Aziraphale is the most character ever. He ran out of ideas so he declared war on hell. He canonically says fuck. His favourite colour is yellow. He’s literally an angel and can speak every language on earth but still isn’t fluent in french. He told his boyfriend to shoot him for his magic act and made him go through with it when their miracles weren’t working. He gave away his flaming sword and then lied about it for the next 6000 years. He has a bookshop that never sells books. No one’s doing it like him.

the reveal that gomens 2 is like a bridge season between two massive plots is so fucking funny
like part one: dozens of people in a literal race to stop armageddon fifteen minutes before it happens with heaven hell and humanity all battling it out with flaming swords and a kraken and brian cox as the personification of death.
part 2: we are forced to have A Conversation About Our Relationship after being yelled at by the lesbians across the street

The popularity of ships like Aziraphael/Crowley and Ed/Stede makes so much sense because it’s the classic good boy meets bad boy except this time the bad boy is also a good boy, the good boy is insane actually, and both boys are middle aged men

“Aziraphale, we are in DANGER.”
My god you’re pretty.
“DANGER ZONE. HERE.”
Look at your pretty yellow eyes.
“There are demons outside our bookshop.”
Oh my god he said our.
“Are you listening to me?”
I adore you.
“AZIRAPHALE.”
Let’s dance first.
“WE ARE GOING TO DIE.”
Did he change his shirt for the event? Goodness. He is the handsomest angel and demon and human being I’ve ever seen.

Michael Sheen retweeted this and my love for him grows every time he calls his Angel out on his bullshit and sides with poor Crowley
