listen. i know this is a very silly concept, but like any good art student i've been studying the work of Andrew Loomis extensively lately, especially his magazine/ad paintings, because i have a serious soft spot for that chunky dreamy vintage oil style and want to bring elements of it into my own work. sooo i decided to have some fun and make a 1940s style travel ad with the blorbos! (aaaand now i'm tempted to do the same with other characters and places...)
