I had to put my dog to sleep today. He was about to be 12 in a couple months. He had been with me since he was 2 and I literally saw him as a son. I am in a lot of pain.

Monday morning I’m leaving for my trip to see my boyfriend! I won’t get there until Tuesday because it’s 1000 miles of driving. So worth it though <3

Being in a long distance relationship when it’s unsafe to travel for over a year sucks. I’ve missed him so fucking much. We get on Discord to video chat every day, often for hours, but I need to touch him.

Really, I need to move. Hopefully that will happen in the not too distant future. We recently got some info that should make finding a place a lot easier.

Oh god so my ex is out there halfway defending Elon Musk because he’s “good autistic representation.” Nah dude I see right through that, you just want your crypto to go up. 

I’m not keeping close watch on his social medias or anything, but his ridiculous take was retweeted by someone with a lot of followers and I actually woke up to a text saying “ew, (podcaster) retweeted (ex)”

What is or isn't a slur can be highly contextual, y'all.

"Jonny Sims bummed a fag off my ma" doesn't contain a slur, but "What are you, some kind of fag?" does.

"Queer studies", "the queer community" and "I'm queer"? Not a slur. Some bigot calling you a "dirty queer"? Slur.

"Be gay, do crimes" and "He's gay" ≠ slur, but "Ew, that's so gay" = slur.

In conclusion, stop buying into this fucking "q slur" bullshit. Queer people talking about the queer community aren't using it as a slur any more than a gay man calling himself gay is using that term as a slur.

I love road trips. I love being able to exist in liminal spaces for an extended period of time. The veil is thinner on the highway and it comforts me. I feel more at home in some old motel than I do in my own apartment.
