I'm fasting all day today and hopefully most of tomorrow as well, there was a party over the weekend and I way over ate buy like 2000 calories so I'm fasting for a few days, here I go!!

So I did go on a walk, one of the longest I've gone(I know its not that much but I have really short legs and I'm 200lbs) but since I burned all that I'm sitting at 877 calorie intake so I think I did pretty good(this is including the other 2 short walks I did) but I feel really good about it!

I ate 1,424 calories today and I don't have the energy to go for a walk but I'm going to try later when its a little cooler out, I went for a walk today at school but only burnt 50 calories so I'm hoping the walk ill go on will at least get the calories under 1000 so I can feel a bit better. All because my brother bought me a bunch of chocolate bars cause he always wants to make me feel better... DAMN IT!!!

I ate 740 calories yesterday and burned 693 so in total I kept 47 calories inside of me, I think thats the best I've done so far!!!
