i learned of a very rare condition called Anton syndrome, in which a person becomes blind however they are unaware of it and will deny it, as their brain generates (false) visual images so they continue to believe that they can see (x)

I love collecting ‘memories’ in the form of little scraps, like tickets, notes and postcards. The downside is that I’ve got boxes full of scraps that I still need to sort through and paste in a scrapbook. I’ve been putting this off for YEARS! 😭
