If you donât go after what you want, youâll never have it. If you donât ask, the answer is always no. If you donât step forward, youâre always in the same place.

Walking on the pavement, fast paced
The condos blocking the sunâs face
Oh look! The skyâs shining!
Just kidding, itâs a building blocking the silver lining
The sunâs setting, letâs go get a good view
But I just passed RBC, and now I remember my rentâs due
Fuck it, letâs go. Weâre surrounded by nature
Everyoneâs got bills, be mature!
Lake Ontario, high park, board walk, the possibilities are endless!
Enjoy the nature, doesnât matter that youâre friendless.
Nature, where are you? I need you today.
Iâm stuck in my anxieties from yesterday.
The sun is setting, Iâve missed my shot
What about the half dead tree in this parking lot?
Nature, where are you? Why are you a luxury?
Youâre all people need, to end their misery.
The city, the city, the concrete jungle
My soul is rotting, I need some anti fungal
Nature nature, Mother Nature
I can stay no more, Iâm coming to you to feel safer

I Have A Voice
Sometimes I have dreams where I canât talk. I donât think I can ever really talk in dreams, but these are the dreams where I have that distinct realization of loosing my ability to speak.
Iâm stuck. Iâm trying to speak but I canât find my voice, I canât use my words, despite wanting to. How can this be happening to me? This dream, no matter how beautiful it is, quickly turns into a nightmare. The beautiful blissful fields Iâm walking, turn into a deceptive cage.
Iâm caged by my loss of voice. Iâm caged if I canât use my voice. Really use it, not just to create sounds and vibrations in my throat. But use it to speak the truth. To speak my truth.
I like to think about life like that too. Life outside of dreams. No version of life is acceptable to me that doesnât let me use my voice.
Today, I have a voice.
Rest assured, YOU have a voice. Itâs yours.
Find it, claim it, use it.

Parents Love God More Than They Love Their Child.
How can what a parent want for their child be in so much conflict with what the child wants for herself? How can my path to happiness be littered with hurdles by my very own parents? How can they want this suffering for me? How can they take away my right to love, my right to choose who I want to be with?
All in the name of parenting, all in the name of knowing whatâs best, all in the name of god.
But even god allows his people free will. Even god doesnât control the outcome of human beings, even god letâs people choose. Even god letâs people make decisions for their lives themselves.
If god wanted people to live exactly one kind of life, to be exactly one type of person with one type of outcome, couldnât he make such a world?
But if god gave me the right to make a choice, a decision, how can another human take that choice away from me?

Every individual human is consumed by their problems and challenges. Weâre all operating towards a reality where either problems have been successfully averted or overcome.
Itâs important to realize that your problems are JUST your perception. Your problems do not exist within objective reality. If you were removed off the face of the earth, your problems vanish with you. They donât exist outside of you, they donât remain despite you.
In simple words, itâs all in your head.
So what can you do to minimize your suffering? If it exists in your mind, it can be resolved in your mind. Not externally, not elsewhere, but in your mind.
Think differently, if you stop seeing it as a problem, it ceases to be one.

So what is happiness? What does it mean to be happy?
Maybe itâs neither a journey, nor a destination. Maybe itâs just the chance to choose. Maybe itâs just freedom, just being allowed to live life on your own terms.
So what is my happiness? Is it the happiness of my family, is it the happiness of God, the acceptance of society, the love of friends? Is my happiness, really mine?
Is my happiness ever going to be truly mine? Mine to keep, mine to pursue, mine to experience. Or does it only exist to serve others? Does it only breathe the oxygen borrowed from others? Is my happiness really mine, or on someone elseâs leash?

Insomnia and heartbreak arenât much different. When your heart is hurting, really hurting, nothing can put it to bed. Itâs tossing and turning, trying to shut the racing thoughts, trying to put the devices away, trying to unplug, trying not to think, trying anything and everything to just sleep, to just not feel hurt. But love, like sleep, comes and goes when it wills with nothing but time as your ally.

âSome people live in cages with bars built from their own fears and doubts. Some people live in cages with bars built from other peopleâs fears and doubts; their parents, their friends, their brothers and sisters, their families. Some people live in cages with bars built from the choices others made for them, the circumstances other people imposed upon them. And some people break free.â

Congratulations world, youâve broken my soul.
Youâve edited out parts of me that may be too unconventional to handle, youâve hushed the words I speak that may be too true to hear, youâve forbidden my actions that may be too rebellious to digest.
Congratulations world, youâve won. I surrender. Who do you want me to be?

Heaven & Hell | A Sophisticated Scam?
If God has perfect knowledge of everything that ever happens in the world, perfect knowledge of the choices every human being is going to make, if God has a âplanâ for your life, is closing and opening doors for you, is herding you down the exact path he has meticulously planned for you, doesnât that mean your life, your choices, the outcome of your life is determined by him? Doesnât that mean heâs made the choices for you, taken the decisions for you, decided the actions for you? Then why would you be punished or rewarded for things that God himself dictated for you to begin with?
