A girl living in Saudi Arabia is at risk of getting killed by her own family. Her parents are extremely abusive and her mother already tried to kill her for having a boyfriend. Now her family wants her to have a "virginity test" very soon and if they find out she isn't a virgin, she's going to get killed. I really believe they want her to have a virginity test so they can justify killing her when the test shows she isn't a virgin. My heart aches for this girl and I hope you have it in you to have sympathy for her as well.

This girl's story seems to be real to me and the reason she isn't showing her identity is because she mentioned she will be in danger if she does reveal it, although she did post a video of her whispering (because she's afraid her parents might hear her?) telling people that her story isn't fake and you can clearly tell she's just a girl fearing for her life.

Anyway, I am so glad she's at least nearly halfway through her gofundme goal but I'm very worried as to how she's going to escape her abusive family and her country considering she doesn't have access to her passport as she mentioned in one of her tweets. So if anyone can offer any help to her that isn't financial, please reach out to her on Twitter.

Maybe you aren’t annoying, maybe they were just annoyed. Maybe your entire personality can’t be boiled down to actions others found disruptive. Maybe peoples feelings are subjective views of you, not objective. The same way we teach kids to say “I feel angry when you do this thing” instead of “you made me angry!” maybe you should consider that people, due to their own personal beliefs about social interaction, felt annoyed in response to your actions but that that doesn’t necessarily mean you did something bad or are something bad. And while its sweet that you want to make sure people don’t have negative feelings, there’s a lot of humans in this world and we’re always going to be stepping on each others toes so maybe don’t let people feeling annoyed with you define you.

Hey yeah I know it's 2021 and Supernatural ended over a year ago but people are still watching it so I thought everyone could use a reminder that this:

Is not okay. This is a description of abusive behavior. Waiting on tenterhooks for someone you love to "explode" at you so that the two of you can move on from whatever they're angry about is called being abused. I don't give a flying fuck how "acute" their emotions are. This isn't okay. It just isn't. And of course there's the fact that Dean hit Sam on multiple occasions just because he was mad, constantly belittled and tried to control both him and Castiel, and abused Jack so much that Jack was self harming on his SECOND DAY OF LIFE.

The fact that Dean is an abusive misogynistic character isn't what bothers me, though. It's the fact that almost the entire fandom worships at the altar that is Dean's existence and excuses his abusive and misogynistic behavior, as does the narrative of the show and everyone on it except villains(because god forbid anyone hold Dean accountable for his behavior and have it mean anything). Hundreds of thousands of people have internalized the idea that abusive behavior is okay thanks in part to Dean fucking Winchester.

I know I've accumulated followers from other fandoms who might love Dean, and I'm sorry if this post makes me lose you, but Dean is abusive, and that is something that shouldn't be overlooked, ever.

It also makes me mad too, because Dean would always say that Sam wasn't allowed to get a dog, Sam even got worried that Dean would freak out about Sam having a dog in there for a night. But as soon as Dean wants a dog, it's okay? 🤨

ok so i have this theory, that sam has an eating disorder. Now as we know sam is the ‘healthy sibling’ the eats salad the, however we have proof that sam actually like’s junk food as seen with his interaction with scully. It started when he was younger and he didn’t have any control, what he did, where he went he had no stability in life whatsoever and sam never has, he never had a home he was always on the road one place to the next. All he ever really got to eat was shitty diner food and whatever dean could rustle up. By controlling his weight and food intake it at least gave him some stability in his life something he could choose. Also from what we’ve seen sam seems to have thought of himself as fat as a child in the iot he mentions how Sammy is a fat child’s name however in the flashbacks we that sam wasn’t fat all. 

this is not to say that being fat is bad because weight is a social construct. 

However he probably got compared to dean a lot, as dean was the golden child, the one sam should be more like. Also by eating salad and limiting what he ate it probably convinced him he wasn’t like the rest of his family he was going to get out. however it soon spiraled into a problem as it became the main source of control in his life. 

Jess was the first person to notice and tried her best to look out for him and get him the help he needed, because ya know she’s just fire like that. However that went up in a burst of flames with her when she died and probably sent him right back to the beginning as he was now back on the road dealing with demons. 

it probably fluctuated through the seasons, but got really bad when he found out about being Lucifers vessel, because that meant he literally had no control. After hell he was soulless and so probably didn’t care that much about control and food. When he got back however there was absolutely no way that he didn’t scramble for control the only way he knew how. When dean was gone and he finally and some stability in his life, it all came back along with dean as he gaslit him right back down.  

throughout the next few seasons we see sam’s weight fluctuate and it couldn’t have helped the whole dean being controlling thing. we see sam’s mental health get worse and worse throughout the show and he seems to use food as a source for control. another additional fact is we see sam wearing tons of layers, a lot more then dean and we don’t really see him without any except for when he was soulless, the layers could be used for warmth and to cover up the lost weight from dean. 

Finally we don’t really see sam make any proper close relationships that are outside of dean isolating him and definitely not benefiting the shit show that is his mental health.
