For those of you who aren't aware yet, Colorful Corner was going to go live today. Due to technical difficulties, the stream got cancelled.

There has yet to be an update posted about whether the stream will be held another day (like tomorrow or as late as the 30th), or if they're just going to post what's coming in May.

Our livestream goal was 10k views (in total for all socials combined) and we were going to get 500 crystals once we reached it. I'm pretty sure if the stream is moved to another day, we'll still have that goal, but if we just get the info with no stream, I don't know if we'll get them, and if we do, how. It could just be gifted to us or we might have some bonus tasks to do (be it in game or on one of their socials).

That being said, I can tell you some of the upcoming events (and yes I could look up their names, I just don't want):

Obviously, there's the KITTY event. It'll start on the 30th of this month and run through the first week of May.

After that we have a mixed unit event, featuring Haruka, Ichika, Saki, Nene and Stage SEKAI Miku. The one where they have cute sailor outfits in their trained cards and Miku is holding a watergun (:

The third event should be the Hakoniwa no Coral, or simply Coral, event. So one of May's song is (maybe) going to be Coral.

And the last event for May should be the Honakana wedding event.

If it isn't, chances are it could be Light Up the Fire aka the Gekokujou event aka An's crying card™ event aka the "this is where you are caucasian, destination boy" event, and wow what a way to end the month/start June.

Since death is a topic that can be talked about in Project Sekai, do you think we'll ever get an event where Kanade just, loses her remaining family?

Like, with An, Nagi's death has already happened. It's been a few years iirc. With An, we are grieving someone we didn't know we already lost. And I would like an event that touches up on that more. Like how badly did it affect her, is she still hurt from what happened? Is she hiding the fact that she feels hurt because she wants to focus on surpassing RAD WEEKEND or not having her friends and dad be concerned for her?

With Kanade, we will be losing people with her. Yes, people. Aside from her father, her only other family that's alive (that we know of) is her grandmother. Her grandmother is the one who requested Honami be Kanade's housekeeper.

Imagine a Kanade focused event that starts off with her learning her grandmother passed away in her sleep. As the event progresses we follow Kanade through her grief and we think things are getting better. And it ends with us learning with Kanade that her father also passed away. Not sure how, maybe a heart attack? A stroke? Whatever his cause of death is, that's the end of the event.

Can I just say, I love how two characters who are so very obviously cats were in a gacha where everyone was a dog person?

Rui is so specifically a cat, he literally goes ":3" and Akito is more cat than dog, I just think it's hilarious.

And I hope we get an event where characters who are so obviously dog people become cats.

Like, an obvious choice would be Saki. You can argue for Tsukasa but considering the Wonderland SEKAI is his, I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up as a cat. Miku is right there as evidence. But I think another obvious choice would be Toya, specifically for characters who are obviously cats. And if we want to go the irony route, Airi can join the lineup (the girl who's allergic to cats becomes a cat; just like the boy who's scared of dogs became a dog).

So the line up would look something like:

Saki, Airi, Toya, maybe Tsukasa, and a VS (not WxS Miku tho, she's already a cat and far as I know, we can't replace her ears for different ones, she'd end up having them layered in front of one another.)

no because the thing about zuko on that mountaintop, daring the storm to strike him with lightning, is that he didn’t even actually fail at learning lightning redirection, but he’s still functioning under that mindset. iroh told him he had it when they practiced the movements together, and for all that iroh’s supportive, he doesn’t sugarcoat when it comes to zuko’s training. he wouldn’t have said that unless he really believed it!

but zuko feels like he needs something tangible to prove he can really do it, that he has control, that he’s not a failure. because that’s the thing—he’s functioning under that mindset not because he failed because he didn’t! he learned in a theoretical setting, but iroh was right not to risk his life for practicality’s sake! but zuko hears him refuse to shoot zuko with lightning and resents it because why won’t iroh just help him with this… unless he thinks zuko can’t really do it.

i do think that’s part of zuko’s mindset here, and though it’s not iroh’s intention or his fault at all, i think it’s incredibly triggering for zuko to even think iroh might be holding back because he thinks zuko can’t handle it, rather than because he just loves and doesn’t want to even risk hurting zuko.

because ozai’s taught zuko he is a failure, and that warps a kid’s self-perception and esteem.

so he climbs to the top of a mountain during a storm and demands the universe strike him down, to either let him prove he’s capable or just punish him already.

and the universe…. does not listen. because of course it doesn’t.
