Having the confidence  to show your real face  is also about trusting the kindness  of the world that’ll see it. To open up and live  as you truly are  is an act of  faith.

Pay attention to things that usually pass you by unnoticed. Discover new sounds in songs you like and new meanings in your favorite stories. And then go beyond. Listen to new songs. Read new stories. Fall in love with astronomy and then with painting. Start writing poems, songs, and love letters. The possibilities are endless and whatever you choose to do, just remember to never stop opening the doors of your existence because behind some of them you may actually find yourself.

Life is anything but fair. We go through life waiting for this moment that makes us feel alive, that feeling of being saved from almost drowning, and some of us, actually attain it, but sometimes that feeling is not ours to keep. Sometimes life gives us a taste of something so that we are aware that it does exist. We finally find that feeling... that something that we have been in search of and we realize that it is indeed true. A Love that deep can drown you, it can take you down faster than the angriest wave and it can leave you gasping for one more breath. It’s scary, and it’s wild, and it makes you question life and everything you have come to learn about love, but if you allow it to, it can also free you. It can free you from all the lies about love that you have learned along the way. It can free you from this world that teaches us that happiness is a myth, it can free us from the belief that life is only meaningful if we chase some imaginary goal that in the end truly won’t matter. We work so hard so that we won’t be forgotten....but eventually we all are forgotten.

Sometimes we find people without looking for them. Maybe they were there the whole time and suddenly something awakens. Sometimes we meet them at the most random of places, at the most random of times. Everything in this life has a cause and effect and even the smallest of choices make a ripple in our lives. I have learned that beauty and love only exist if we allow them to, and they only exist if we see it and feel it within ourselves. I have learned that seldom we see the beauty of the moment, but we always see the beauty once the moment has passed. If we value the things that exist right now we wouldn’t always want more. We wouldn’t get excited about the thrill of the chase, but instead we would enjoy the stillness that the now presents to us.
