Also, seeing a show made for adults take an hour to give a boring and unappealing first episode makes me love Bluey more.

Like- I can excuse a show being deplorable, male-fantasy garbage, but I draw the line at it being boring and unfunny. If I'm forced to watch a bunch of sex-obsessed brutes gallop around to dramatic hero music as they torture their enemies worse than the villains do and use their female companions as meat shields and bait, I should at least be able to laugh at their one-liners or enjoy some fun action scenes. If you're gonna be gross, at least be entertaining.

Help my brother recomended a show for us to watch and it's so boring, but my mom loves it.

The episodes are a full hour long, but every scene feels like a repeat of the last one. There are four main characters, but they all feel like the same 13 year old's dungeons and dragons character. They have no unique personalities. They all picked the rogue type and didn't do anything else with it. It wouldn't be so bad that they're all bad people if they were at least funny or charming, but they're so bland. Three women were introduced and all of them sleep around and are treated like props by the men. A woman was sexually assaulted by a male character and after getting him off of her she then ASKED IF HE WAS ALRIGHT AND TOOK HIM TO HER HOUSE TO HEAL HIM UP! They then used her as bait, dressing her up as a prostitute. I don't think she was even with them before that scene. It was so contrived and it made no sense, they just wanted to humiliate her some more. The only interesting characters are the villains and at one episode in, I'm hoping they manage to kill all four main characters by the end of episode two.

But my mom wants to watch more and I am her faithful tv companion, so...

Bluey is literally the most hyped I've been over a show in a while.

And Flopetal is now huggable!!! I think it was just missing some personality, so this gives it a better vibe. The white flowers make more sense for the official art since the white is the most common color.

Bird has been babified. I think shrinking and simplifying Cairsemper definitely helped. The personality is still there and now I think it's more approachable. I think the colors for the male and female look way better without so much heavy contrast as well!

I want the Kritters to have a unique style philosophy. Like- you can tell a pokemon, a neopet and a digimon apart by what kind of designs the creators gravitated to.

I think even the big and tough Kritters need to be round and approachable. I think Cairsemper would be best as a cute little guy who thinks he's tough, rather than a pokemon route one bird ripoff. I want every Kritter to connect with my audience, which should be an audience of people who like cute creatures and would like a million plushies of them.
