Can you do a mother beast event where Lusamine still has consciousness while being fused with Nihilego, and they're relationship is more symbiotic than parasitic, its just that Nihilego amplifies her motherly desires as well as love for Nihilego.

(( Uuhh... Well, I mean, first of all, I'm on a sort of hiatus because shit's just been Too Much lately and my muse is kinda dead. I don't think I have it in me to host an entire event right now.

Secondly, having their relationship be more symbiotic kinda goes against my headcanons regarding the Motherbeast? I've talked about a Motherbeast AU a couple times and it very heavily leans towards a more parasitic relationship that makes Lusamine's brain deteriorate. Once again pulling up Joy Mutants from LISA the Painful for reference, very similar vibes.

Thirdly... I don't. I don't know. Something about this makes me uncomfortable LMAO. It just feels a bit... strange. I appreciate the interest but right now it's not something I'd care to do, sorry. ))

It was inevitable. Death was inevitable.

Sometimes, no matter what you did, no matter how hard you fought to save a helpless victim, there was no way to avoid it. This was their fate - To succumb to their injuries, their illnesses, and the best that could be done for them would be to make them as happy and comfortable as possible with what little time they had left.

Lusamine knew this. It came with her line of work. While she saved countless Pokemon that had been hurt and abandoned, not all of them made it. She had experienced the death of Pokemon she tried to save countless times, enough that she had almost become numb to it.

That made her feel... Cold.

She held the Rockruff in her arms as an assistant helped sedate it. She could see it in its eyes, mere minutes after the injection - It was delirious, having absolutely no idea where it was, like it was completely lost in a drug induced haze. It's gaze was glassy, unfocused, and it was drooling on her arms.

This was for the best. She didn't want it scared in its last moments.

Then, after several minutes, it was euthanized. Just like that, it was gone.

This was the best for it, she told herself.

Lusamine was used to this.

That didn't make it hurt any less.

(( okay so I might. take a little bit of a hiatus.

basically my health sucks and it killed my muse.

I have a stomach problem called gastroparesis - stomach paralysis. It means my digestive muscles aren't working properly and as a result food starts to rot in my stomach. I had a surgery for it when I was 17 or 18, I believe, and it mostly cleared up. Still really susceptible to heartburn and mild nausea but I could actually eat food and it was great.

I don't know what's going on but my health has really tanked over these past two months. My doctor thinks it's chronic acid reflux (GERDS maybe?) and with each passing day I'm getting more and more nauseous, like to the point where I feel like I'm gonna throw up basically all the time. It might also be causing what I mistook as heart problems, since GERDs can cause asthma-type symptoms and pains similar to cardiac pains.

It's kept me from eating properly and doing basic errands and chores and that doesn't make me feel too great :^) I've barely been able to do things I Want to do, because I feel like such shit.

I have not felt this sick since before my surgery.

I'm gonna call my doctor's office tomorrow to get an appointment to hopefully get a referral to a gastroenterologist so we can figure out what's wrong with me. Lord knows how long that'll take. In the mean time, I really don't know how active I'll be, but I'll at least try to lurk and keep up with things as best as I can.

Oh, she sees it, and panic flashes in Lusamine's eyes as the Gastly quickly approaches. There's been too many lately, she knows exactly what that ghost is holding, and she takes a few steps back before attempting to run.

"No, no, no no no!"

She is not fast enough. The Gastly drops it directly on her head, glitter exploding absolutely everywhere. It's in her hair. It's in her eyes and mouth, it's all over her clothes, and she spits and shakes herself to try and get some of it out.

"This...

"This is BULLSHIT. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I am sick to DEATH OF THIS, I do not deserve to be treated with such DISRESPECT. This will NOT happen again, do you hear me?! NEVER AGAIN."

The Gastly is gone by this point, but her words ring true - She will not be hit with another glitter bomb. She refuses. It's time to take some extra precautions, even if it means interns get hit with glitter. It's better than her, at this point.

(( Oh, yknow, I wonder how much of an accent Lusamine would have... She grew up in Kalos and moved to Alola when she was... 18 or 19 if I'm remembering right, so she's lived there for a couple decades at this point. I imagine it isn't very prominent at all anymore.

Maybe it would come out during moments of high emotion, or when she's around other native French speakers? Otherwise I think she has a pretty convincing Alolan accent. ))

It’s glitter, purple and black, exploding all over the place! That’s quite an annoying trick, if I say so myself! HEHEHEHEEE!!!

Lusamine barely moves. She recoils slightly when the glitter explodes everywhere, making sure to close her eyes, but she's perfectly still afterwards. Quiet, too. Eventually, she clasps her hands together, and takes in a deep breath, followed by a long exhale.

Stay calm. Stay calm.

Oh, if she gets one more goddamn glitter bomb, it does not matter who the sender is. She is going to have an absolute meltdown. She will begin a war.
