Do you know any LGBTQ+ anthologies that can be any genre?
Sure - you can find them under “ All-Queer SFF Anthologies and Short Story Collections” here: https://lgbtqreads.com/sff/ (bottom of the page) and “Fiction Anthologies with Queer Representation” (Entire anthologies) here: https://lgbtqreads.com/young-adult/. I haven’t read any of the all-romance anthologies, but you can find a bunch here: https://amzn.to/4cUQkkd

Any book recs for parents of trans and non-binary folks? Probably not fiction.
Sorry it took so long to answer this one, but here's a list!
Trans Kids and Teens: Pride, Joy, and Families in Transition by Elijah C. Neeley
This is a Q&A based one that might be helpful called My Child Told Me They're Trans. What Do I Do? which did give me some pause with its title, but reviews do make it seem worth including
Raising the Transgender Child, though note this may be more appropriate for binary trans folks than nonbinary
My Child is Trans, Now What? A Joy-Centered Approach to Support by Ben V. Greene comes out May 7th

Hi! I'm working towards creating a queered adaptation of Ibsen's A Doll's House, which at the moment I'm planning on setting during the AIDS crisis either in America or the UK, and I want to be able to do as thorough an adaptation as I can. Do you have any recommendations for non-fiction books on the history of HIV/AIDS and the AIDS crisis, queer history in general in these locations, butch-femme dynamics or on butchness as an identity/presentation and its history? Histories looking at Scotland specifically would also be very useful because nowhere I've checked online seems to have any recommendations, and books that look at queer women's history alongside queer men's history or how these communities mixed and supported one another would be more useful than books looking just at men's history. Any books specifically focusing on queer doctors and politicians, and on the women who nursed men dying from AIDS would be especially appreciated. If there's anyone or anywhere you think would be another good source of advice that is also appreciated!
Thank you!
Here are a few books that address your questions, though Scotland is still a question mark for me:
How to Survive a Plague by David France
It Was Vulgar & It Was Beautiful: How AIDS Activists Used Art to Fight a Pandemic by Jack Lowery
Let the Record Show: A Political History of ACT UP New York, 1987-1993 by Sarah Schulman
And the Band Played On: Politics, People, and the AIDS Epidemic by Randy Shilts
Love Your Asian Body: AIDS Activism in Los Angeles by Eric C. Wat

You got anything for smutty sapphic scifi fantasy? Pls ignore if you get this a lot and I just don't know that
I just need to preface this with that I wouldn't ignore a request over getting it a lot - if you don't know, then you still need an answer! That said, I actually never get this request, and as far as I can tell, alas, smut isn't super prevalent among Sapphics in space (though I hope replies can prove me wrong!) so here's what I can find to start with: New World by Lily X., Charon Docks at Daylight by Zoe Reed, and The Lily and the Crown by Roslyn Sinclair.

Are there any books that talk about biphobia? And I mean biphobia which often doesn't get much attention, an example: how bisexuals are seen as cheaters which leads to very ugly things.
It's an old book, but between this and your followup ask, I think this is probably the best fit: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2798291-bisexuality-in-the-united-states?ref=nav_sb_ss_1_58. For a more recent study on bisexuality, though I'm not sure the focuses exactly align with your requests, you might try Julia Shaw's work: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/58667392-bi?ref=nav_sb_ss_1_60

Any recommendations for books that are read-a-like to Red, White and Royal Blue? I read it and loved it so, so much but now I'm in a bit of a reading slump with romance especially because nothing else I find seems to live up to the high from reading it for the first time and I need more of this on my shelf. Anything you can recommend?
Aw I can never promise something can live up to the reading high of a fave, try The Prospects by KT Hoffman, Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall, and Heartstopper by Alice Oseman and see if any of those click!

do you have any recs similar to the premise of the sitcom my two dads?
Oh man, not that I know of but I really hope there is - that'd be a fantastic m/m rom-com.

I have never watched Doctor Who so I'm gonna leave that to the experts to answer in the replies.

Are there any books you think would make a good TV show?
Sure - mine. Let's make it happen.
(More seriously, It Goes Like This by Miel Moreland and Upright Women Wanted by Sarah Gailey are the first that come to mind for me.)

Fantasy/mystery/advebture books with aroace (or aroace-spec) male or nonbinary main characters that aren’t teenagers?
They don’t have to be explicitly aroace, can be just ones where they don’t show interest in romantic or sexual relationships
It would be great if they had other queer rep but not necessarily
And I mean contemporary books, I know that otherwise even like, Sherlock Holmes or Pierre Arronax or fit my description : P
Honestly the best thing I can do is send you straight to the Kraken Collective, which is a group of authors largely publishing exactly this: https://www.krakencollectivebooks.com/books/

Do you have any books with a romance between two butches or studs?
This is where I defer to the excellent site The Lesbian Review, which has a way better categorization system for lesbian fiction than I do: https://thelesbianreview.com/advanced-search/?_sft_category=butch-butch but I will also add Fiona Zedde's Stud Like Her and Wherever is Your Heart by Anita Kelly. (And, in YA, The Weight of the Stars by K. Ancrum.)
