I’m gonna be doing omad over weekends and try fasting over week days (school days) If I feel extremely nauseous I’ll have an ice-pop, coffee, energy drink, tea or a smoothie (still only one a day)
For tmrw
I’ll eat 1 boiled zucchini, carrot, and celery stick which is 59 kcal but very filling

In the morning me and my dad argued and I ended up s/h before I left for school
I only ate a small piece of an apple, so like 18 kcal
But at school I burned 430 kcal !
Total for today is 18 kcal

I start school tmrw and I’m only happy because it’ll be easier to restrict so I’m making a meal plan.
Wednesday 08/11 total : 230 kcal
Breakfast: 1/2 apple (36 kcal)
Lunch: small sweet potato (57 kcal)
Dinner: smoothie (137 kcal)
almond milk (30), 4 strawberries (15), banana (92)
Thursday 08/12 total : 226 kcal
Breakfast: Grapefruit (87 kcal)
Lunch: boiled vegetables (59 kcal)

Let me put you all on pigly.com, it's a weight loss calculator AND it tells you how many cals your gonna need to eat a day to maintain your current weight and goal weight!
It's helped me a lot because my biggest fear is not knowing how much I need to eat to maintain my goal weights, but now I know!
you just plug in some current stats, your goal weight, and when you want to reach it. The website will tell you what you'd need to eat to get there! no warnings or blocks if you would need to eat less than 1,000 cals.

(while you can use ft/in or cm for your height, your weight is measured in lbs and I didn't find a way to change that. just a heads up)

weighed myself on Tuesday and I was like 5lbs heavier— I also got braces on my bottom teeth now which means it’ll be easier ;)

I wanted to eat a big breakfast because lately I’ve been eating over my calorie limit.. idk, but I don’t want to do that anymore so I wanted to get full and have just boiled veggies maybe some protein for dinner
I don’t know the exact calories for the Cheerios…
