Hello friends
Hi everyone! It's been a little while since I have been on here, but I recently found the password to this account ha-ha. I wanted to give you all a little update on my life for those who still follow me!
I have gone to therapy and worked through the passing of my friend Andy as some of you have read on my previous posts. I appreciate the warm messages from you all. It really helped me.
I lost two more friends of mine who were very close, and it almost broke me. I found a great friend group who was there for me emotionally and an amazing boyfriend who stood by my side as it was the darkest period I've been through.
I have a boyfriend! We just celebrated our one-year anniversary, and I am very lucky to have him.
I moved across the country for school. It was a very hard to decision to leave my friends and family and move thousands of miles away, but I am happy with my decision and wouldn't change it for the world. I have made a new life for myself and am very happy with the track my life is following.
I am back on Tumblr! I have hit inspiration again and decided to write fan fiction once again, but here is where the big update is. I decided to make a new account. I will be keeping this account along with my other accounts, but this will be my last post here. I will be more active on my other account @hotchners-whore where I will be posting new fan fiction, BUT! I am going to make a master list where I will link all of these works as well as my other works so these will not be going away!
Thank you for much for all the support on got on my stories. I'm very lucky to have your support and love and hope whoever sees this and still loves my work will transition with me into my new account.

Can you write one where the Rogers is assigning a new recruit to each avenger for training? Loki gets the new girl and he’s irritated thinking she’s just some normal human that hasn’t a clue how to fight properly because of her petite size. When it comes time for them to spar, she gives him hell. She fights with swords and is very skilled in the art. He says something to piss her off and she ends up blasting him away with powers she never told anyone about. Loki realizes what she is since he knows the magic she used. She’s part light elf but being half human she was abandoned and left to die just like Loki was. They end up bonding and work together on the team.
A/N: I hope you like it! I didn't focus a whole ton of them working together, but I feel like you get the point. It's a bit longer than my other one shots.
The Moon And Her Darkness
Summary: Y/N, the newest avenger, starts her first day of training. An unimpressed Loki’s doubts are proved to be wrong when she reveals herself to be stronger than he knew.
Word count: 2744
Warnings: angst, dick Loki

Your blood pumps fast through your body as you stare at the raven haired god. Ever since you joined the team, he’s been giving you dirty looks and eye rolls. You tried to not pay attention to it since you know of his past (and have been warned by Tony), but as the newest Avenger trying to prove herself, you find yourself longing for his approval.
It has been a week since Nicky Fury showed up at your home, extracting you from it, and throwing you into the lion's den you called the Avengers. You never signed up for it, but given that you were on the government’s radar for a long time, you’re not surprised. A couple mishaps here and there made them take you on their own terms. They’ve decided that having super powers is not something to be normalized and that you couldn’t live like a normal civilian.
Although you want to be home, the Avengers have already shown to be a great family. Nat and Wanda have already taken you shopping while Steve gave you a tour of the tower. As far as the others, they have been out of sight. Bucky avoids everyone, Sam with him because they’re glued to the hip, and Tony is somewhere else working on new technology with Bruce. Clint? Thor? Who even knows. You’ve been thankful for the attention they have given you.
Except for Loki.
You remember the attack in New York and you won’t lie when saying that approaching the god is intimidating. He stands with great pride and power, it’s hard not to feel small, but when he stares at you the way he does, it’s harder. He doesn’t stop looking at you as if you were a rat he found in a sandwich. Disposable. Replaceable. Disgusting. You don’t expect much from the God being that he’s only staying here out of punishment for the attacks, but you had hoped for a little something more. Even a prank or two.
When Steve told you that you were going to start training, you expected hand to hand combat like the rest, not whatever involves Loki being in the gym at the same time as the two of you. He hasn’t said a word, but just stared at you as Steve goes over some basic disabling techniques and defense. Most of it is already burned in your brain from your childhood, being a warrior and all, but you still manage to learn some new things.
But learning as to why Loki is there, that still remains unclear. Everytime you throw a punch or try to block one of Steve’s, Loki scoffs at you and rolls his eyes. He looks completely relaxed on a bench in the room, yet he could not be looking at you with a more tense gaze. He looks worried, as if you’re going to get beaten to a pulp.
“Okay, what’s wrong?” You yell at him.
Panting, you block Steve’s last hit and turn to the younger Odinson.
“Sorry?”
“Oh, don’t sorry me. Cut the crap, Loki. What’s up?”
“I believe the sky is.”
You grab a knife off the wall and aim it in his direction, startling him slightly but not even shocking Steve.
“You stare at me with daggers in your eyes and judge my every move. You have yet to even talk to me since I joined the team. What do you have against me, you ass?”
“Y/N-”
“Shut it, Steve!” You yell, quickly aiming the dagger at him before returning to Loki, “You. Talk.”
“It’s just pathetic, that’s all.”
“Pathetic? You’re calling me pathetic?”
You start to charge at Loki, but Steve quickly wraps his arm around your waist, holding you back from gutting the god.
“Y/N, I wanted you to spar with him after me,” he cuts in.
“And why would I do that?”
“Because he's a skilled fighter who matches your level.”
“Oh, so I spar with the tricker who decides I’m too pathetic to fight. He’s going to teleport or some shit and stab me like he does with Thor.” Loki’s eyebrows raise at the mention of Thor getting stabbed. “Yes, I’ve heard the stories. I’m not that naive, Steve.”
“I won’t leave you alone with him. I’ll be here to watch and guide.”
“What do you know about fighting with me? I have magic beyond belief” Loki asks the both of you.
“I know more than you think,” I spit, turning back to Steve, “Can we do something else?”
“Well, you coud-”
“I am not sparing with Loki.”
“Okay, then how about weapons? Whatever one you want to start with?”
Loki scoffs again at the mention of you fighting any other way than hand to hand combat. He’s lucky you’re on the same team as him or else you would have decapitated him by now just because of annoyance. How can a man so attractive be so obnoxious?
You walk over to the wall of weapons were Steve and quietly discuss which ones you’ll practice with. He recommends knives so you can spar with Natasha when he’s gone, but the swords are more up your alley. They remind you of your childhood, the weapon of your people. Some days, you miss them, but you know they are fighting their own battle that is too dangerous for you.
Picking up the swords, Steve warns you he is not good which makes Loki laugh again. He has the right to this time because how do you practice with a man who doesn’t know what he’s doing. You can’t last ten minutes with Cap before you’re tired of his flailing. He’s really not good.
“Loki, you wouldn’t happen to know how to use swords would you?”
“I have some experience. Asgard knights and Valkyrie used them, we were forced to learn.”
He stands and takes Steve’s sword from him. Turning to you, he smirks, taking you in. Your frame looks so small compared to his, nothing but a mortal. He’s never admit it, but he finds you slightly adorable, in a helpless baby sort of way. You take proper stance and stare at Loki dead in the eye, determined to prove him wrong.
The two of you run at each other, swinging at any unblocked area you can, yet never hitting. He blocks your swing, pushing you back but not down. Looking up at him, you scream and run, thrusting your sword towards his neck and legs. He blocks you again, but not without stumbling. Before he’s able to get up, you land a blow right to his chest, knocking the air out of him. He hooks his foot around your leg and flips the two of you over so he hovers above you, sword to throat.
“I’ll admit it, you are good, but not great,” he laughs.
He stands up and walks off, setting the swords back on their holder on the wall. You gradually stand up, fury in your bones for the way he speaks to you.
“You… are irritable!” You yell.
Right before Loki gets to the door, he turns to face you. Steve rushes to your side.
“Y/N, stop. He’s not worth it.”
“Oh, he’s not worth it, alright,” you mutter to Steve, “He’s not worth the pride. The praise. Whatever the ‘glorious purpose’ he thinks he has. He’s just an insecure little boy who needs to prove himself over others, make them feel small so he feels superior. Just a bully.”
“I’d watch your tongue,” Loki warns.
“Or else what? You’ll challenge me to a words competition? See who has the best insults or can sound like the biggest douche because I think we all know who would win! Another check mark for your book of things you’re better at than ‘midgardians’ or ‘mortals’ or whatever degrading nickname you think of next.”
Loki’s chest heaves in anger. You’ve never seen someone so angry or heard anyone yelling at you with concern like Steve. Nothing he says registers in your head as Loki’s daring looks fill your mind. You’d almost be scared if you didn’t know he’s full of empty threats. Just a scared little god boy.
“You imbecile, think you can scare me?”
“Actually, I think anything can.”
“I can take words from someone who does not know me, but to be called a coward is not something I take lightly.”
“So what are you going to do about it? Huh?”
“Nothing, I don’t waste my time on people like you.”
“Oh, people like me? Because the great Frost Giant Asgardian is sooo superior.”
“Don’t you ever say that.”
Loki rushes to your side, grabbing you by the throat and lifting you up against the wall.
“Loki, stop it!” Steve yells.
“This is not about you, Rodgers. I suggest you leave before getting in the crossfire.”
“I can’t do that. The safety of this team-”
“Is your priority. I know you are honorable, but I highly suggest you leave.”
Steve hesitates at the sound of you gasping for air. You cling onto Loki’s hand, tightly wound around your throat. His veins pop out of his hand like a dehydrated man. Steve looks back at you, eyes now closed to focus on your breathing.
“Put her down first,” Steve orders.
“Fine, always have to be the hero.”
Loki sets you down and your body goes numb. Everything hurts, your throat swelling. You gasp for all the air you can, feeling it go down your throat and enter your lungs. It’s fresh, comforting, healing. Leaning your head back against the wall, you barely open your eyes to see Steve by your side.
“Are you okay?”
Not energized enough to speak yet, you nod your head and place your hand on his shoulder. Steve looks over at you with worry before turning back to Loki.
“Leave, now.”
“Gladly.”
Loki turns to walk away, but doesn’t. He stands there to listen to you and Steve. At this point, neither of you care. You’re too focused on not dying.
“Can you breathe?” Steve asks.
You nod your head.
“I can get you help. We have a hospital room.”
“No,” you choke, “I’m fine. I just need a moment.”
Steve nods, but doesn’t listen. He gets up and leaves the room, rushing down the hallways to get a nurse, leaving you alone with Loki.
“Why haven’t you left?”
“No reason.”
“Please, just go. I’m tired of fighting. You’ve done enough.”
Loki turns to look at you. You look weak, but actually weak this time. The purple tint to your skin is fading as your lungs self regenerate as you keep breathing. Gripping onto the wall behind you, you stand up. Your knees are weak, making you wobble as you do. You’re not lying. You’re tired of Loki. You’ve barely spoken to the man and he’s made two attempts on your life in ten minutes. Sure, you teased him, but doesn’t he deserve it for being an ass.
“Weak.” He mutters.
That was the last straw. You look up at him. He stares at you as if the devil himself has entered you and your eyes glow bright red, but you know what is wrong. Holding out your hand towards Loki. A glow erupts from behind you, bright yet dark. It’s dark blue like the night sky and Loki watches it in awe. In seconds, Loki’s body is flung through the training room doors, blasting him into the wall of the hallways. He feels his rib breaking, his head hitting the wall. He yells out in pain as you slowly approach him, the anger seeping through.
“Never call me weak.”
Loki flips his head up to look at you, shock running through his body. At the sound of his body collapsing, the other Avengers come running forward. They look upon the sight of you towering over the trickster god with a look they’ve never seen before. Ethereal. Godly. You look as if you’re a queen staring at her peasant handmaid. Anger. Controlling. Power.
“What the-” Bucky mutters.
“You,” Loki gasps.
He struggles to stand as the team tries to help but he refuses. You two locked eyes but nothing was said. “You’re an elf.”
Everyone looks back at you with confused faces, but you don’t say anything. Your body goes hot at the mention of the word ‘elf’. The fire inside you fades out as anxiety places it, waiting for Loki to continue.
“I knew if someone was here to figure it out it’d be you,” you whisper.
“Light elf yes?”
“Yes, moon elf to be exact.”
“How are you here? Aren’t the-”
“Yes, they’re away. I was left to die. Our town got ransacked, everyone fled. No one stopped for me.”
“Then how are you here?”
“The Air elves. They got word of what happened and came. Found me. Took me back, but-”
“You weren’t suited. They found out.”
“Yes.”
There’s a moment of silence between you and the god. His eyes shine with sadness, tears coming to the corners. He looks at you with great pity as the wall inside you breaks.
“Can someone explain what’s happening?” Steve asks.
“Can you tell?” You ask Loki.
He nods, “Yes. Y/N is a moon elf, a tribe of light elves. They’re as high up as Asgard in the nine realms, powerful warriors. They’ve been at the center of every creature out there. People have been after them for their weapons, gems, and wealth. A landmark for every thief and warrior in the universe.”
“My town was destroyed when I was a little girl. Nobody wanted me because I was a child. I was a burden to them.”
“She was left for dead to be found by the Air Elves. Another tribe. Not as powerful. But they didn’t want her and there’s only one reason why they wouldn’t want a moon elf. She’s a half-breed.”
“Moon elves are the only ones who tolerate them. Half human, half elf. Considering many of them come from moon elves, they’re not despised, but Air Elves.”
“They dropped you off on Midgard to be picked up by someone else. I assume you hid your powers?” “I had to. I acted out once when I was little and my parents freaked out. They sent me away. I lived in a orphanage before some group took me, trained me, helped me hone in my powers. They saved me.”
“Until you got to old and left.”
“Didn’t know where to go. I became a waitress at some back alley bar, lived above it in an apartment with my manager. Lived paycheck to paycheck.”
“Then?”
“Nicky Fury came to me. I was on SHIELD’s radar and they wanted me on the Avengers.”
The room goes silent. Throughout your talking you missed the way Loki got considerably closer to you. You practically stand right under his nose. Loki raises his hands and places them on your shoulders, getting your attention. You two look each other in the eye for a long moment.
“I am… so sorry.”
You feel the tears forming in your eyes as Loki pulls you into his chest, holding you by your waist. The team watches in awe as the closed off god embraces you. Slowly, everyone leaves you two in the hallway. An hour goes by as you cry in Loki’s eyes.
Eventually, Loki picks you up bridal style and brings you to your bedroom. He helps you get dressed for the night and settled in bed before you grab his hand, making him turn back to face you. His eyes are no longer riddled with anger or hatred, but kindness and pity. He looks at you like you’re a little lamb to be protected.
“Yes, darling?”
“Stay with me?”
He nods before undressing and getting in bed with you. He pulls you close, your head leaning on his chest, and places an arm around your waist.
Every night goes on like this. No matter what happened in the day, even if you two got into an argument, Loki always found his way back by your side in your bed. You would have never expect it from how he treated you at first, but after the last few months since you met him, you find yourself growing closer to the god.
Loki slips into your bed for what feels like the 1482nd time. Resting your head on his chest, Loki pulls you close to his body.
“Goodnight, darling.”

Y/N, I-”
“Don’t even try,” you sigh.
“Can I at least explain myself?”
You look over to him. His eyes are full of that pity look again, the one he had when he made the potion wrong.
“Fine, you have a half hour.”
“I didn’t mean to do that, I swear.”
“Sure you didn’t because after a bad day, you just couldn’t wait to mess with me.”
“Do you think I hate you?”
You turn to look at Loki who gives you a confused angry look.
“Sometimes.”
“I’m sorry I gave you that impression because I don’t.”
You two sit for a moment looking at each other. Loki’s face drops as he looks forward, thinking about something else. He looks sad, sorry, or even regretful.
“I didn’t realize I ruined the potion. I didn’t mean to take it out on you. You’re right, I have had a bad day, but those weren’t my intentions.”
“I’m sorry for lashing out on you.”
“No, you had every right to. You were being nice to me all day and I didn’t care. Thank you.”
“You're welcome.”
There’s another moment of silence. You turn to look at Loki. The light from the window shines right on him. You’ve never noticed how blue his eyes were. They’re almost as blue as the sky outside. You’ve also never noticed his cheekbones and how they stand out so much. His sharp jawline. The slicked back hair. It’s as if you’ve never really truly looked at him.
Loki turns to face you and you quickly look away to be caught. You can feel the heat in your cheeks rising. He keeps staring at you for a moment before a slight smile grows on his face and he looks away.
“You know, I really don’t hate you.”
You turn to face him, seeing his smile has faded already.
“I admire you, actually. Kind. Loveable. Popular. Everything I want and wish I could be, you are. I’m jealous, but enamored.”
“Enamored?” “Utterly.”
“Loki, why do you think so low of yourself. I mean, it’s very kind of you to say those things about me and thank you, but you’re an amazing guy, too. You’re funny, witty, smart.”
“Yes, but what is smart compared to loved?”
“Well,” you stand up and scoot over a few spots on the bench, now sitting closer to Loki, “you said you aren't loved?”
“Everyone. My parents. The rest of my family. I see the way girls flee from me.”
“Maybe because you play pranks on everyone. Or maybe because they know your family. Or maybe because you intimidate them. After all, you are a smart and cunning slytherin, maybe they want to be you, too.”
“I doubt that. Why would anyone want to be me? I’m not even human.”
“What?”
“You know how my family despises me?”
“Well, yes. You’ve told me they are ruthless, too focused on wizardry and being the best. The next Boy Who Lived.”
“That’s not all. I’m a wizard's worst nightmare.”
“Are you a squib?”
“No, no. I’m worse. I’m not entirely human. Half breed, but unlike centaurs or werewolves. There was this species long ago called the Jotum. They were powerful beings, almost wizard-like. I was the last one born, but my family was killed during the war at Hogwarts. My parents left me at home, thinking they’d return for me, but the Death Eaters killed every last Jotum. I looked human so they never came to find me, leaving me to die as a baby, but my parents found me, saved me. They took me in as an adopted child, hoping to believe  I’d be the next Boy when something came around, but of course I didn’t. I messed up every spell as a child because Jotuns are not wizards. We don’t have the special natural ability for magic, but I adapted and learned.”
“How?” “My brother, Thor. He’s much older than me, so you probably never met him. He even takes a different last name. My parents were not subtle with their pressure on me. Everyone in our home knew. It was obvious and he took notice. Every day for months, Thor would steal me away from my chores and we’d practice magic in the woods by our home. He wouldn’t let me give up until I did. He was scared for me as a second year, knowing how tough this school is and how our parents would rather send me here and have me suffer than embarrass the family name as a half breed. I owe everything to him but I was too hard headed to admit it then. Now, he lives, who knows where, away with his wife Jane. I miss him dearly, but he is happy, so I dare not disturb him.”
“He sounds like a great guy.”
“He is and that’s the problem. After hearing about how amazing he is every day of my life, I started to think that I must be the awful brother, the embarrassment. That’s why I act out and need everyone to laugh at me. It’s all I’m good for. Amusement.”
“That’s not true.”
“How are you so sure? Why do you think I’m so loveable, Y/N?”
“Because…”
You think about it for a moment. Why do you think he’s so loveable? Surely, it isn’t because you love him, or is it? You love him. It hits you. A funny, witty, charismatic guy like him doesn’t hang around girls, except for you. It makes sense that you’d fall in love with him.
Loki’s face drops at your hesitation. The lack of response hurts his heart. He knew it was too good to be true. The one time he gets close enough to somebody to be seen as human and to trust with the information that he isn’t human, it goes against him. He thought wrong and ruined something that was good. It’s not often he opens up to people, let alone get close to anyone to be considered to be anything more than enemies. Yes, he has friends, but he doesn’t really like any of them. They’re just good at new ideas.
Another awkward silence goes by. At this point you’re too embarrassed to say anything. The time for ‘i love you’ has passed and now there’s nothing to say, or at least nothing you can think of. Loki and you pass some looks here and there, but nothing more. You’re not sure how much time passes, but you realize your hour is up when Snape enters the room.
“You two are free to go. I hope you worked things out and I expect no more disturbances from you in class.”
“Of course, sir.” Loki answers, his head held down.
You nod yet say nothing.
The next few days go by quickly, but Loki never seemed to make an appearance. You overhear by one of his friends that he got his schedule changed around, whether on purpose or not you don’t know, but you fear the worst. You don’t blame him if he did do it on purpose, not wanting to see you. Hesitating changed your dynamic and you regret it. You may be some dumb teenager, but you can’t help but feeling this way towards him.
You know you love him when it’s the third week without Loki being in classes and your heart hurts more than ever. Sleepless nights, dropped grades, imperfect performances. Your body, mind, soul ached for him back. Stupid teenage hormones, so conerned by the littlest things, but to you, he is everything. You long for him back, even for five minutes. Just to see him throughout the day would mean so much.
One day, some stormy night, you finally give up on these feelings. Night after night you contemplate saying something to him, confronting him on what has happened, but you haven’t. His face haunts your dreams, mocking you with something you can’t have. Futures with him, alternatives. You throw the blankets on you off the bed and sneak out of your room, trying to not wake the others. Tiptoeing down the stairs, you enter the common room of your dorms. You sneak out the door and into the pitch black hallways. Praying, you look around for any staff and luckily don’t find anyone there.
Running down the hall, you approach the Slytherin common’s door. For a moment you rethink your actions, telling yourself to go back to your bed and ignoring the boy who’s ignoring you, but your heart's too strong. You need to talk to him. You try to open the door but Bloody Baron stands in your way, constantly asking for the password, but you don’t know it. You stand there for at least ten minutes guessing passwords before the door is opened.
You look up to see Loki standing in front of you, scratch that, towering above. His six foot frame covers you completely, hiding you in shadows. He has a sad smile on his face, one you cannot read so well. You’re not sure whether he’s disappointed to see you or not.
“I figured it was you. You shouldn’t be here.”
You grab Loki by the neck and pull him down, taking his lips in a deep kiss. He’s shocked at first, cocking his head forward but keeping his hands on the door and door frame. You kiss for a solid minute before pulling back and seeing the stunned look on the Slytherin’s face. All your senses kick in and yell at you saying you messed up. Loki looks at you for a second before pulling you inside the room, shoving you against the door, and kissing you harder.

How about a Loki x reader.. Tony moves his baby sister into the compound after something happens to her but he won’t tell anyone what. She refuses to leave her room until everyone is in bed. She comes out one night and is caught by Loki. She immediately apologizes and becomes so shaken up that she drops her things and breaks a glass. Then it hits him why she was secretly moved in. Tony had discovered his little sister living in a bad situation with her now ex and suffered years of abuse. Loki decides then to take his time to make her feel safe again and they eventually fall for each other.
A/N: I hope this works! I got really sappy at the end, but I also don’t know how to end these one shots. This is a bit of a lengthy one, so bear with me.
He’s Not Him
Summary: Tony Stark has enough of his sister’s ex and moves her into the Avengers Tower. After taking notice of her shy and timid behavior, Loki digs deep at her past, making him want to make her feel safe.
Pairing: Loki x Stark!reader, Tony Stark x Sister!Reader
Word Count: 2993
Warnings: fluff, angst, mentions of domestic abuse, language
Forever Tags: @mm2305
Y/E/N - your ex’s name
*If you or someone you know is being domestically abused, please reach out to 911 or call 800.799.SAFE (7233) for help. Love you all*
-
Tony storms into his sister's apartment. After standing outside of her door for a half hour, he bashed in the door at the the sound of a scream from inside. Frantically, he pushes his way around the furniture and bursts into your bedroom. His eyes go wide at the sight of you on the floor in a ball and your ex boyfriend above you with a fist out. Stark grabs your ex’s fist and rips him away from you, pushing him into your dresser.
“Get the fuck out!” Tony screams.
“Oh, the great Tony Stark is here. What are you going to do? Drop a bomb on me?”
You’ve never seen Tony’s skin turn so red. He storms forward and punches your ex square in the nose, sending him down on the ground. Tony unleashes all his energy until the man is left with a broken nose and multiple bruises.
“Get. Out.”
Your ex runs out of your room, without missing the chance to break a few things, and out of your apartment. You look up out of your ball to see Tony rushing to your side with panic in his eyes. He lifts up your head as you climb into his lap.
“Come here, darling. You’re okay. You’re safe now.” He coos.
You cry into the crook of his shoulder as he rocks you back and forth, his hand on your back.
“I’m getting you out of here,” He says, placing you on your bed, “I’m taking you to the tower with us.”
Tony leaves you on your bed as he gets a suitcase and packs your things. He gathers all of your clothes and some of your possessions like books, drawings, and others. You can feel the tears starting to dry on your skin as you stop crying. Tony doesn’t miss the way you start to uncurl and the bruises on your neck show up. His face drops to see the choking marks on your neck.
“I’m… so sorry, Y/N. I should have been here to protect you.”
You shake your head at him as he joins you on the bed. Tony reaches around your head to undo your ponytail and cover the bruises.
“There, now no one will ask you about them.”
You give him a gentle smile which eases him a little. He leans forward and kisses your forehead before taking your hand and helping you up. Tony and you walk out of your building and into the garage where Happy is in the car. He drops you off for five minutes to go talk to your landlord about you leaving.
“You’re going to be okay,” Happy reassures you.
“Thanks,” you manage to get out.
He gives you a warm smile. He has always made you smile throughout the years. Tony comes back, joins you in the car, and takes off to the tower.
Upon arrival, you look up at the large tower in awe. You’ve visited a couple of times, but that was a year ago since your ex didn’t allow you to see Tony much. It’s always been impressive. You were thankful for Tony letting you live on your own and make something of your own life instead of letting you mooch off of his fortune, but you do regret sometimes not letting him support you more. You were always so proud of him.
Tony carries your luggage as he leads you to the elevators. He looks down at you every so often, noticing the anxious way you bite your nails.
“You’re safe here. We have the best security and you’ll be surrounded by trained assassins and heroes. They’ll protect you, I promise.”
You nod your head at Tony’s words. As much as they help you, you don’t really want to see or talk to anyone. After having your ex break into your house every day for two weeks, you want to be alone except for the occasional visit from Tony.
The elevator doors open and reveal you and your brother to the Avengers who are all lounging in the living area. They turn to look at you with puzzled faces, making you nervous and hide behind Tony’s arm. He lets you stay behind him instead of forcing you to say hi as you exit the elevator.
“Everyone, this is my sister, Y/N. She’s going to stay here from now on so be nice to her,” Tony announces.
Everyone says hi to you but you stay silent behind Tony. He doesn’t question it even though the others look at one another in concern. Steve thinks to himself that you can’t be that rude, but given the way you look, everything must be very different to you from the rest of your life. You look shocked and scared.
Looking at the Avengers, you take in each and everyone’s appearance. Bucky and Nat look the scariest in your opinion and you make a mental note to stay away from them. Sam, Steve, and Clint look nice, but Wanda looks like the sweetest lady in the universe. She has a smile that warms your heart. Turning to your right, you see two very tall men standing and staring at you.
The taller one has blonde hair and a big grin on his face. He has a large stature, but he does not look intimidating. He has a golden retriever energy to him, but the man next to him is a different story. With his pitch black hair and powerful stand, the other man stares at you with daggers in his eyes. He sends shivers down your spine without saying anything.
You drag your eyes away from the intimidating man and follow Tony down the hallway. He leads you to your room where you get settled in, unpacking your clothes and putting away your things. Laying in the bed, you take a big nap which is needed. You feel as if you let out a breath you’ve been holding for days. The idea of being away from your ex finally settles in and you feel the wave of relief wash over your body, letting you drift away into sleep.
You’re woken up by Tony letting you know dinner is being served. He lets you know that you’re not being expected to come out and eat with everyone, which you appreciate. Ten minutes later, he comes by your room and slips a plate of food in your room as he opens the door, letting you eat alone.
Tony returns to the living room by the other Avengers eating and gathered around the couch. He takes his plate and sits next to Pepper who has her own food, smiling at him as he joins.
“So, your sister?” Sam asks.
“Don’t even think about it. She is not to date any of you.”
“Woah, I didn’t say that,” Sam laughs.
“But we know what you meant,” Steve chuckles, rolling his eyes, “She seems shy.”
“She is. You probably won’t get a lot out of her.”
“Can I ask why she’s staying her?”
“No.”
Steve shares a look with Bucky. The elevator door opens and Peter walks into the living room.
“You guys started dinner without me?” He asks, jokingly.
“Early birds get the worm,” Steve laughs.
The group chuckles and keeps eating their food.
“Is Y/N a new Avenger?” Steve asks.
Tony sighs and rolls his eyes at the question. Everyone notices the annoyance in Tony with talking about you and collectively decide to stop asking questions. It’s clear he doesn’t want to talk about you much.
“No, she’s not.”
“Who’s Y/N?” Peter asks.
“I’ll fill you in later,” Nat replies.
The day goes by fast and you find yourself staring out at New York in the moonlight. You have always enjoyed the night time. They say New York is the city that never sleeps, but you’ve always found peace and warmth in the New York night. Everyone goes out to party or to bed. It’s a time of joy and relaxment.
You hear the last door shut for the night, signally everyone going to bed. Looking outside of your door, you don’t spot anyone so you sprint outside to the kitchen with your empty dinner plate. Upon entering it, you search the walls for the light switch for about five minutes. There’s no other light than that except for the over. You finally find it and switch it on. As you turn around, you’re startled by the frightening black haired man standing there.
Scared, you drop your plate, shattering it on the tile floor. Your eyes go wide as you start to back up against the wall. Without saying anything, the man takes a step forward, scaring you half to death. Your mind plays tricks on you and all you can think about is your ex breaking into your home. You start to have a panic attack, sliding down against the wall, and curling up into a ball.
You miss the way Loki’s eyes go wide. He watches you descend into an anxiety attack and doesn’t know what to do, knowing he’s who caused it. Quickly, he rushes down the hallways and bangs on Tony’s doors.
“What do you want, Reindeer Games?” He groans.
“Your sister…”
Tony doesn’t wait for another word for following Loki down the corridor. He spots you panicking in the corner of the kitchen and grabs you, lifting you into his lap. You grab onto his neck and pull him close, crying into him. He lifts you up and carries you off to your room without saying a word to Loki, leaving him standing in the kitchen agape.
Not knowing what to do and unable to relax, Loki makes his way to his room and opens up an old laptop Thor had gotten him. After spending thirty minutes just to figure out how to work it, he starts googling things about you. He starts with your name and finds multiple articles on you and Tony, the Stark Industry Golden Children. You left when you were eighteen, wanting to make your own life and not follow in the family’s footsteps. He gives you credit for being yourself, something he had struggled with. He knows the feeling, not wanting to be your family.
Then a certain website catches his eye, Facebook. He finds a profile of you filled with photos and text. There are some of you with friends in the town, a couple of old coworkers wishing you a happy birthday, then there’s a photo of you with a man. There are no other photos of you with him other than this one a couple months ago. He keeps scrolling to find more photos of you with him, but they all stop after that first one. Clicking on something tagged in the caption, another profile pops up.
Y/E/N’s profile. Filled with photos of drunk nights at the club, shirtless gym time, and quotes from misogynistic authors, Loki finds himself despising this man he does not know. He scrolls through finding very little of you in his account, as if you don’t matter as much to him as he does to you. Closing his computer, Loki decided to go check on you. He’s frustrated by whoever this man is, not knowing whether he’s important or not.
Loki peeks into your room to see Tony laying next to you, brushing through your hair with his fingers. Tony looks up and meets him in the eyes. There’s slight anger, but Loki doesn’t feel pushed away. He takes a step in before Tony leans into your ear and whispers. You look up and over to Loki, but you don’t ask him to leave. Loki continues to walk into your bedroom quietly, but with a small gentle smile on his face.
“I’m sorry for scaring you earlier,” he says, “I didn’t mean to.”
“I know. Thanks,” you mutter.
Your voice is small and timid like a mouse. He can hear the hesitation in your voice, not knowing whether he should talk to you or not.
“Are… you okay?”
“Yes.”
Another awkward pregnant pause erupts between the two of you. Loki looks around your room as Tony continues to hold you. He whispers into your ear again before leaving.
“I’m going to go back to my room,” he says, “call me if you need me okay?”
“Thanks, Tony.”
“Of course, anything for my little sister.”
He kisses your forehead and heads out of your room, leaving you and Loki alone. You don’t mind his presence anymore. After Tony tells you that Loki isn’t your ex and you’re okay, you’ve accepted him.
“I have to ask… who is that man on Facebook?”
Loki gives you a quizzical look. You think for a moment about how Loki got on Facebook and what guy he’s talking about.
“His name is Y/E/N.”
Your body clenches at the sound of his name and Loki takes a step back, looking at you. He’s never seen anyone physically close up just from a name. It may be some Midgardians thing he doesn’t understand, but the way that you are shaking, he thinks otherwise. He sits down next to you and wraps his arms around your shoulders. You lean into his touch as you attempt to calm down.
He’s not here. I’m safe. He’s not here. I’m safe.
You keep repeating that in your head, reminding yourself that you’re safe in the tower like Tony said. Looking up at Loki, you see his concerned face. He cares. This man you barely know cares about you.
He’s not him. He’s not him. He’s not him.
“I don’t think I properly introduced myself. I’m being quite an ass asking you these questions without manners. I’m Loki.”
Loki, not Y/E/N. He’s not him. He’s not him.
“Well, L-Loki,” you say with a stutter, “He’s uh… my ex. Ex boyfriend.”
“Ah.”
He nods as he takes in the information at hand. Your ex, who makes you quiver in fear even over people who have done nothing to her, has no photos of you. He shares his lavish lifestyle that most would presume belongs to a single man. Loki looks back at your depressed ridden face. The color in your skin has drained from you and you’re staring blank cold at the wooden floors under your bed. Loki places a hand on your neck to move your hair and give you a light massage, but you flinch away from him before he is able.
Loki’s never seen so much fear and worry in someone’s eyes before. You jerk away from him muttering yourself, as if it were taking everything in you to not scream. He looks over you to see bruises along your neck where your hair had moved from when you moved. A wave of anger runs through his body, infuriating him. He did that to you. That’s why you’re so afraid of him.
“Did he-”
“Yes.”
Loki rises from your bed and clenches his fists. You see the anger pouring from him and rush to his side before he can storm off. You grab his arms and force him to look at you.
“Please, don’t… don’t do anything.”
“Why shouldn’t I? No man should ever do that to a woman, especially you.”
“Just let it be.”
He releases his fist but the fury in his eyes doesn't. You pull him towards you to make him sit again. Moving in closer, you lean into him. Loki wraps his arms around you and pulls you into his lap. The two of you lay down in your bed, you curled up on him as he held you, running his fingers in your hair.
For some reason, Loki feels as if he has to protect you. The way you ball up gives him this sense of innocence about you. You haven’t done anything to deserve those injuries, just live your life and try to find love. Loki always knew there was a good reason to hate Midgardians, not just for their stupidity and now he’s found it.
The two of you fall asleep without realizing it. The light from the sun peaking in the windows wakes you. Stirring in bed, you look up to see Loki under you, his arms holding you against him by your waist. You're cradled into his chest as his chin barely rests on the top of your head. Loki’s eyes flutter open at the feeling of you moving on top of him. He looks down at you and smiles.
The way the light shines on your face makes you look angelic. Your smile warms his heart and the warmth of your body against him makes his heart jump. You turn over to face him, leaning up on your shoulders over his head.
“Hi.”
“Hello, darling.”
“You slept here.”
“Both of us did, actually,” he laughs.
You drop your head laughing. Loki’s sweet laugh fills the room and blesses your ears. He’s not too bad to be around. He’s quite kind and sweet.
“Thank you for last night.”
“For what? If I remember correctly, I gave you a panic attack.”
“I mean the way you calmed me down and held me. It was needed.”
“Well, I’m glad I could do that for you.”
Loki means it when he says it. Looking at you now, there’s not much he wouldn’t do for you. You don’t deserve what the world gives you, especially that asshole Y/E/N. He would hold you for the rest of time if that meant keeping you safe.
You won’t lie either when you tell Loki he makes you feel safe. Every day before he sneaks off to his room so the others don’t know he spends the night with you, you tell him that he makes you safe. He never believes you. He’s shocked that anyone could feel safe with a monster like him, but after all to you, Loki is not him.

Loki Laufeyson is a pain in my ass. Somehow, this year the world decided to screw me over and put me in every class with him. It could be worse, though. We have our moments where we hate each other, but he is funny and kind. I can’t lie, but moments like this make me so mad at him. I hate detention and the only reason I’m here is that idiot.
Loki comes from this big powerful family, kind of like the Malfoys. My uncle would tell me about that family and the terror they’d reign because of their power and control and if I didn’t know any better, I’d think the Odinsons are some relatives. Loki is the only one I can stand in that family and I think it’s because he’s adopted. His brother Thor and sister Hela are irritable, constantly trying to prove themselves better than the others. Fortunately for us, the prankster brother Loki gave up that competition our first year at Hogwarts. I think he fears Snape and Dumbledore more than his siblings.
So instead of reigning terror on others, Loki decided to reign terror on me. Why? I’m not sure. The other girls in my house say it’s because he likes me, but I highly doubt it. They overheard him talking about some girl he likes, but they didn’t catch a name. I think they just filled in my name because they have a crush on him and him liking me is the closest they’ll ever get to him liking them back.
I’ve never talked to Loki about that conversation because I don’t want to look like a freak, but I am curious. He’s talked to me from time to time until last year when he decided he wanted to be my best friend, but quite the contrary, we became frenemies. He’ll prank me or tease me, I’ll get mad and yell at him, then he’ll apologize. Sometimes he’ll trip me in the hallways in front of his friends, but then buy me a butterbeer whenever we go to Hogsmeade.
A couple of days ago, Loki must have woken up on the wrong side of his bed because all day he had been in a mood. His raven black hair wasn’t styled like how it always is and he didn’t bother putting on his uniform except for his robe. He was sleeping during classes and skipping lunch.
As I wandered my way to potions, I spotted Loki walking up the stairs with a somber look on his face. I’ve never seen him so sad before. He’s usually so full of energy and mystery. It almost hurts to see him this way even if he bothers me so much. His friends are nowhere to be seen so I kept walking to potions.
I sat down in my seat and waited for Loki’s arrival. Professor Snape wasn’t in the classroom yet and some of the students started to get restless. They were excited that class might be cancelled but my mind was stuck on Loki. He finally entered and sat down next to me, resting his head on his arms. I looked at him for a while, waiting for a jest or insult, but nothing came.
“Loki?”
“Shut up.”
I furrowed my eyebrows and kept staring at him. He’s never been so direct with me before. There was no humor or a joking tone in his voice.
“Is everything okay?” “I said shut up.”
“No, I’m not going to. You’re not okay and I’m concerned.”
“Don’t be. Don’t pretend like you care, you mewl.”
Rage flowed through my body. He’s never been like that. We make fun of each other, but it’s always a joke. We never really meant it and here he was an ass. I readjusted myself in my seat and looked forward at the other students who are now throwing paper airplanes and making things levitate.
A loud slam flowed through the classroom as Professor Snape walked in. He must have had a rough morning too because he seemed more stoic and irritated than normal (which says a lot because he always looks highly annoyed).
“Stop the shenanigans and open your books. We will be learning the Draught of Peace potion today. Gather your materials.”
The students opened their books and ran around for their ingredients. I noticed that Loki didn’t move from his seat, but instead held up his head with his hand. Feeling bad for him, I gather two of each item for him. I placed them down on his portion of the desk. I didn’t expect a thank you, but he didn’t even acknowledge the act which made me even more mad.
“Now, start following the instructions.”
Professor Snape isn’t my favorite professor because I think half the time he doesn’t care about us learning something, but instead just wants to see us fail and then yell at us for it. He just likes us drinking potions and getting injured. I think he's a masochist.
I turned to see Loki sheepishly making his potion. His hands were shaking and his eyes were dashing all over the place. He was a wreck. About ten minutes go by and the whole class had finished their potions. Loki put in his last ingredient and Professor Snape looks relieved. He’s equally annoyed by Loki’s attitude.
“Wonderful, now, find a partner and have each other drink the potions. We will discuss the effects, history, and use after you embrace the effects.”
I don’t agree with Professor Snape's hands-on take in the classroom, especially since these are potions and anything can go wrong. I watched as the other students eagerly drank the potions and they seemed to react alright. They were giggling and happy. Looking over to Loki, he stared down at his desk, not asking anyone to drink his or bullying one of his friends into doing so.
“I can try yours if you want,” I offered.
Loki just grunted under his breath so I swapped our drinks. He took a sip of mine and sat up. His eyes woke up as if nothing had happened and he was his usual self. Loki looked at me and smiled, waiting for me to drink mine. Based on the name, the potion must be some kind of peace or calming drink which is probably why he perked up so quickly. Confidently, I took a drink of his potion.
I had never felt such pain in my stomach before. It felt as if someone took a knife and jabbed it in there, twisting it at a rapid speed. I fell over clutching my stomach. Loki quickly stood up in panic and stared at me before kneeling down to my side. The other students stared at me in shock, rushing to my side in fear. Professor Snape pushed past the kids and looked into my eyes before frantically turning to Loki.
“What did you do?”
“I- I don’t”
“You idiot children. Thinking with emotions.”
Snape ran around the room and quickly made up a potion we didn’t know. Rushing to my side again, he made me drink it. Slowly the pain in my stomach went away but my anger at Loki didn’t. With the help of the students, I stood up and turned to him.
“You fucking dickbag! I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but that does not give you the right to make my day bad either!” I screamed.
Everyone gasped at my sudden outburst and Professor Snape stood by. Loki’s eyes went wide and started tearing up. I quickly second guessed my words at his reaction. He looked sorry.
“Y/N that is no way to talk to a fellow classmate, no matter the wrong they did to you,” Professor Snape scolded.
“But he-”
“I know and he will get what he deserves. Both of you detention Thursday.”
“WHAT?!” Professor Snape shot me a look of anger which sent me back in my seat with my arms crossed. I did nothing but yell at Loki for being a jerk all day, but here I am in trouble. At least Loki got in trouble as well.
Loki sat back down in his seat and didn’t say a word to me for a couple of days, no matter how awkward it was during class. Now, I’m sitting in detention with a silent moping Loki. He hasn’t talked or even looked at me the whole time. It’s been twenty minutes since we sat down and Snape locked us in for the hour.
“Y/N, I-”
“Don’t even try,” you sigh.
“Can I at least explain myself?”
You look over to him. His eyes are full of that pity look again, the one he had when he made the potion wrong.
“Fine, you have a half hour.”

Hi- may I ask for a Loki x reader: she was the shy and new addition to the Avengers, a meta with power over the elements. Barely spoke a word, but one evening Loki catches her by the piano in the grand ballroom. Her voice like an enchantment for the God of Mischief...I am always a sucker for Immortal by Evanescence- find it so moving, but you maybe have a favorite of your own you would like to use in this...
A/N: Omg hi! I’d love to write this! I’m so sorry for being gone for so long, but I am back and ready to post some more. For those who didn’t see, I had a family emergency and took some time off for myself, but I’m back with more Loki fluff! I absolutely love ‘My Immortal’ so I kept with that song. It gave me some good inspiration so this story wasn’t only 1000 words.
My Immortal
Pairings: Loki x reader

Loki’s POV:
I’ve found the bickering of the Midgardians to be quite annoying, giving me a headache even before they open their mouths. None of them get along and for a team, I thought they’d be more communicative. I bury myself in a book on the couch as the squabbles between the “heroes” continue. After what feels like an hour, they finally depart and leave me alone to read.
The captain finally leaves the room and seconds later, I hear a pitter patter of feet coming from my left. Through my peripheral vision, I spot the newest Avenger scurrying across the floor to the elevators. Furrowing my eyebrow, I close my book for a moment and watch her run. Her hair flowing behind her as she does. She’s so cute in a shy mouse way.
I’ve never heard her talk much. She tends to keep to her own, messing around with her powers for laughs. I’m not even 100% sure on her name, but she’s sweet and less annoying than some of the other Avengers in the compound. The fact that she can distract Thor from talking to me makes me like her more. She’ll sit around and play with the water in her glass, making it dance in the air or fly around. Thor finds it very amusing.
An hour goes by and I have yet to see her again. She always disappears somewhere for awhile. The two arguers have returned and I have to sit through them again, attempting to tune them out. I despise them and their ridiculous bickering. I slam my book closed, shocking Rogers and Stark out of their heated conversation. They watch me with a cocked eyebrow and on my way to the elevators, needing to go somewhere else.
On the way to the library, I hear a muffled sound coming from down the hallways. I follow it, trying to find the source until I find it coming between the doors of a room I don’t recognize. Peeking it, the new Avenger is sitting at a grand piano I never knew we had. Focusing on the sound, she’s playing it and sweetly singing to herself. I stand there for who knows how long listening to her without her knowledge. Reading her mind, I notice how there’s nothing there. She’s losing herself in the music. It’s beautiful.
I make the mistake of leaning on the door which opens it with a squeak, of course. The girl gasps and turns to look at me, pink rising in her cheeks. I chuckle at her timidness.
“Do not be embarrassed, little one. I found your music very beautiful.”
She smiles at me before looking back at the piano.
“Thanks,” she whispers.
“Sorry? I couldn’t hear you?”
She fully knows that I did, but I like teasing her.
“I said thanks,” she giggles, rolling her eyes.
I sit down next to her on the bench which confuses her, “keep playing, please.”
She keeps going on. Watching the relaxation flow across her face is adorable. Her eyes close as her fingers dance across the keys, playing a song that seems to be familiar. I sit there for about two hours, listening to her music as I wander around the room. There’s not a lot here. Some books, guitars, paintings. I never noticed this room or cared to even look it in, but it’s quiet and simple. Very relaxing.
“I never knew this was here,” I state.
“Tony made it for me. He knew I wasn’t much of a people person, so he made me a getaway room to relax in.”
I nod, realizing I’m standing in a room that is so unique for her. It was made for her, literally. I’m invading a part of her life and soul. No wonder she was shocked and embarrassed.
“That’s very kind of him.”
She nods in agreement.
“Can I ask why you’re here?”
I look over to her who is giving me a face of confusion and fear. She looks nervous to talk to me and that hurts my heart. Do I really instill fear in her without doing anything? Am I that intimidating? Normally, it would thrill me to know I scare someone, but not her. I don’t want to scare her.
“I was intrigued by the music. I didn’t think anyone here played.” She nodded. “It was a pleasant shock to see you in here.”
“Not many people know I play, considering no one comes over here.”
“I do, quite a bit, actually. For the library, which is why I was so shocked to hear music. I never thought anyone was here either. I must have missed you.”
“I come here when everyone else leaves.”
“I noticed. You came here quickly after those quims stopped bickering.”
“This is my relaxing place. I’ll just play and sing for hours without realizing it.”
“You sing?”
“Not well, but to myself, yes.”
“May I be blessed by hearing it sometime?”
I quickly take notice of the shift in her demeanor. She starts fidgeting with her fingers and no longer looking in my eyes. Her skin is flushed with red.
“You don’t have to,” I quickly defend, “Thought I would ask.”
I look back around at the room before leaving, Y/N still sitting on the piano bench curled into herself. She looks anxious and scared.
Days go by and I leave her alone. From time to time I see Y/N running across the main room, trying to avoid the other members of the compound, to reach the elevators. She had gestured for me to follow a couple of times with her hand, but I leave her alone, knowing singing is her safe space but she won’t do it around me.
I finally take her up on her offer, but hours after she had suggested it. The other avengers are bickering again and attempt to drag me into the argument, but I ignore their yelling to leave.
Taking a deep breath, I left the elevator and followed the sound of the piano playing. There’s a new sound joining it, in harmony. It’s sweet, beautiful. It’s what I imagined a siren would sound like when I was little, dragging me towards it without hesitation. I carefully open the door to see Y/N playing the piano again, her slips moving along with her fingers. She’s sweet, gentle on the key, playing them as if they were her children, not wanting to hurt them. The voice coming between her plump lips draw me near as I listen to her words.
I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
'Cause your presence still lingers here
And it won't leave me alone
Her voice is so beautiful, but the words sink deep in my soul. They’re filled with pain, loss, fear. I don’t know if she wrote those herself, but I find them to be comforting. I’ve felt those thoughts before when I was younger, falling in love with the other Asgardian girls who would play with my emotions. I’ve felt that lingering loneliness.
These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
I remember Frigga passing, the pain I felt inside and how it won’t leave my mind. The pain from her has never left me. I’ve felt as if it’s my fault. Y/N’s song captures the exact pain I have felt. I feel myself connecting to her more as she sings, yet she doesn’t know it. She doesn't know the effect her words have, bringing me closer to her.
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have all of me
I take a step closer to her which makes her aware of my presence. She stops singing abruptly and snaps around to look at me. She looks scared, but her face relaxes as she sees the somber expression on my face. Her features soften and show signs of pity as she rises as approaches me, wrapping her arms around my waist. Hesitantly, I wrap my arms around her and hold her body close to mine.
She digs her head into the top of my vest, as if she needs to get closer to me still. I lean down and bury my face in her hair. She smells of lavender and vanilla. It swims in my nose and heals inner wounds I had no idea were there. The slight pain in my stomach from hearing her song goes away as I hold her.
“That songs was…”
“Sad,” she cuts in.
“Beautifully sad. Real.”
“You think so?”
“Yes, very much. I’ve felt that before in my life. It describes the exact pain I feel.”
Why I am telling her this, I don’t know. I claim it’s part of her siren spell she’s placed on me through her voice. I feel as if she’ll keep me safe, my fears, my secrets. She’s safe.
“It’s by a band I really like. I feel like you’d enjoy them, too.”
“You think so?’
“Yes, they’re soft, but powerful. Like you.”
“You think I am soft? I’d like to argue that,” I laugh.
She chuckles, “oh, quiet Loki. You know what I mean. You may present all big and strong on the outside, all stoic like, but you’re a big softie. I know there’s a child inside.”
I smile in her hair as she confesses how she sees me. Normally I’d be enraged at this description of me, not wanting to be found out about, but I can’t with her. She’s right. She sees right through me, but the way she speaks about me doesn’t reek of judgement or disapproval. It’s comforting and reassuring, telling me it’s okay. I almost feel loved and accepted for it.
“I’ve felt like that, too,” she confesses.
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay. I’ve just lost someone very close to me before and it hurts. It hadn’t stopped hurting. This song gives me comfort.”
“Why are you trusting me with all of this, Y/N?’
“Because I trust you, for some reason, I do.”
I stand there for a moment contemplating that. She trusts me. Someone who hardly knows me, hardly knows anyone trusts me. She avoids everybody else like the plague, but she’s comfortable letting me in this room where her safety is laid and allows me to take it all in. She tells me her pain and struggles and trusts me with it.
“Thank you,” I say, not knowing what else to, “I’ve felt as though no one would.”
We stand there for another ten minutes and embrace. Her warmth is comforting to me, so different from the cold my body radiates all the time. She leans in more as I tighten my hand around her waist and entwine my fingers in her hair.
“Well,” I clear my throat, “could you finish the song for me?”
I back up and look her in the eyes. There’s no more fear or anxiety. She nods gently and fills the spot on the bench she had left empty just moments before. I watch as her fingers once again gracefully occupies the keys.
You used to captivate me by your resonating light
I feel more connected to Y/N than I have ever felt with anyone before, even Frigga. She understands me unlike anyone else.
Your face, it haunts my once pleasant dreams
I find myself thinking of her for days to come. Her voice haunts my mind every moment of the day, making me want more and longing to be close to her. She corrupts my mind with sweet thoughts of her, something my brain has not had in a long time.
Your voice, it chased away all the sanity in me
These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
Although the hole in my heart from my mother’s death has never healed, Y/N has patches up the rough edges and made it smoother. She made it easier. I grew closer to her and the others didn’t miss that. They saw the glances, the small touches. They saw the way we disappeared together during parties to escape to her room. I’d listen to her sing for days on end, never getting tired of her angelic voice. She’s captured my heart in only two weeks and I want to spend the rest of my immortal life with her.

Hey everyone! I’m finally back from my break. For those who didn’t see the post, my grandfather had a heard attack about two weeks ago and since he’s basically my dad, I needed some time to gather myself and be with him for awhile. I’m back though! I’ll be posting a request in a bit 💜

The leaves start to fall off the trees. As much as the orange and red trees excited you, the idea of snow coming is even more exciting. The year had gone by so fast between the missions, the injuries, the romance. It seems so long ago, when you joined the Avengers.
It’s been so long since you’ve settled home. After talking with Clint for so long, having a private home far away from New York didn’t seem like a bad idea and you followed in his footsteps. A log cabin, in the middle of Nebraska, covered by flowers and old vintage furniture seemed like exactly what you needed. A long break. A long vacation.
You hear the sound of your dog running through the house and to the front door where you stand, holding a warm cup of tea. He looks up at you with the brightest slobbery smile, his tail flopping everywhere like he has no control over it. Last week, he turned around so fast, his tail hit a side table in your living room, knocking the lamp off of it, and shattering it into little pieces.
Bending down, you go to scratch behind his ear. He leans into it, closing his eyes. You chuckle at the little face he gives you when you stop.
“Attention whore,” you hear.
You turn around to face the deep voice coming from behind you, but your met with two strong pale arms wrapping around you instead. He leans his head on yours, his black raven hair falling in your face, making you laugh.
“How come he gets more attention than I do in the mornings?”
“Loki, unlike you, he has unlimited energy and can get out of bed before 11 a.m.” “I thought you liked lazy mornings,” he teased.
You chuckle and shake your head at him. The god pulls you into him tighter, your back flush against his chest. He kisses the top of your head which sends shivers down your spine.
“Besides, I need my tea in the morning.”
“Darling, you always need tea. It’s an addiction.”
“No, I don’t. I can go with out it.”
“Mhmm.”
“The only thing I can’t go without is you.”
Loki turns you around to face him. You laugh immediately when you see the playful stink eye he is giving you along with his signature smirk.
“You sap.”
“Sorry, I couldn't help it.”
“It’s quite alright. I know you mean it and I feel the same way.”
“I still don’t understand how.”
“What do you mean?”
“How do you love me?”
“Darling, haven’t we already established that I’m the more difficult one to love? I’m messy and rude. Prideful. Arrogant. I hate everyone in this world, but you and I hate to admit it, Thor. I seek power and domination at all times. I’m a dick.”
“Well, the domination and dick part isn’t all that bad,” you tease.
“You little minx. You make fun of me for not having energy in the morning when you’re the reason I don’t have any, do remember.”
“Oh, I remember. I remember every inch and movement and-”
“Alright, don’t start something you can’t finish.”
“I can finish alright,” you keep laughing, “that’s never an issue for me with you.”
“I know, little one,” he laughs as well, “because I need you too before I do.”
“Such a gentleman.”
You lean up to peck Loki on the lips, but he has other plans. He grabs you by the nape of your neck and pulls you in violently, smashing his lips against yours. You moan into the kiss which encourages him. Loki grabs your ass and lifts you up so your legs are wrapped around his. The two of you entered the home where Loki sits down on the couch. You sit on his lap and continue to make out.
Loki’s hands grip your thighs and start moving your hips up and down, creating friction on your mound. You moan from the pressure on your clit which makes Loki smirk.
“You like that, little one? You like riding my thigh like a little brat?”
That cocky son of a bitch knows exactly how to get to you. He removes one of his hands from your thigh and wraps it around your neck. You continue to rub yourself on his thigh as breathing becomes harder. Loki leans back, hand still on throat, and watches you come undone on him. He watches with great pride as your eyes roll back before easing up on his grip.
The knot in your stomach unwinds as you come in your underwear. Your body shutters from the release before Loki comes back up and kisses you, his hands now on your back. He unclasps your bra and takes it off, eyeing your freed breasts. His eyes are lust filled as he lightly bites your chest, leaving small hickeys on your skin. You whimper as his mouth gets closer to your sensitive nipples, wanting him to latch on, but he teases you but swirling his tongue around it instead. You whine which makes him chuckle, knowing he has full power over your pleasure.
He finally latches on to your nipple. His hands lift you up and start removing your now slick underwear. His fingers lightly brush against your clit as he does, making you gasp against the touch. You go to take off his underwear, but Loki stops you. He removes them himself as he grips the base of his cock.
“On your knees.” He orders.
You kneel down in front of him on the couch as he slouches down, his crotch getting closer to you. Taking his cock in your hand, you lightly kiss the tip which makes him smile before slowly taking it deeper. Loki drops his head back as you hollow your cheeks, his hand going into your hair and grabbing it. He pushes your head down further until tears form in the corner of your eyes. You look up to see him looking at you with pride and lust. He closes his eyes as he lets out a long groan which makes you even wetter. His voice is so deep and rough that when he makes any sound, you feel yourself get hornier.
“Ok, stop. I need to be you,” he orders.
You slowly stand up, but Loki is too impatient and pulls you into him frantically. You let out a little scream as he takes you by surprise, holding you above him. He lines up his large dick and slams you down onto him. He lets out a hard moan as you scream at the sudden intrusion. Without hesitation, he wraps his arms around your waist and starts pounding up into you. You grab his shoulders and start screaming his name over and over.
“Fuck, Loki.”
Loki leans up so your bodies are flushed against each other, chest to chest. He bites your neck which surprises you and starts attacking you with hickeys.
“My sweet girl.”
His pace becomes harder as he pounds into you. You throw your head back as he hits your g spot with each thrust, a little yelp slipping between your lips every time he thrusts back in. The knot in your stomach returns as you get closer to your orgasm,
“Such a tight little pussy,” Loki groans in your ear, “feel so good stretching around my cock. Want you to cum for me, again. Come on, little one.”
At his words, you feel your come undone around Loki, squeezing him more as you ride out your orgasm. His pace begins to falter as his own orgasm comes close. You help him by bouncing up and down on his large member, allowing him to lean back and enjoy the feeling of you squeezing him thoroughly.
“Oh god, baby.”
“Loki, please. Need you.”
He lets out one more long groan before his orgasm comes. Thrusting deeper in you, he cums inside your pussy, painting your walls white. His grip on your waist leaves bruises and marks as he empties inside of you. As soon as he’s done, you lift yourself of him and lay on the couch beside him. Loki leans over to see his cum dripping out of you, licking his lips at the glorious sight of your exhausted body limp from his dick.
You look up to see him hover over you, his proud mischievous smile returning to his face. Shaking your head and chuckling, you put a hand on his chest.
“Give me a moment,” you say.
He laughs and lays on top of you, his head resting on your breasts.
“Such a pretty little thing,” he chuckles.
“How can you be energetic after that?”
“I am a god, darling. I do not tire that easily.”
You roll your eyes at his comment as you breathe heavily, your chest rising and his head with you. You run your hand through his curly locks and try to catch your breath. Loki looks up at you with a mischievous look which makes you confused.
“What are you-”
Loki moves his head forward a little bit and takes your nipple between his two teeth, rolling it back and forth. The sensitivity is so much worse than before and you yelp.
“Loki!” He chuckles before attacking the other nipple and massaging your boobs together.
“I can’t help it,” he laughs, “your body is so gorgeous.”
“Come here.”
Loki moves up more and hovers over your face as you pull him into a sweet kiss by his neck. He grazes his fingers up and down the side of your body in a loving, worship-like manner. Your body heats up from his touch, leaning into him more by arching your back. He slips his arm underneath you to hold you against him before flipping the two of you so he’s on his back. Laying down on the couch, you lean your head against his chest. Loki runs his fingers through your hair as the two of you close your eyes and relax.
You feel something wet against your hand. Looking down, you see your dog licking you with his little smile. Loki looks up, realizing you’re no longer resting on him and sees the dog.
“He really does love you,” he says.
“I know. It’s adorable.
“Too bad he’ll never love you as much as I do.”
Putting your hand by his head, you lean up to look down at his face. His blue eyes look at you as if nothing in this world matters but this moment. They’re soft and gentle. They wander your face before landing on your lips. Loki leans in to kiss you gently, nibbling on your bottom lip.
“I love you,” he says.
“I love you, Loki.”
He smiles which makes his eyes even more beautiful.
“What are you looking at?” He asks.
“Your eyes. I remember when I first noticed their color and then you showed me your Jotun form.”
“I remember that, too. I was terrified.”
“Why?”
“Most people think I’m a monster. The Asgardians did.”
“I know and that’s terrible. You are no monster. You’re a god, big, powerful.”
“Is that what you think of me?”
“No, I think you’re kind, gentle. I do think you're powerful, but you're more than all of that.”
“I’m glad you see me for more than I am. When I first met you, you scared mute things. I thought you’d be the same way as everyone else, just another face to hate, but when you complimented me, I realized you were different. That scared me even more. I knew you’d be trouble.”
“Then why did you stay away? You like trouble.”
“I didn’t want you to know me. I wanted you to think I was this quiet god who stuck to himself, not this chaotic mess who craves power and control.”
“I don’t think of you like that.”
“I’m so lucky to have you,” he reflects, “I thought I was unlovable and here you are giving me all you have and I don’t know why.”
“Because if I love you, you’re getting all of me. And you won’t have to wonder much or if I can love a little more. Every ounce of what I have will fill you up, because that’s how my love works.”
“And they call me the silver tongue.”
You both chuckle at his words. Loki leans up and you adjust yourself, so you’re sitting on his naked lap again. Grabbing your underwear, the both of you slightly dress again. You go to cuddle back on the couch, but Loki sits next to you.
“Darling, there is something I have to ask you.”
“Okay?”
“When I first met you, like I said, I was scared. I saw someone who is so beautiful, so gorgeous, and that scared me. You were this little petal I wanted to keep in my pocket and carry around with me. Then, I got to know you more and I realized how amazing you are inside and out. Darling, I fell for you so hard and I was jealous. I was jealous of those who got to see you every day when I was on Asgard. I was jealous of any man who had the pleasure to hold you in his arms before me. What I’m trying to say is, I don’t want to lose you to someone else. I don’t want another man to enjoy you because I want to enjoy you until the last of our days. I want to stop being scared of being happy and loved, so Y/N, will you love me for the rest of our lives?”
Loki reaches behind him to the side table. He takes a small black box and opens it, showing a green stone ring.
“Y/N, will you marry me?”
