Update
Tumblr media
Hey everyone.
It's a little sad, but this will be the last entry for the memoria blog. I've gone ahead and deleted the drafts for what would have been future posts, because seeing them there and knowing I wouldn't write more reviews in the future was making me feel very guilty.
I want to say thank you to my two friends @dendylabyrinth and @cactus-bun for helping me while this review blog was active. You both were very helpful and I appreciate you more than you know.
I will not be deleting the blog and the reviews will stay up. They're a little inaccurate these days thanks to all the powercreep in the game, but I think they're a fun little snapshot into what the game used to be like a few years ago.
Thanks to you all for reading and supporting the blog :)

Pax Romana's Glittering Maiden
Obtainability: Limited to completing missions for the Puella Historia Campaign.
MLB Effect: Attack Up [15%] & Status Ailment Resistance Up [25%]
Effect Definitions:
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
Status Ailment Resistance Up will decrease the chance of the equipped target to be afflicted by a Status Ailment. Even at 100%, it is still possible for a character to be hit by a Status Ailment. This effect will stack.
TLDR: On the lower side of generic, boring. Useful for new players, probably not for established ones.
Review: This is another welfare addition to the increasingly large amount of 15% Attack Up passives that can be found in the game:
(Limited 4*) “Pax Romana's Glittering Maiden” Attack Up [15%] & Status Ailment Resistance Up [25%]
(Limited 4*) “The Beginning of Despair Illuminated by Hope” Attack Up [15%] & Charge Disc Damage Up [20%]
(Limited 4*) “Uprising Doubles Division” Attack Up [15%] & Charged Attack Damage Up [10%] & Critical Hit [30%]
(Limited 4*) “The Pumpkin King Is Very Pleased” Attack Up [15%] & Damage Increase [15%] & Anti-Curse [100%]
(Limited 4*) “Stars to Express Gratitude” Attack Up [15%] & Damage Cut [20%] & Damage Increase [15%]
(Limited 4*) “The Chance Encounter of Roche Castle” Attack Up [15%] & Regenerate HP [4%]
(Limited 4*) “The Sun Does Not Shine on the Land so the Heart Is Shaded” Attack Up [15%] & Defense Up [22.5%]
(Limited 4*) “Flowers, Fallen, Never to Return” Attack Up [15%] & Damage Cut [10%]
(Limited 4*) “A Reasonable and Gentle Strategy” Attack Up [15%] & Charge Disc Damage Up [20%]
(Limited 4*) “Victory Goes Through Time” Attack Up [15%] & Damage Up Versus Witches [20%] & Regenerate HP [3%]
(Limited 4*) “Mourn For I Know the Pain” Attack Up [15%] & Regenerate HP [4%]
(4*) “Depart on Morning Glow” Attack Up [15%] & Defense Up [15%] & Status Ailment Resistance Up [30%]
That's quite the list, and we aren't even listing memoria that are better than this one-- we're not even listing the three-star memoria with this effect.
At this point in the game, even free-to-play players will have their fair share of excellent passive memoria to choose from. But if you're new and acquired this one, then it's a good starter that should serve you well for a bit. The memoria “Kyubey Knight Breaking Through” is easily gotten through support points and will be better to use though; but if you're looking to round out your roster or to equip some memoria on your support, you can hardly go wrong with "Pax Romana's Glittering Maiden".
The Status Ailment Resistance Up is an alright secondary effect. When the game really wants you to feel a status ailment, nothing short of Anti-SPECIFIC AILMENT NAME will actually help, but this memo can assist in lower tier fighting if you don't have much to work with at the very least.
Overall: not bad for a welfare but it's also nothing special.

Our Chosen Future
Obtainability: Limited to purchase through the Agent Magica Event Shop. This is event bonus memoria.
MLB Effect: Blast Damage Up [35%] & Accele MP Gain Up [20%] (Self / 1 Turn)
Effect Definitions:
Blast Damage Up is a straightforward buff that means Blast Discs will deal more damage. Blast Damage Up has a capped percentage at 100%.
Accele MP Gain Up will increase the amount of MP gained by using Accele discs.
TLDR: Depends on what kind of units you're using and how much of a whale you are.
Review: This memoria is most similar to the limited three-star memoria "Misunderstandings and Broken Hearts", but you can compare it to many different flavors of memo as seen below:
(Limited 4*) “This Year's Final Treat” Accele MP Gain Up [30%] & Blast Damage Up [60%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “Fuuuusion” Accele MP Gain Up [22.5%] & Blast Damage Up [40%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(4*) “Latent Strength of the Tokime” Accele MP Gain Up [22.5%] & Blast Damage Up [40%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) "Our Chosen Future" Accele MP Gain Up [20%] & Blast Damage Up [35%]
(Limited 3*) “Misunderstandings and Broken Hearts” Accele MP Gain Up [20%] & Blast Damage Up [35%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “You Want to Meet AI” Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Blast Damage Up [25%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “Grassroots Valentine” Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Blast Damage Up [25%] (Self / 1 Turn)
This easily purchased event shop memoria has easily power crept other event shop memoria such as "You Want to Meet AI" by giving more percentage for its effects, but to be honest, that isn't saying very much.
Before addressing how good the memoria is, let's first address the memoria's main issue: Accele MP Gain Up and Blast Damage Up don't really go together all that well. Memoria like this are okay if you enter a fight unknowing of what sort of strategy you'll be using on a unit that has two accele and two blast discs, or perhaps on support that could be built either way as a straight-up fighter or a magia unit (such as Tsuruno Yui), but otherwise "Our Chosen Future" suffers from having two effects that don't benefit each other.
The only other possibility (maybe) would be a unit that gains MP from using blast discs-- but this is still a wild maybe. After all, you'd need to use an Accele disc too for both effects to actually work. Accele > Blast > Blast would work, but then you're losing out on the blast damage combo. Overall, these just aren't two effects that you'll willingly want to use often together.
With that in mind, this review will focus on the Accele MP Gain Up aspect of it, because Blast Damage Up is very easy to find. In fact, there's a three-star unlimited memoria with a shorter cooldown and higher Blast Damage Up yield that you can grab easily:
(3*) “Begin a Hunt” Blast Damage Up [50%] (Self / 1 Turn)
Even a single copy of the following memoria will give you more Blast Damage Up over "Our Chosen Future"
(4*) “Unwavering Belief” Blast Damage Up [60%] (Self / 1 Turn)
So with that in mind, let's talk about that accele mp gain up.
Whether or not you use this memoria depends on how good your units are and how good your other memoria are. At a certain level of gameplay, Accele MP Gain Up is rarely going to be seen, let alone used, and if it is going to be used, you'll probably being using something that gives higher yield than a 20% Accele MP Gain Up bonus. That feels absurd to say maybe 3 years ago, but the game isn't in the same state as it was then.
The issue is that Accele MP Gain Up affects Accele discs, and if you have the right characters, you're not going to be using those often if at all. In higher-tier magia kimochi, you'll want to increase mp gain up at all costs instead; having the right units means you might not ever need to even touch an accele disc.
Of course, it's possible you might still want some Accele MP Gain Up to set up your rolling endless Magia strategy, but you're probably more likely to use memoria such as “Sudden Pajama Party” or “Towards the True Conclusion” or even “Budding Sweetness”; all of which offer more usefulness overall than a one-turn simple accele mp gain up.
If you're not a whale, if you're free to play or if you need any help you can get in getting mp out of accele discs, then this is a very decent memoria. The Accele MP Gain Up is surprisingly competitive and higher than some of the unlimited memoria you can acquire in the game, though it's beat out by the max-awakened "Latent Strength of the Tokime". However if you don't have a max-awakened version of that four-star memoria, this one will do in a pinch.
Overall, this isn't a great memoria despite the powercreep. Whether or not you'll use it depends on what you already have and how many excellent units you're fielding.
You'll probably want to keep it regardless in the chance that this collaboration event gets a rerun in the future.

The Other Side of Our Peaceful Lives
Obtainability: Limited to purchase through the Agent Magica Event Shop.
MLB Effect: Blast Damage Up [30%] & Charged Attack Damage Up [10%] & Accele MP Gain Up [15%]
Effect Definitions:
Blast Damage Up is a straightforward buff that means Blast Discs will deal more damage. Blast Damage Up has a capped percentage at 100%.
Charged Attack Damage Up will cause the target to cause more damage from their Accele or Blast discs if used after a charge disc. You’ll want to use this memoria on the character who is using the charged attack, not the character(s) setting up the charge discs.
Accele MP Gain Up will increase the amount of MP gained by using Accele discs.
TLDR: It's bad.
Review: I could go into endless detail on why this memoria isn't great, but you could also just read the review on a memoria that is this one's exact copy:
(Limited 4*) “The Eve of Awakening” Blast Damage Up [30%] & Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Charged Attack Damage Up [10%]
Basically none of the effects really synergize all that well (besides maybe charged attack damage up and blast damage up) and the percentage offered by each is poor. You could use this memoria if you're missing good memos to equip but that shouldn't be too necessary unless you're super new to the game or someone took hold of your account and deleted everything, in which case you have bigger problems than memoria selection.
Use this as Enhancement Fodder or something. You can do better.

The Odd Couples of Café Lyco Reco
Obtainability: Limited to logging on during Chisato's birthday.
MLB Effect: Episode Experience Gain Increased [30%] & Regenerate HP [5%]
Effect Definitions:
Episode Experience Gain will give the equipped character an increased rate of experience gain. Episode Experience Gain can stack.
Regenerate HP will cause the equipped character to regenerate a percentage of their HP for the number of listed turns. The Regen will occur at the end of the turn (note: the end of the enemy’s turn). Regenerate HP can stack.
TLDR: Another good memo for increasing episode experience.
Review: This memoria joins the ever-growing list of Episode Experience Gain Increased memoria, and boasts a high percentage for your unleveled units. It doesn't offer any offensive bonus but the HP Regen at least means that your unit (probably) won't die.
(Limited 4*) “After Family Time” Episode Experience Gain Increased [30%] & Attack Up [10%] & Defense Up [15%]
(Limited 4*) “It Will Surely be a Lovely Story” Episode Experience Gain Increased [30%] & Blast Damage Up [25%]
(Limited 4*) “Anyway Anyhow Happy New Years” Episode Experience Gain Increased [30%] & Damage Increase [15%]
(Limited 4*) “The Glow of Deepening Bonds” Episode Experience Gain Increased [25%] & Regenerate HP [4%]
(Limited 4*) “Hyped About the New Year” Episode Experience Gain Increased [25%] & Attack Up [5%] & Defense Up [7.5%]
(Limited 4*) “Love Letter of Guidance” Episode Experience Gain Increased [25%] & Blast Damage Up [20%]
(Limited 4*) “The Special Feature Is a Bitter Taste” Episode Experience Gain Increased [20%] & Damage Increase [10%]
(Limited 4*) “The Memory of a Lifetime Called Today” Episode Experience Gain Increased [20%] & Attack Up [10%]
(Limited 4*) “A Little Success” Episode Experience Gain Increased [20%] & Regenerate HP [4%]
(Limited 4*) “A Step That Starts the Story” Episode Experience Gain Increased [20%]
(Limited 4*) “Everyone Has Gathered” Episode Experience Gain Increased [20%]
(Limited 4*) “A Handful of Warmth” Episode Experience Gain Increased [15%] & CC Gain Up [5%]
Overall this is another good addition to the Episode Experience Gain Increased roster. There are better memoria to equip if you're just looking for a memo to fill the spot of course, and naturally you won't want to put this on supports.

Phantom Thief Karin's Scheme
Obtainability: This is a personal memoria for Karin Misono. It is obtainable through completing the third episode of her Magical Girl Story and through the Support Gacha.
Single Effect: Anti-Evade [100%] (Self / 3 Turns)
MLB Effect: Anti-Evade [100%] (Self / 3 Turns)
Effect Definitions:
Anti-Evade is a Granted Effect that causes the unit to ignore enemy Evades. Evade is an effect that will let a unit dodge attacks. Anti-Evade stacks multiplicatively.
TLDR: This memoria is Enhancement Fodder.
Review: This memoria doesn’t suit Karin Misono’s kit very well and can be used as Enhancement Fodder, unless you are really struggling against units with evade and, for whatever reason, have Karin at four slots.
First off-- anti-evade that lasts for three turns on a four-turn cooldown for a character with passive Skill Quicken in their Spirit Enhancement basically means you have almost non-stop Anti-Evade for that one particular character. Normally this would be an amazing, excellent thing.
Here’s the problem-- it’s wasted on Karin.
Karin isn’t an attacker who is going to be your go-to for taking out pesky evaders. She’s a support-- an accele, magia-oriented support. She’s got a little bit of everything; her Spirit Enhancement active lets her take away MP from pesky attackers while also lowering their defense, making them die easier. Her magia and doppel increase her teams Accele MP Gain Up and Damage Up for three turns and further decrease the enemy’s defense for three turns as well. She has three accele discs, letting her contribute to accele combos. Her connect has a chance of inflicting Magia Seal and Dazzle-- everything thus far makes her very good as a support in dealing with enemy magical girls.
The thing about evade is that you can counter it with anti-evade, yeah, but you can also counter it with Magia/Doppels. Or status ailments, which hey! Karin can inflict that too!
Perhaps this memoria would have made Karin ideal for killing pesky magical girls when she was first released, but now it has become a relic of a bygone age. You can find Anti-Evade on tons of magical girls these days and you don’t even need to use a personal to do so-- several girls will have it for multiple turns passively just from Spirit Enhancement, and other ones can get by activating their Spirit Enhancement Active.
Overall? This is Enhancement Fodder.

The Unfinished Diary
Obtainability: This is a personal memoria for Kazumi Subaru. It is obtainable through completing the third episode of her Magical Girl Story and through the Support Gacha.
Single Effect: Attack Up [15%] & MP Gain Up [7.5%]
MLB Effect: Attack Up [20%] & MP Gain Up [10%]
Effect Definitions:
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
MP Gain Up will increase the MP gained from all sources, including Accele Discs, Charge Discs, damage taken by the equipped character, and when they activate an ability that gives them MP Restore or Regenerate MP.
TLDR: A decent personal memoria that helps with Kazumi Subaru’s kit. It’s not the best memoria you can equip on her but it will serve you well if you don’t have access to better memos or if you want to spread those better memoria out onto different units in the team.
Review: Before talking about the personal memoria, let’s talk about Kazumi Subaru. As a unit she is a solid attacker with a debuff/support edge. Her Spirit Enhancement active lets her debuff the enemy with both Attack Down and Defense Down and her magia/doppel further lets her debuff the enemy. She has a disc set of AACBB, meaning that she has the discs necessary to gain MP for magia but she can still contribute to blast combos if necessary, and she has a passive Spirit Enhancement node that grants her at least 9mp per turn. Couple that with passive Skill Quicken and you have a unit who can both support her team and debuff her enemies, making her a type of Attack-Support.
With that in mind, you’ll want her to be dealing out attacks while throwing out Magia. And for that, you’ll need decent MP Gain-- and this is where her personal memoria comes into play.
“The Unfinished Diary” is a personal memoria that gives decent MP Gain Up without sacrificing an offensive buff. Attack Up at 20% is pretty great and in-line with most four-star memoria. The MP Gain at 10% is a little low but still good, especially if you couple this memoria with another source of MP Gain Up. The real issue with this memoria would be its low passive stats-- while the 20% Attack Up is good, the 1150 ATK is pretty low. It’s in-line with other personals, don’t get me wrong, but there is a downside to using this memoria.
Notably, “The Unfinished Diary” is the personal memoria version of many limited memoria in the game. For example:
(Limited 4*) “The World my Big Sister Can See” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Magia Damage Up [17.5%] & Flame Attribute Attack Up [15%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “Fairy Tale Entrusted with a Prayer” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Attack Up [25%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “Inside the Heart Even When Cold” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Defense Up [45%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “The Lively Roar of the Sea” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Damage Cut [30%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “Tonight We Shall Have a Banquet” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Damage Increase [20%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “Iroha of the Midsummer Beach” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & Attack Up [20%]
(Limited Welfare 3*) “Is It Such a Dramatic Taste” MP Gain Up [12.5%] & MP Up When Attacked By Weak Element [3 MP]
(3*) “It's Not Like I Was Waiting” MP Gain Up [12.5%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “The Rena I Hate” MP Gain Up [10%] &  Attack Up [20%] & Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “You Can Wear Any Outfit You Want” MP Gain Up [10%] & Accele MP Gain Up [17.5%] & Defense Up [30%]
(Limited Gacha 4*) “Beyond the Waves” MP Gain Up [10%] & Damage Cut [25%] & Defense Up [30%]
(4*) “Deep in Thought” MP Gain Up [10%] & Accele MP Gain Up [15%] & Damage Up [15%]
If you have any of the above memoria, particularly if they are max-awakened, you are much better off using them than this personal memoria.
However, the benefit of a memoria like “The Unfinished Diary” is that it can save one of those above memoria for a different unit. Equipping Kazumi Subaru her personal means you could use “Iroha of the Midsummer Beach” on a different character instead, so that you can spread out the MP Gain Up.
So overall? A decent personal. It helps with Kazumi Subaru’s kit but it’s not the most necessary either.
If you plan on using this memoria, you will want it to be max-awakened.

The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything
Obtainability: This memoria is limited to the Ranked Mirrors memoria gacha.
Single Effect: Attack Down [20%] & MP Gain Down [45%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
MLB Effect: Attack Down [25%] & MP Gain Down [50%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
Effect Definitions:
Attack Down is a Debuff that will decrease the target’s base attack.
MP Gain Down will decrease the target’s MP Gain when using discs, when they’re attacked, or when they activate a skill that gives them MP Restore.
TLDR: "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything" is a very specialized memoria that is excellent for Ranked Mirrors, but only if you're in for a prolonged fight. If you don't care about Ranked then you should feel no pressure to roll for this memoria.
Review: Apologies ahead of time, this will be a long review.
This is yet another good Ranked memoria. It qualifies as a stat stick with its high def passive stats, it offers a decent amount of Attack Down, and it will decrease the amount of MP gained by the enemy's team-- all things you want when trying to protect your team and prevent enemy magia/doppels.
Before going further, we need to compare this memoria to other memos in the game to examine why this is so good for Ranked, especially as we'll see that some memoria are better than it in other areas.
First we should note that this isn't the highest Attack Down memoria in the game, nor does it come close to being so:
(Limited 4*) “Even Games Are Serious” Attack Down [65%] (One / 1 Turn) & Defense Up [52.5%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “The True Gift Was the Smile” Attack Down [65%] & Dazzle [100%] (One / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “For This Fine Day” Attack Down [50%] & Damage Down [45%] (One / 1 Turn)
(4*) “The Way Home after the Rain (Mito)” Attack Down [50%] & Defense Down [45%] (All / 1 Turn)
(4*) “Hiding the Real Me” Attack Down [50%] (One / 1 Turn) & Skill Quicken [100%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “Ascending Cherry Blossom Front” Attack Down [35%] & Magia Seal [100%] (One / 1 turn)
(Limited 3*) “Light Attributed Characters” Attack Down [35%] & Dazzle [45%] (One / 1 turn)
(3*) “The Way Home after the Rain (Leila)” Attack Down [35%] & Darkness [100%] (One / 1 Turn)
(4*) “An Inhabitant from Another World” Attack Down [30%] & Charm [42.5%] (All / 1 turn)
(Limited 3*) “Keep Promises in the Heart” Attack Down [30%] & Defense Down [30%] (One / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “A Place of Ease” Attack Down [30%] (All / 1 Turn)
(2*) “Busy After School” Attack Down [30%] (One / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything” Attack Down [25%] & MP Gain Down [50%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “The End of an Ordinary Day” Attack Down [25%] & Magia Damage Down [50%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “Lively Summer (Momoko/Mitama)” Attack Down [25%] & Magia Damage Down [30%] (All / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “Floating in the Starry Sky” Attack Down [25%] (One / 1 Turn) & Defense Up [15%] (Self / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “Changing into Swimsuits” Attack Down [25%] & Charm [35%] (All / 1 Turn)
(Limited 3*) “It Seems I Wasn't Good Enough” Attack Down [20%] & MP Gain Down [25%] (All / 1 Turn)
(2*) “Towards the End” Attack Down [20%] (Target / 3 Turns)
(Limited 3*) “Passing Dreams” Attack Down [10%] & Damage Down [10%] (One / 3 Turns)
There are many memoria that offer more Attack Down than this one does, including the ever-popular Mito Rain. However, what makes this memoria so good is that inclusion of MP Gain Down, where it tops the list:
(Limited 4*) “The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything” MP Gain Down [50%] & Attack Down [25%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
(4*) “What Flavor Is Break Time (Touka)” MP Gain Down [50%] (All / 1 Turn)
(Limited 4*) “Wishing for the Final Act” MP Gain Down [40%] (One / 3 turns)
(Limited 4*) “The Beginning Is Here” MP Gain Down [40%] (One / 3 turns)
(Limited 3*) “It Seems I Wasn't Good Enough” MP Gain Down [25%] & Attack Down [20%] (All / 1 Turn)
(3*) “The One Who Waits” MP Gain Down [25%] (All / 3 turns)
Notably, "What Flavor is Break Time (Touka)" (which we will just refer to now as "Touka Tea") has the same amount of MP Gain Down offered. Obviously, "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything" is going to be better than "Touka Tea" given that it has the same exact effect at the same percentage with a higher passive DEF stat and an additional secondary buff with a lower cooldown to boot, but you should consider that "Touka Tea" is unlimited. That means, for most players, it's more probable that one will have it max-awakened, and a max-awakened "Touka Tea" will have better stats and effects than a single copy of "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything". However, even a non max-awakened copy of "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything" is still good, having 45% MP Gain Down.
Put together, owe have a memoria that is a decent way of making the enemy team deal less damage for one turn and gain less mp. There are other memoria in the game that offer way more Attack Down, including the very accessible "Mito Rain" and the newly released "I'll Have You Cooperate," but the amount of Attack Down offered by "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything" isn't necessarily bad. What really stands out is its amount of MP Gain Down, sharing the top spot with the unlimited "Touka Tea" but with the addition of its Attack Down and a shorter cooldown.
With that, we can see that the true draw of this memoria is its MP Gain Down, not the Attack Down. The Attack Down is an excellent bonus, but that MP Gain Down is what really makes it shine.
This makes it an excellent memoria for content like the Hundred Evils, where you'll want to prevent enemies from gaining Magia. It also makes it perfect for Ranked Mirrors.
Note that for Ranked Mirrors, you need this memoria to be max-awakened and max-leveled. You need that short cooldown for it to work properly and you're going to want those stats as high as possible so that it can work as a stat stick.
Stat Sticks are Active memoria that beef up a character’s passive DEF through its stats, not its effects. These kind of memoria are helpful in Mirrors, where some Actives serve little more than, well, “stat sticks.” This blog considers anything about 2200 DEF a Stat Stick. Note that the memoria needs to be Max Awakened to qualify as a Stat Stick.
A cooldown at five turns means that the memoria will be usable at the start of round three in mirrors (or even less than that if used on a character with Skill Quicken in their Spirit Enhancement). In prolonged fights, that means you can continue to debuff the enemy's mp gain along with debuffing their attack power.
This is especially notable as many units with debuffs on their active Spirit Enhancement will only last between 1 - 3 turns. This includes characters such as Darkness Mitama, Mitsuru Inami, Akuma Homura-chan, and Amaryllis; all who see popular play in Ranked. You don't want their debuffs on the enemy team to run out with nothing to back them up afterwards if you're in for a prolonged fight. You need to be able to follow up with something that will keep your characters safe.
Of course that doesn't mean you can't also use this memoria before round 3-- you can, especially in emergencies. But it's excellent to have on hand for when your potential debuffs run out.
Of course, as you're reading this memoria review you can also probably see how this memoria is tightly made for one area of the game in particular. Meaning: if you are not using a very specific strategy for a very specific part of the game (Ranked Mirrors) then this memoria is not necessary to acquire. Using "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything" assumes that you:
Care About Ranked Mirrors
Are using a gameplay strategy that will extend how many rounds you fight
Have the slots necessary to consider even getting this memoria
Are whale enough to care about having the best possible memoria on your team
Are whale enough to max-awaken this extremely niche memoria so it's actually usable.
If none of that applies to you... then there's no point to grabbing this memo.
There are better Attack Down (and Damage Down) memoria you can acquire, and "Touka Tea" will work just fine if you need MP Gain Down in PVE content such as Hundred Evils.
Overall, this is a very good but very specific memoria. Unless you are a hyper-whale who is aiming for S3 with Ranked Mirrors and you can guarantee max-awakening "The Scenery of the Hospital Room is Everything," you shouldn't feel the urge to roll for it.

Fortune Favors the Bold
Obtainability: Limited to completing the “Pax Romana’s Sweetheart” event.
MLB Effect: Attack Up [30%] & Endure [100%] & Anti-Counter [100%] (Self / 1 Turn)
Effect Definitions:
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
Endure will let your character survive one otherwise fatal attack, leaving the character with 1 HP.
Anti-Counter negates the effects of Counter. Counter gives an equipped character the chance to attack back if damaged by an enemy by the percentage shown.
TLDR: A copy of memoria we’ve already seen before, but not a bad copy to be had. Great for free-to-play players and squishy attackers.
Review: This memoria is a copy of two memoria already in the game: “Despair-Inviting Death Screams” and “Mami of the Land of Sweets”. If you want a more in-depth review, please read the “Mami of the Land of Sweets” review instead.
This is a decent freebie memoria and it will pair well with a fragile attacker. Of the three memoria that all do the same thing, “Fortune Favors the Bold” has the highest passive DEF stats, making it the best one to equip if needed. Of course, the benefit of having three different memoria that all do the same thing is that you can equip two of them if needed.
Sometimes active memoria like this with endure and anti-counter are extremely useful for boss fights for free-to-play players. For example, regular Oriko has been used against the witch Charlette in Witches’ Paradox, and memoria like this will help keep her alive during periods where you don’t have Evade available to use.
The Attack Up isn’t particularly high for a single-turn memo but it’s not bad either. Overall this has niche use and should be kept.

Obtainability: This is a personal memoria for Mitsuru Inami. It is obtainable through completing the third episode of her Magical Girl Story and through the Support Gacha.
Single Effect: Charge Draw
MLB Effect: Charge Draw
Effect Definitions:
Charge Draw will replace that turns’ current discs with Charge discs.
TLDR: "Mysterious Dinner Table" is an important part of Mitsuru Inami's kit. If you have the character and plan on using her during Ranked, it will be worth it to invest in and max-awaken this personal memoria.
Review: This memoria is an important part of Mitsuru's kit, but first we need to talk about Mitsuru herself in order to talk about why this memo is good.
Mitsuru Inami is good for ranked mirrors and little else. Her stats are terrible-- she has very little ATK with most of the bulk of her stats being in HP and DEF. Her magia and doppel purposely deal very little damage and put her on par with the amount of damage that Sudachi will deal (aka, nearly next to nothing). Her magia and doppel themselves will give Attack Down, Accele MP Gain Down, MP Gain Down, MP Damage, Negate Status Ailments (for your team) and then HP Restore for your team-- all things that aren't useful in regular PVE.
But where is stuff like this useful? Ranked.
Her dealing very little damage makes her ideal in Ranked, because it means that you use her magia repeatedly without killing your opponents, ideal for racking up points to get a high score. Her charge conservation connect means that you won't lose your charge bonus if worse comes to worse and you're forced to use noncharge discs. Her magia will prevent the enemy from gaining MP so that they can't use a magia, and it will heal your team-- and having high team HP is another way to score points.
So, how does the personal fit in? Generally you aren't going to be using personals in mirrors, right? Well, as mentioned above, you want to have a high charge combo for your ranked mirrors points. Usually this means you'll want a team with a charge draw character so that you can easily draw the needed discs-- maybe even two characters with charge draw. That way both characters can charge draw and even puella connect with each other as needed.
Some characters, like Kaoru Maki, Swimsuit Madoka, Sae Kirino, and Tanabata Yachiyo will have charge draw as part of their Spirit Enhancement active. This makes them easy staples for Ranked Mirrors.
However, Mitsuru Inami instead has a Spirit Enhancement active of "Magia Damage Down, Magia Damage Down Further, and MP Gain Down" which is arguably just as if not more important than a charge draw. Why is this? Why not have her personal and SE active swap places?
This is because turn one is the most important time for that kind of Spirit Enhancement active to be used. You don't want to wait for turn two to use MP Gain Down, you want to use that shit ASAP.
Additionally, you aren't typically going to use Mitsuru Inami by herself as the sole charge unit. You're probably going to field her with another girl who has charge draw, as mentioned above.
Tumblr media
That character will be able to charge draw right away if you need her to, so having two readily available charge draws on turn one isn't going to be necessary.
Lastly, Mitsuru Inami's Spirit Enhancement includes a turn one Skill Quicken. That means that you'll be able to use her personal memoria (or any other memoria with a low enough cooldown) by turn two.
Tumblr media
Lastly, the stats on this memoria are low but actually play into Mitsuru Inami's kit well. With her passive MP Gain Up when damaged, you're going to want her to be taking hits-- and that means you probably want her to have a lower DEF than your other girls, as the Mirrors AI will prioritize units with the lowest defense to attack. By using memoria like this, you can keep Mitsuru's DEF low to help encourage her to take the hits needed to earn a Magia, but her high HP also means that she probably won't die to any of the attacks.
Overall she's a smartly made niche character who is very good at one specific mode in the game to the exclusion of any other, and her personal memoria is an excellent continuation of her kit.
You'll want to max awaken the memoria if you get it.

Dream on the Bench
Obtainability: Limited to the "Mitsuru Inami Wants to be Normal" event gacha.
Single Effect: Magia Damage Down [45%] & Attack Down [10%] (Target / 1 Turn)
MLB Effect: Magia Damage Down [50%] & Attack Down [15%] (Target / 1 Turn)
Effect Definitions:
Magia Damage Down is a Debuff that decreases the target’s damage when using Magia or Doppels.
Attack Down is a Debuff that will decrease the target’s base attack.
TLDR: Worth keeping a max-awakened copy of for Ranked Mirrors purposes and as an easy defensive in the Hundred Evils. The short cooldown and excellent effects make this an effective if not niche memoria to have.
Review: Surprisingly enough, this three-star memoria could actually see usage in ranked mirrors. It has a short cooldown, pretty great DEF stats for a three-star, and it debuffs the target with an absurd amount of Magia Damage Down. It actually pairs well with the memoria "I Am Here" which similarly is great for Ranked Mirrors.
You may be thinking, "but if I have "I Am Here", I don't need "Dream on the Beach" because the former outright will prevent a magia." However, that's not always going to be true. Some characters will have anti-magia seal as part and parcel of their Spirit Enhancement, or a sneaky player will equip memoria with that effect to ensure that their magia and doppels will still go off.
So if you can't outright prevent a magia from occurring, "Dream on the Beach" at least means that you can survive it. Of course, sometimes the most dangerous part of a magia isn't the damage it can do to your team but rather instead, the debuffs and other nasty effects it brings with it, but a single memoria can only help so much.
This memoria might also see some usage in places like the Hundred Evils against enemies whom can't be stopped from using their magia on your poor team. The short cooldown means that you can use this rather frequently as well.
Overall, a surprisingly really handy if not niche memoria.
You'll want to use Over-limiters on it if you get it, just to make sure that you get that deliciously short cooldown plus the DEF stats.

I Want To Watch Over You
Obtainability: Limited to the "Mitsuru Inami Wants to be Normal" event shop.
MLB Effect: Attack Up [15%] & Defense Up [22.5%]
Effect Definitions:
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
Defense Up increases the target’s base defense stats. Defense Up is generally worse than Damage Cut.
TLDR: A decent three-star memoria, but one that most players aren't going to need. Stick this one in the memoria vault once the event is over with.
Review: A pretty solid, if not boring, three-star memoria. This is broadly applicable for any situation really and at the very least it can't hurt your unit to equip. The Attack Up is decent for a three-star, as is the Defense Up.
Naturally there are better memoria to equip than this, including free welfare memos, but "I Want To Watch Over You" is a solid choice if you're lacking in memoria or just need some filler.
Overall, stick this in the memoria vault once you're done farming, just in case the event gets a rerun.

When I Was Twice My Age
Obtainability: Limited to the support point shop as a promotional memoria.
MLB Effect: Attack Up [10%] & Magia Damage Up [10%]
Effect Definitions:
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
Magia Damage Up increases the damage done by a Magia or a Doppel.
TLDR: A decent free memoria that will go well on magia-focused units. This can be equipped on support.
Review: Honestly, not a bad little freebie memoria. There are better free welfare memoria to equip in the game, such as Kyubey Knight, but this is a good addition for any player who is lacking in the memo department.
It goes without saying that this is best used on a unit who plans to use either a Magia or a Doppel. Note that it won't increase your mp gain, so you'll either want to use an additional memoria to do so or plan ahead of time that the equipped unit will be able to use that said Magia/Doppel.
Its stats, while not outstanding, are still rather nice as well.
Whales won't find as much use for this memoria but for unlucky free-to-play and for newer players, this is a nice little freebie.

After Family Time...
Obtainability: Limited to the “Paradise Shift" event.
MLB Effect: Episode Experience Gain Increased [30%] & Attack Up [10%] & Defense Up [15%]
Effect Definitions:
Episode Experience Gain will give the equipped character an increased rate of experience gain. Episode Experience Gain can stack.
Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.
Defense Up increases the target’s base defense stats. Defense Up is generally worse than Damage Cut.
TLDR: Good for farming experience, bad otherwise.
Review: This memoria joins the ever-growing list of Episode Experience Gain Increased memoria, and boasts a high percentage for your unleveled units. It's probably the most broadly applicable memoria to equip for this kind of farming; the attack up means the equipped unit won't be sacrificing damage output and the defense up means there's going to be protection for them as well.

I Am Here
Obtainability: Limited to the "Mitsuru Inami Wants to be Normal" event gacha. This is event bonus memoria.
Single Effect: Magia Seal [100%] (Target / 1 Turn) & Damage Down [40%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
MLB Effect: Magia Seal [100%] (Target / 1 Turn) & Damage Down [45%] (All Enemies / 1 Turn)
Effect Definitions:
Magia Seal is a Status Ailment that prevents the target from using their Magia/Doppel.
Damage Down will decrease the target’s damage on attacks.
TLDR: This is an excellent memoria for Ranked Mirrors, provided you have the right units. If you don't care about Ranking, then feel free to skip it.
Review: It should come as no surprise that this memoria is Ranked mirrors whale bait, however it's more unique than you might think. For one, there are only two memoria in the game that can give Magia Seal-- and "Ascending Cherry Blossom Front" is the other one; notably a limited memoria that hasn't had a rerun in years. That makes "I Am Here" very important to any whale that wants an easy on-hand demand Magia Seal to keep pesky Devil Homuras from wiping their team in Ranked mirrors.
Note the short cooldown at five turns-- if you want to use this memoria, you'll need to max awaken it to properly utilize it. On units with turn-one Skill Quicken (such as Darkness Mitama, Akuma Homura-chan, and Mitsuru Inami), this memoria can be used on turn two. This makes it extremely powerful in denying specific enemy units their magia/doppels, especially if the enemy had enough anti-status ailments to prevent previous Magia Seals from being applied in the first turn.
The Damage Down is also helpful in applying a blanket debuff to the entire enemy team-- note however that the Magia Seal portion only extends to one character, so make sure you select them before using this memoria.
If you don't care about Mirrors Ranking then you can feel free to disregard this memoria. Though, do note that it's possible that it might have some niche use in battle types like the Hundred Evils where enemy magia can be an issue, but don't roll on the gacha just for that possibility.

Note
Do you have any memoria recommendations for god madoka? I don't know how to build characters and can't find any wikis about it.
You should go with damage buffs (or anything similar; Attack Up or Increase Damage) and MP gain memoria (or accele MP gain), like these:
Like I said, you should see what you have and go from there.
If anyone has anything to add, go right ahead.

To Admire Large Purchases
Obtainability: Limited to the “Nagisa’s HOT Summer Break” event gacha.
Single Effect: Regenerate HP [3%] & Damage Up [10%]
MLB Effect: Regenerate HP [4%] & Damage Up [15%]
Effect Definitions:
Regenerate HP will cause the equipped character to regenerate a percentage of their HP for the number of listed turns. The Regen will occur at the end of the turn (note: the end of the enemy’s turn). Regenerate HP can stack.
Damage Up will increase the damage done by the equipped character’s attacks and its effect takes place after the buffs and debuffs are calculated. Damage Increase and Damage Up are essentially the same effect, however Damage Up has a 100% cap while Damage Increase doesn’t. Both collectively cap at 300%.
TLDR: This is Enhancement Fodder.
Review: A fairly boring memoria, “To Admire Large Purchases” is going to be Enhancement Fodder unless you are SUPER desperate-- and even if you are, I promise that there are a number of much better memoria in the game to choose from, even including free-to-play friendly ones.
In fact, fuck the review. C’mon look at that-- 15% Damage Up? On a three-star? With some worthless 4% Regenerate HP? You don’t need me here to say that this is garbage.
Throw this away into the trashcan and make sure you empty it afterwards so that it doesn’t stick up your whole house.
