Thank you to my animal neighbors! I hardly paid any bells to this bridge due to their generous contributions. I have the best villagers.
On my island: Mira, Scoot, Chester, Marcie, Stitches, Stu, Astrid, Kidd, Sydney, and Tutu.

Some extra information on the functioning of the Sanrio Amiibo cards now that the update is out:
As with all Amiibo villagers, only one can be invited to the campsite per day.
As with all Amiibo villagers, you need to invite them on 3 separate days and craft them the requested item each day before they will ask to move in.
There are 2 ways to unlock the items associated with each character:
Invite them to the campsite for the day.
Scan them at Harvey’s island Photopia (this allows you to scan all of them at once and therefore unlock all the items in one day).
Once unlocked, the items are available to order from the Promotional tab in Nook’s Shopping.
After receiving the item they are not “catalogueable”. This means that having scanned the cards yourself (either at Nook machine or Harv’s) is the only way to be able to repeatedly order the items.
The items can be given/shared with others, as with all items. However, as stated above, this alone does not allow the receiver to reorder them.
Unlike regular villagers, the Sanrio villagers cannot be adopted from other islands when they are moving out. This means that you must have access to the amiibo in some way to have them move to your island.
TLDR: the actual amiibo are required (in some form) to be able to order the sanrio furniture yourself or have the sanrio villagers move to your island.

I invited Rilla yesterday to my campsite and now the entire Hello Kitty series is available for me to buy!
If anybody wants any of the Sanrio characters, I can make working amiibo cards. $2 for an individual Sanrio villager or $5 for all six. Just message me here for more information if you're interested. Any shipping cost will depend on where it's being sent (house, p.o. box, etc.).

They're coming! I used to get something that said "this amiibo is not supported" when I tried inviting any Sanrio ones before this to my campsite.
Also, I've seen a lot of people saying how they wish they could get the Sanrio pack. So if anybody is interested, I can make working amiibo cards of all the Sanrio villagers. They won't have a design or really anything on the card but a label with their name. I'll only charge $2 for each individual or $5 for all six. Shipping will vary depending on where it's sent (house, p.o. box, etc). If anybody is interested, please message me here for more information.

I'm really excited about this because I've reached the max number of inclines so I plan on using the pipes as a substitute.
The warp pipes are a game changer tho!!!!

Mario Update
So my video memory is full on the Switch so I can't record videos right now, but I'm going to make a list of what all the Mario items do and update it as I order each item.
Changing into any of the Mario-themed clothes plays a special sound effect.
Running through coins placed on the ground is just like you're collecting them in regular Mario. They appear again shortly after you run through.
Tapping the shell plays a sound effect like you've thrown a shell in regular Mario towards an opponent. Shell also spins after tapping and continues until tapped again.
Tapping the super mushroom plays the same sound effect as when you get one in regular Mario.
The 1-Up mushroom does the same as the super mushroom.
Running or walking under the ? Block will treat it as you hit your head and got a coin or other object.
Floating block does nothing interactive.
Super Star is very similar to the shell, but it does not continuously spin the same speed. It will spin fast when you tap it and play the sound effect of getting a super star in Mario, but once it's done with the sound it slows back down and just spins.
Small mushroom platform isn't interactive. Maybe would make good use as a table?
Block stays stationary and makes a sound effect when you tap on it. You can't climb up onto the block either.
Large mushroom platform is like the small mushroom platform, but taller. Neither is interactive, but putting them next to each other does look nice (decor-wise).
Standing anywhere next to Thwomp triggers it to smash down on the ground. Unable to walk under it.
Tapping the Fire flower plays a sound effect from the regular Mario game. Item doesn't do anything else, but is nice island decor.
There should be at least two pipes for the interaction to work properly. Going into one pipe will cause you to come out of the other one. Not sure what happens if you have more than two, but I'm going to find out tomorrow. Having more than two pipes just causes you to come out of any other pipe on the island. Not sure if there's a pattern or if it's just random.
Finally, tapping on the goal pole will play a sound effect and cause the flag to change between from Mario to Bowser or vice versa.
March 2nd: I'm working on ordering the remaining clothes today (just have to finish Peach) and then I'm moving onto the rest of the furniture. Already ordered one pipe, so will get a second order for another later today. Will update this tomorrow.
March 3rd: I really wish they would have released some reactions with this update like the jump Mario does in game when he hits a block. I mean they have something like that when you use the pipe, but I wish I were able to do it anytime and not just then. There was something else I was going to say too, but now I can't remember what. I'll update this post again tomorrow when I get more pipes.
March 4th: That should cover everything. Wish the pipes had additional interaction for if you have more than two so that you could choose where you want to end up at instead of it being random. For example, maybe going into one would cause a map to appear with the location of all the other pipes and you could choose from there which one you jump out of.

Last night Tom Nook dropped the bombshell on me that I can only have 8 inclines on my island. I really thought it was 11 and now I have to figure out what to move around because I need at least three more inclines. One for my players houses and two for a lookout area I made.
I wish that you could substitute a bridge for an incline or vice versa. I use far more inclines than bridges. Right now, I only have one bridge but I will have at least two with how I have my island planned out. If I could use the extra bridges that I am allowed to build as inclines instead, my goodness I will be one happy islander!
I really hope there is a future update that allows the substitution.
