No offence, but a quick scroll through my blog would've answered your question. I had nothing against her up until her racist past was revealed. I was actually a fan of hers. I am a POC and camila was horribly racist. She may have apologised but I'm not entitled to like her now. It is frustrating when a person you trusted in gets into a relationship with someone like that. Especially as a teen WOC who thinks they've finally found a "good" white man to stan. Especially when you've spent time, money and energy on your fave. Having to explain myself on the Internet and have people hurl racist rhetoric at me and other people has been traumatising too. I don't even believe in cancelling her or anything, I just like to protect my mental health and well being. Their careers became so intertwined at one point that it was impossible to stan him without being exposed to her content. Please don't come to my inbox and ask me why I didn't step away from all of this because I did -multiple times.

Hello:))) welcome! Yeah camila has a very racist past. If you search up "camila cabello racism tumblr posts" it should show up. I don't really feel like discussing it on here because some of it is very triggering. There's a lot of islamaphobia and racism against East Asians as well. Plus certain fans of color have stated that she was rude to them at meet and greets . When her bandmate, Normani, was being targeted online by Camila's fans, she did not stop them. As of 2019, camila did not apologise to Normani. There's also been other stuff about backup dancers in brown face and whatnot. Everything can be googled and verified
